Ginn (6-4) allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out five over six innings to earn the win over the Angels on Friday.

Ginn earned a quality start with this outing, his third such performance over five games in June. He's allowed 14 runs (12 earned) over 29 innings this month while adding a 26:10 K:BB. The right-hander is now at a 3.15 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 78:36 K:BB through 88.2 innings over 18 appearances (15 starts). Ginn frequently allows too many hits, but he's done a fairly good job at limiting damage throughout the year. He's projected to make his next start at home versus the Dodgers in what's likely to be a challenging matchup.

Benintendi went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and two runs scored Friday against the Royals.

Benintendi contributed to a 10-run third inning for the White Sox, tallying a double and coming around to score. He led off the following frame with his 10th home run of the season. Benintendi rarely gets starts against lefties, but he's still managed a very productive June by hitting .250 with six homers, 14 RBI and 12 runs scored across 20 games.

Kochanowicz's Tommy John surgery on his right elbow was deemed "successful," per MLB.com.

That's obviously good news for the right-handed hurler, who went under the knife in mid-June. Kochanowicz will be out for the remainder of this season and for at least a portion of 2027, though he could potentially return to action late in the campaign. He posted a 6.19 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 47:36 K:BB over 64 frames spanning 13 starts this season before being sidelined.

Kikuchi (shoulder) has begun a throwing program, per MLB.com.

Kikuchi has so far been limited to playing catch, but that's tangible progress as he looks to work his way back from left shoulder inflammation. If the veteran hurler moves forward without any setbacks, he could rejoin the Angels' rotation after the All-Star break. Kikuchi posted a rough 5.81 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 33:14 K:BB over 31 innings spanning seven starts before landing on the injured list in early May.

Joyce (shoulder) has been throwing at the Angels' complex in Arizona, but he's limited to fastball-only bullpens, per MLB.com.

Joyce has yet to pitch for the Angels this season as he continues to work his way back from right shoulder surgery. The fireballing reliever had progressed as far as taking part in a minor-league rehab assignment, but he was pulled from that stint in mid-May after four outings because he wasn't recovering as well as hoped. It appears the organization is taking a cautious approach to Joyce's recovery, so he may not be ready to join the big-league club until after the All-Star break.

Frazier (elbow) resumed throwing Wednesday, MLB.com reports.

Frazier has been on the shelf since early June due to right elbow inflammation. The veteran infielder has been hitting on the field, taking grounders and running for some time, and the progression to a throwing program puts him another step closer to a return. With that said, his role upon his activation is cloudy. The Angels have changed the look of their infield since Frazier's injury, with Christian Moore and Denzer Guzman both getting called up from the minors during that span and Donovan Walton putting up solid numbers while making frequent starts at second base.

Booser picked up a hold Friday against Arizona, recording the final out of the sixth inning.

After beginning the season with Triple-A Durham, Booser has since carved out a key spot in the Rays' bullpen. Through 9.1 innings thus far, the 34-year-old left-hander has a 0.96 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 10:3 K:BB with two holds.

Wolfram picked up a hold Friday against the Nationals, striking out two in a clean eighth inning.

The 29-year-old left-hander has now turned in 23 outings with no earned runs allowed among 29 appearances this season, though he has given up multiple earned runs on three occasions. Wolfram has managed to be a fairly reliable setup man in 2026 despite having a .281 batting average against him, posting a 3.47 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 27:3 K:BB with nine holds across 23.1 innings.

Meidroth went 4-for-5 with two RBI and three runs scored in Friday's 22-1 win over the Royals.

Meidroth drove in runs in the third and seventh innings en route to his first four-hit effort of the season. It continued a solid-yet-unspectacular June for the 24-year-old, who's hitting .293 with four extra-base hits, nine RBI and 11 runs scored through 21 games this month. On the season, he's slashing .276/.340/.384 with six home runs, 27 RBI, 47 runs scored and two steals across 331 plate appearances.

Gonzalez went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, a walk, five RBI and three runs scored in Friday's 22-1 win over the Royals.

Gonzalez launched a three-run homer in the third inning before adding a two-run single in the seventh, falling a triple shy of the cycle in the first three-hit effort of his career. The rookie has now logged back-to-back multi-hit games after entering Wednesday's contest mired in a 0-for-25 slump over his previous 10 contests. Through his first 65 major-league plate appearances, Gonzalez is slashing .228/.323/.351 with two home runs, 10 RBI and eight runs scored.
