Schultz (2-1) allowed two hits and three walks while striking out two over six scoreless innings to earn the win over the Padres on Friday.

Schultz turned in his second straight quality start. There were a couple of downsides Friday -- his two strikeouts were a season-low mark, and he's now walked at least three batters in three of his four starts. On the positive side, he's at a 2.53 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 20:12 K:BB across 21.1 innings, with his two wins being against Atlanta and San Diego. Schultz is tentatively projected to make his next start on the road versus the Angels.

Englert (forearm) is set to throw a bullpen session Sunday, MLB.com reports.

Boyle faced live hitters in batting practice Thursday, and he could go on a minor-league rehab assignment after Sunday's bullpen. The right-hander is working his way back from right forearm tightness, and he's tracking toward rejoining Tampa Bay's bullpen in mid-to-late May. It's worth mentioning that Rays want Englert to be built back up to work multiple innings.

Boyle (elbow) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session Sunday, MLB.com reports.

Boyle faced hitters in live batting practice Thursday, and it's possible he'll start a minor-league rehab assignment following Sunday's session. The right-hander is recovering from a right elbow strain, and he's on track to return to the Rays at some point in mid-to-late May. Jesse Scholtens is handling Boyle's spot in Tampa Bay's rotation for the time being.

Urena was removed from Friday's game against the Mets after getting hit on the leg by a comebacker, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

A 102.6 mph line drive off the bat of Bo Bichette connected with Urena's right leg in the sixth inning, causing him to fall to the ground and remain down for a moment. He threw a few warmup pitches in front of trainers in an effort to stay in the game, but the Angels made the call to pull him. More information regarding his status could be available after the game, though the fact that he was able to throw immediately after the incident is an encouraging sign.

Povich (1-1) took the loss against the Yankees on Friday, allowing five runs on seven hits and two walks with four strikeouts over four innings.

Povich struggled from the jump, surrendering five runs across the first two innings, including four via the long ball. He generated eight swinging strikes on 77 pitches and allowed eight hard-hit balls, including five over 100 mph. It was a rough return for the southpaw, who is filling in for Trevor Rogers (illness), after yielding three earned runs across 12.1 major-league innings in early April. He'll try to rebound in a road matchup against the Marlins next week.

Warren (4-0) earned the win against the Orioles on Friday, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and a walk while striking out nine over 6.1 innings.

Warren surrendered a solo homer to Pete Alonso but was otherwise dominant, throwing 60 of 94 pitches for strikes with 12 whiffs. The 26-year-old has now posted three straight quality starts, and he's yielded two earned runs or fewer in each of his seven outings this season. He owns a 2.39 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 46:8 K:BB across 37.2 innings and will aim to keep things rolling against the Rangers at home next week.

Imaging on Helsley's right elbow came back negative Friday, Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Manager Craig Albernaz said that he isn't too concerned about Helsley's elbow now that the team knows he isn't dealing with any structural damage. He added that the 31-year-old reliever has been dealing with elbow discomfort for the past week but thought the issue would subside on its own. Helsley is now set to remain sidelined until at least May 15, though Albernaz's comments suggest he may not need much more than a minimum-length stay on the IL. In the meantime, Rico Garcia and Yennier Cano figure to be the leading candidates for saves in Baltimore.

Alonso went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks and an additional run scored in Friday's 7-2 loss to the Yankees.

Alonso scored both of the Orioles' runs, highlighted by a solo blast in the second inning. The 31-year-old slugger is starting to get going, tallying three homers over his past eight games. For the year, he's slashing just .203/.319/.390 with five long balls, 14 RBI, 19 runs scored and a steal across 138 plate appearances.

Rice went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in Friday's 7-2 win over the Orioles.

Rice broke the game open, giving the Yankees a 5-1 lead with a three-run blast in the second inning. He's posted four multi-hit efforts over his past eight games, with five going for extra bases in that span. It continued what has been an excellent start for the 27-year-old, who owns a .330/.441/.778 slash line with 11 homers, 26 RBI, 27 runs scored and a steal across 127 plate appearances.

Correa went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and a double in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Red Sox.

Correa was responsible for the Astros' only run, launching a solo shot in the third inning. The 31-year-old also recorded his third three-hit performance of the season and has now tallied five extra-base hits, six runs scored and six RBI over his past 10 games. He's been impressive in the early going, slashing .288/.370/.441 with three homers, 15 RBI, 21 runs scored and a stolen base across 127 plate appearances.
