Anderson went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a walk in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Astros.

The speedy shortstop made his at-bats count in a dominant win against the Astros, reaching base three times including an RBI single. Anderson has been turning up the heat again, and overall, he's slashing .326/.359/.491 to go with 25 RBI, 13 stolen bases and eight home runs.

Adames went 3-for-4 with a home run, double and two runs scored in Thursday's 7-2 victory over the Indians.

Adames was a triple shy of the cycle after registering a solo home run, a double and a single off starter Adam Plutko. Despite some struggles at the plate this year, the 23-year-old now has four home runs, three of which came in the last six games. His line improves to .245/.315./.395 with eight doubles, 24 runs scored and 11 RBI.

Tejada was promoted to Triple-A Syracuse on Friday, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.

Tejada got a late start to game action this spring but moves up from Double-A Binghamton after just two games. He's still not on the Mets' 40-man roster, however, so his return to the big leagues doesn't appear imminent.

Urena is expected to be sent back to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Urena's latest trip to the big leagues will last just one week. He went 0-for-8 with five strikeouts over that stretch. He'll join Billy McKinney in heading to Buffalo, with Cavan Biggio and Lourdes Gurriel set to be recalled.

Anderson, who is batting second against righty Corbin Martin in Thursday's game against the Astros, could stick in the No. 2 spot going forward, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Anderson is hitting .322/.352/.491 with a 127 wRC+ -- a figure that ranks second behind only James McCann among White Sox hitters with at least 60 plate appearances. He always hits second against lefties, but this move would be a big vote of confidence for the right-handed hitter, who has typically hit seventh against righties.

Cruz (foot) was recently cleared to resume full weight-bearing activities, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

Cruz seems to have progressed as anticipated since being shut down in late April with a fractured left foot, but he's still probably multiple weeks away from returning to game action at High-A Bradenton. Prior to being shut down with the injury, the 20-year-old outfielder was hitting .238/.304/.333 with a 4-for-4 success rate on stolen-base attempts and a 28.3 percent strikeout rate.

Crawford is not in Thursday's lineup against the Braves, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic reports.

This will be his second day off in the last 15 games. He is hitting .200 with two home runs and a 25.5 percent strikeout rate over that stretch. Donovan Solano will start at shortstop, hitting eighth.

Arcia went 2-for-4 with three RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's victory over the Reds.

The three RBI tied a season high for Arcia, who recorded two hits in three of his last eight games and is hitting .282 this month. Arcia is hitting far more than he did a year ago, which has led him to start 48 of the 51 games the Brewers have played to date.

Rojas went 3-for-4 with an RBI in Wednesday's win over the Tigers.

The shortstop put together his first multi-hit performance since May 1, hitting a miserable .151 (8-for-53) in 15 games in between. Rojas is still looking for his first homer of 2019 after slugging a career-high 11 last year, but his .250/.307/.291 slash line through 44 contests is otherwise right in line with his career numbers.

Swanson went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer and a walk in Wednesday's 9-2 victory over the Giants.

It's nice to see Swanson finally taking advantage of the second spot in the lineup. The shortstop reached three times and crushed his eighth home run of the season, this time off Jeff Samardzija. Swanson's successful night at the dish improves his average to .254 to go along with 32 RBI and 23 runs scored.
