Correa (ankle) has been cleared to continue ramping up his rehab at the Astros' spring training complex in Florida, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Coming back from left ankle surgery, Correa said Tuesday that he's been sprinting at 95 percent effort, fielding grounders and doing everything hitting-wise aside from facing live pitching. He is due to face live pitching in Florida and will also progress to running the bases and sliding. It was presumed when he had surgery in May that Correa's season was over, but he has a real chance to return later this month.

Montgomery isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Astros.

Montgomery will retreat to the bench Tuesday after going 0-for-5 during Monday's loss. Randal Grichuk will replace him in right field and bat sixth.

The Blue Jays recalled Keys from Triple-A Buffalo on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old was called up for his first taste of the majors in late June and had a .467 OPS in 12 games before returning to Buffalo a month later. Manager John Schneider said last week that Keys would begin playing some left field at Buffalo, but the top prospect still seems likely to see most of his action at first or third base for the Blue Jays.

The Astros recalled Meyers from Triple-A Sugar Land on Tuesday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Meyers will join the Astros for the stretch run after spending the past few weeks with Sugar Land. After posting a .727 OPS in 104 regular-season games in 2025, the 30-year-old started Opening Day for the Astros this season but has scuffled to a .213/.268/.326 slash line in 54 MLB contests.

The Yankees activated McMahon (thumb) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

McMahon was diagnosed with a Grade 2 left thumb sprain just over two weeks ago, but he's made a quick recovery and has been cleared to return following a brief rehab assignment. The 31-year-old will handle third base against right-handed pitching.

The Tigers activated Greene (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list, and he's starting in left field and batting cleanup Tuesday against the Twins.

The 25-year-old outfielder has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring string Aug. 12 but is now back with the Tigers for the final month of the season. Greene went 1-for-6 with two walks in two rehab games and will look to shake off the slow start to August that saw him bat .214 (6-for-28) with two extra-base hits and 12 strikeouts.

The Astros recalled Blanco from Triple-A Sugar Land to start Tuesday's game against the White Sox, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander is back in the majors Tuesday with rosters expanding to 28 players and will immediately step into Houston's rotation. Blanco has struggled to a 7.71 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 20:12 K:BB in 23.1 frames over his five appearances in the big leagues this season.

The Blue Jays designated Cameron for assignment Tuesday.

Cameron's stint in the majors lasted a couple weeks, as he went 5-for-24 with one home run and a 0:7 BB:K. He is likely to clear waivers, and if that happens the 29-year-old would have the ability to elect free agency.

The Blue Jays activated Smith (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Smith is ready to return from a brief absence brought about by left hamstring inflammation. He'll slot into a utility role for Toronto in September.

The Blue Jays activated Mantiply (knee) from the 60-day injured list Tuesday.

Mantiply is finally back in the saddle after working his way back from the arthroscopic surgery he underwent on his left knee in June. The veteran reliever will give manager John Schneider another lefty in the bullpen.
