Vidal Brujan 2B | NYM
Marlins' Vidal Brujan: Moving into reserve role
Brujan is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Brewers.
After a stretch of 16 consecutive starts, Brujan is on the bench for the second day in a row and appears set to operate as a utility man moving forward. His most recent nine starts came at shortstop, but Tim Anderson returned from the injured list Tuesday and has reclaimed everyday duties at the position. Meanwhile, Brujan looks to have lost out on playing time at second base to Otto Lopez, who has produced an .886 OPS thus far in May while chipping in two home runs and two stolen bases.

Zachary Neto SS | LAA
Angels' Zach Neto: Leaves with apparent injury
Neto was removed from Wednesday's game against the Astros in the bottom of the fifth inning with an apparent injury, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Neto made a high throw to first base and was removed from the game shortly therafter. It's not clear what injury Neto might be dealing with, but the Angels should have an update on the shortstop's status soon. Neto went 0-for-2 with a strikeout before being lifted.

Marco Luciano SS | NYY
Giants' Marco Luciano: Getting regular playing time at SS
Luciano will start at shortstop and bat seventh in Wednesday's game against the Pirates, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Luciano will pick up his fifth straight start after going 6-for-15 with two doubles, two walks, four runs and one RBI over the previous four contests. He should continue to hold down a regular role at shortstop while Nick Ahmed (wrist) is on the shelf, and Luciano may keep the job once Ahmed is healthy if he can continue to produce at the plate.

David Hamilton SS | MIL
Red Sox's David Hamilton: In lineup again Wednesday
Hamilton will start at shortstop and bat seventh in Wednesday's game versus the Rays.
Hamilton has now been in the lineup for five of the last six contests, with four of his starts coming at shortstop. With Hamilton getting the bulk of the reps at shortstop lately, Ceddane Rafaela has gone back to seeing most of his action in center field. Hamilton is 5-for-13 with one home run, two doubles, a triple and a stolen base in his last five tilts.

Jacob Wilson SS | ATH
Athletics' Jacob Wilson: On IL with knee issue
Triple-A Las Vegas placed Wilson on the 7-day injured list May 18 with a minor knee issue, A's broadcaster Vince Cotroneo reports.
Wilson is slashing .438/.458/.652 with three home runs, two steals and a 10.2 percent strikeout rate in 28 games across Double-A and Triple-A. His BABIP was .487 at Double-A and .409 at Triple-A, and Wilson's 16.8 percent hard-hit rate is a very poor mark for a 22-year-old in the upper levels, so while his contact skill is elite, Wilson's surface stats overstate his roto upside.

Ezequiel Tovar SS | COL
Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Knocks two home runs
Tovar went 2-for-5 with two solo home runs in Tuesday's loss to the Athletics.
Tovar put together his first career multi-homer game with solo blasts in the fifth and seventh innings to bring his total up to seven for the season. He's been locked in at the plate for most of May, registering at least a hit in 12 of his last 13 games with six of those being multi-hit efforts. Tovar has entrenched himself in the No. 2 spot in the batting order against righties and has seen himself hitting leadoff against lefties. He's now second on the team with 53 hits and tied for second with 21 RBI. For the year, the 22-year-old is slashing .279/.313/.468 with 21 extra-base hits, 22 runs scored and an 8:60 BB:K in 204 plate appearances.

Corey Seager SS | TEX
Rangers' Corey Seager: Homers again Tuesday
Seager went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Phillies.
Seager had a rough time against Phillies starter Ranger Suarez, going 0-for-4 with four strikeouts to start the day. However, he'd turn his night around with a solo home run off Jeff Hoffman in the eighth inning, cutting Texas' deficit to 3-2. The long ball extended Seager's hitting streak to six games -- he's gone 7-for-22 (.318) with three homers in that span. The 30-year-old shortstop is now slashing .246/.335/.383 with seven homers, 18 RBI and 20 runs scored through 200 plate appearances this season.

Dylan Moore LF | PHI
Mariners' Dylan Moore: Slugs pair of homers
Moore went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, a solo home run and an RBI single during Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Yankees.
Moore clubbed his fifth and sixth long balls of the campaign, tagging Clarke Schmidt for a two-run shot in the third and Nick Burdi for a solo shot in the ninth. All but one of Moore's homers have come in May, a month where he's batting .293 with 12 extra-base hits, 15 RBI and 12 runs scored.

Orlando Arcia SS | MIN
Braves' Orlando Arcia: Hits fifth homer
Arcia went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Cubs.
Arcia opened the scoring with his second-inning blast off Chicago starter Javier Assad. This was Arcia's first multi-hit effort since May 8 -- he's gone 9-for-44 (.205) with three homers, three doubles and five RBI over his last 12 contests. The shortstop is slashing .247/.273/.416 with five homers, 17 RBI, 19 runs scored, 13 doubles and no stolen bases over 176 plate appearances in a starting role this season.

Bobby Witt SS | KC
Royals' Bobby Witt: Fills stat sheet in win
Witt went 3-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI, one stolen base and three runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.
Witt has six extra-base hits over his last five games, going 8-for-20 (.400) in that span. He hadn't hit a homer since May 8, but he made up for it with a three-run blast in the second inning and a solo shot in the sixth. Witt also had an RBI single and a sacrifice fly in the contest. The star shortstop is slashing .304/.362/.546 with seven homers, 31 RBI, 45 runs scored, 16 steals, 14 doubles and three triples over 50 contests, a prominent display of his versatile skill set.
