Wendle (wrist) has no official timeline but could return by the end of the Rays' current homestand, which runs through Sunday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Wendle remains on target to return near the end of the 6-to-8 week timetable that was given when he fractured his wrist back in late April. He's been on a rehab assignment since Thursday and could be back in Tampa after just a few more games.

DeJong is not in the lineup Monday against the Marlins.

DeJong will head to the bench for what appears to be a rare day off following a string of 32 straight starts during which he slashed .200/.341/.364 with five homers and two stolen bases. Yairo Munoz is starting at shortstop and hitting sixth in place of DeJong on Monday.

Adames is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Athletics, Josh Tolentino of The Athletic reports.

He'll be rested in favor of Daniel Robertson, who will start at shortstop and bat ninth. Adames has gone 1-for-16 with nine strikeouts and two walks over his last four starts.

Ahmed (foot) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Phillies.

The Diamondbacks are viewing Ahmed as day-to-day for the time being after he sustained a bone contusion in his left foot during Sunday's win over the Blue Jays. If Ahmed's foot fails to show much improvement after a day or two of rest, a stint on the 10-day injured list would become more realistic. Ketel Marte will spell Ahmed at shortstop in the first game of Arizona's East Coast road swing.

Correa (ribs) said Sunday that he has been limited to light exercises since landing on the 10-day injured list May 29 and hasn't begun any baseball activities, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

After Correa was diagnosed with a cracked rib, the Astros estimated that he would be sidelined 4-to-6 weeks with the injury. With that in mind, it's not too surprising that he hasn't made any noteworthy steps forward in his recovery since suffering the injury two weeks ago. If Correa remains at the same stage in his rehab at this point next week, however, there's a good likelihood that his recovery would trend closer to the long end of that timetable. In the case, the Astros may be inclined to proceed with extra caution and hold the star shortstop out through the All-Star break.

Ahmed is believed to have a bone contusion in his left foot, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

Ahmed sustained the injury during the third inning Sunday and was removed from the Diamondbacks' win over the Blue Jays. The injury is not considered serious, and there are no plans for Ahmed to undergo tests.

Gordon (wrist) went 1-for-5 in Triple-A Tacoma's loss to Nashville on Sunday. He was also caught stealing on his only attempt.

Gordon logged his third full rehab game since joining the Rainiers, and Sunday's was likely his final one. The veteran is slated to join the Mariners in Minnesota on Tuesday for the start of a three-game set against the Twins after being out since May 21.

Wendle (wrist) started at shortstop and went 3-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Triple-A Durham's win over Gwinnett on Sunday.

The fact Wendle logged the start at shortstop had significance in and of itself, as manager Kevin Cash remarked over the weekend that the Rays want the option of deploying Wendle at the position when he's activated. The versatile infielder appears to be on the verge of returning, with his 5-for-8 tally over this first two rehab games seemingly indicating his wrist is close to or at full health.

Turner went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in a victory over San Diego on Sunday.

Turner's blast -- a 425-bomb to center field -- was the second of four consecutive home runs that put Washington in the history books in the eighth inning. He also scored Washington's first run after reaching base on an error in the first inning. Over his last 11 games, Turner has gone 15-for-47 (.319) with a pair of homers and nine runs scored. His season slash line is now up to .273/.316/.491.

Diaz felt some tightness in his left hamstring while running Sunday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

The Astros will continue to exercise caution with Diaz, so he'll likely take it easy for the next few days. "We're trying to make sure I'm going to be 100 percent when I come back," Diaz told McTaggart. "We tried running at 100, 95 percent and I felt a little tightness in my hamstring. I think that's part of the process. We know hamstrings can be tricky and we're going to keep doing work.'
