Anderson is not in the starting lineup against Cleveland on Thursday.

Anderson will receive a breather following four straight hitless outings, going 0-for-11 with seven strikeouts dating back to Sunday's series finale in Boston. In his place, Jose Rondon will start at shortstop and bat second in the order.

Rojas is out of the lineup Thursday against the Giants, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.

A pleasant surprise for the Marlins through the first two months of the season, Rojas has seen his production fall back to earth since late May. Over his last 14 games, Rojas has recorded only four hits in 50 at-bats, dropping his season batting average from .267 to .228. Brian Anderson, who typically starts in right field, will replace Rojas at the hot corner Thursday. If Rojas fails to get going at the plate in his subsequent starting chances, it may not take long for Anderson to settle in at the hot corner on a permanent basis, likely affording more regular opportunities in the outfield for the likes of Cameron Maybin and J.B. Shuck.

Fletcher started at third base and went 3-for-4 with a triple and a pair of RBI in Wednesday's loss to Seattle.

It was quite the debut for the 24-year-old infielder, who made a heads-up defensive play to preserve a run in the seventh inning in addition to his contributions at the plate. Fletcher earned his promotion to the majors after slashing .350/.394/.559 with six homers and seven steals in 58 games with Triple-A Salt Lake this season, a drastic improvement from the .254/.285/.322 line he produced in 47 games at the same level last year. The Angels are dealing with several injuries to key contributors in their lineup, so the rookie may have earned a regular role with the club in the interim.

Story went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBI in Wednesday's win over the Phillies.

Story has been absolutely red hot of late, as he's notched five straight multi-hit performances and has tallied multiple extra-base hits in three of those. The 25-year-old is hitting an even .400 in June, and now sports a .270/.344/528 slash line on the year to go along with the 14 home runs and NL-leading 49 RBI.

Baez went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Wednesday's 1-0 loss to the Brewers.

He was the only Cub to reach third base all game. It was Baez's second multi-hit performance in his last three games, but he was mired in an 0-for-17 mini-slump prior to that, leaving him with a .255/.286/.519 slash line on the year.

Crawford is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Rockies.

Crawford takes a seat after starting the last five games at third base. He hit .308/.438/.385 over that small stretch, potentially giving manager Gabe Kapler reason to plug his name into the lineup more regularly going forward, though his season line is still a weak .203/.276/.329. Maikel Franco will play third base Wednesday.

Gordon went 3-for-4 with a run in a win over the Angels on Tuesday.

After a red-hot first two months of the season, Gordon had gotten off to a sluggish start in June. The speedy leadoff man was mired in a 9-for-44 slump over the 10 games prior to Tuesday, but he snapped out of that funk with his first multi-hit effort since June 3. Gordon still sports a solid .283 season average, but that figure has notably tumbled over 70 points since reaching .355 as recently as May 3.

Wendle is not in the lineup against Toronto on Wednesday.

As expected, Wendle will head to the bench with left-hander J.A. Happ on the mound for the Blue Jays. Christian Arroyo will receive another start at second base in his absence.

Correa went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Athletics.

Correa, who had missed Houston's four-game sweep of Texas over the weekend with a side injury, announced his return in fine fashion. In his first at-bat in six days, he sent the first pitch he saw -- a grooved 91 mph four-seam fastball -- 410 feet away into the upper deck at Oakland Coliseum. The slugging shortstop had been on a slide at the time of his injury, slashing .203/.272/.351 over 81 plate appearances, including 25 strikeouts (30.9 percent).

Adrianza went 3-for-4 with a grand slam and two runs scored during Tuesday's 6-4 win in Detroit.

Adrianza came up huge for the Twins on Tuesday, with his seventh-inning grand slam proving to be the difference in the game. The 28-year-old now has three home runs in his last 30 at-bats after failing to homer through his first 103 at-bats of the season. Adrianza has a respectable .256/.320/.748 slash line as he continues to improve after a rough start to the season.
