Correa went 2-for-4 with a solo homo run, a double, three RBI and a pair of runs to help the Astros to an 11-6 victory over the Rockies on Tuesday.

Correa continued his hot hitting since his return from the injured list, clubbing his 15th home run of the season in this contest with a sixth-inning solo shot off Chi Chi Gonzalez as part of a three-RBI day. He's off to a blistering start in August, as he's laced seven hits with two homers, a double and six RBI over his first 17 at-bats of the month. Overall, the talented shortstop is slashing .294/.362/.570 in 2019.

Wendle (wrist) took grounders prior to Tuesday's game for the first time in his recovery, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Wendle had further testing on his wrist Sunday, which showed nothing worse than the inflammation that landed him on the injured list July 31. While Tuesday's development naturally represents a positive step, it remains unclear how long Wendle will remain sidelined.

Berti went 2-for-4 with two doubles in Tuesday's 5-0 loss to the Mets.

His two-baggers were the only extra-base hits Miami could manage on the night. The 29-year-old has bounced around the diamond in a utility role since coming off the IL at the end of July, going 10-for-25 (.400) with three steals, five doubles and a triple. If Miguel Rojas' hamstring strain proves to be serious, Berti could find himself as the team's starting shortstop.

Rojas exited Tuesday's game versus the Mets with a right hamstring strain, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rojas sustained the injury when he lost his balance running to first base, causing him to land awkwardly on his right leg. The 30-year-old will return to Miami a day early to undergo an MRI, per Craig Mish of FNTSY Sports Radio.

Gordon (quadriceps) took batting practice Tuesday and may soon embark on a rehab assignment, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.

It was reported over the weekend that Gordon could be activated for Tuesday's contest, but it looks like he wasn't quite ready to come off the shelf. The 31-year-old landed on the IL with the left quad strain July 23, so he should only require a couple games in the minors to get back up to speed.

Rojas was removed from Tuesday's game against the Mets with a right leg injury, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rojas lost his balance running to first base and landed awkwardly on his right leg, forcing him to leave the contest. The severity of the injury remains unclear, but the 30-year-old put limited weight on the leg as he was helped off the field.

Anderson is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Tigers. He extended his hitting streak to six games by going 2-for-5 in the matinee.

Anderson is heating up, notching five hits in his last two games and six in his last three contests. He is hitting .314 with 12 home runs and 15 steals in 318 plate appearances. Christian Yelich, Francisco Lindor and Whit Merrifield are the only other players who are hitting at least .300 with 15-plus steals and double-digit home runs. Leury Garcia is starting at shortstop in the nightcap.

Camargo isn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Twins.

Camargo is in line for an off day after starting the first five contests of August. He went just 1-for-16 with three walks over that stretch. Charlie Culberson gets the nod at shortstop and is set to bat eighth in Camargo's stead.

Bogaerts will head to the bench for Tuesday's game against Kansas City, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

Bogaerts will draw his first day off since July 6, having hit .343 with eight homers and 22 RBI since that last absence (26 games). Brock Holt gets the nod at shortstop and will hit fifth with Bogaerts situated on the bench.

Cruz, who was promoted to Double-A Altoona on July 30, has gone 5-for-26 (.192 average) with a 2:8 BB:K in his first eight games with the affiliate.

Despite striking out in 26.2 percent of his plate appearances with High-A Bradenton earlier this season, Cruz was still a well-above-average producer during his time in the Florida State League, turning in a .301/.345/.515 slash line (153 wRC+). He may need to reduce the swing and miss in his game to replicate that level of success in Double-A, where he'll be matching up against more advanced arms. Given that Cruz is far younger than most of his contemporaries in the Eastern League at just 20 years old, it wouldn't be surprising if he fails to turn in standout numbers in his first taste of Double-A.
