Landon Knack RP | LAD
Dodgers' Landon Knack: Set to pitch Wednesday
Knack is scheduled to be recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City to pitch in Wednesday's game against the Marlins, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.
The right-hander joined the Dodgers as a member of the taxi squad Tuesday and will make his fourth MLB appearance of the season a day later. Manager Dave Roberts said a decision has yet to be made on whether Knack will start the contest or follow an opener. The 27-year-old has given up seven earned runs with a 7:6 K:BB across 8.2 big-league frames this year.

James Outman CF | DET
Dodgers' James Outman: Promoted, starting Tuesday
The Dodgers recalled Outman from Triple-A Oklahoma City, and he's starting in center field and batting eighth Tuesday against the Marlins.
The 27-year-old will join the Dodgers for the first time in 2025 since Teoscar Hernandez was placed on the injured list with an adductor strain. Outman should see regular playing time against right-handed pitching, especially since Tommy Edman (ankle) is also on the shelf for at least a few more days. Outman has enjoyed a strong start to the Triple-A season with an .830 OPS and eight homers in 32 games, but his swing-and-miss issues have been as present as ever with a 36.3 percent strikeout rate.

Teoscar Hernandez LF | LAD
Dodgers' Teoscar Hernandez: Has Grade 1 adductor strain
The Dodgers placed Hernandez on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a Grade 1 left adductor strain, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
Hernandez had to leave Monday's game in Miami with what was called hamstring tightness at the time, but it turns out it's his adductor/groin area that's the issue. The fact that the strain is only Grade 1 gives Hernandez a chance to avoid a long-term absence, but there is no timetable for his return. The Dodgers have Andy Pages in right field and James Outman in center field Tuesday versus the Marlins.

Chase Dollander SP | COL
Rockies' Chase Dollander: Tigers-Rockies postponed
Dollander will not start Tuesday versus the Tigers after the game was postponed due to inclement weather.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Thursday. Dollander will likely be simply pushed back a day to start Wednesday. However, he did exit his last outing with a split fingernail, so the Rockies might elect to give him extra rest.

Eric Wagaman 1B | NYM
Marlins' Eric Wagaman: Taking seat Tuesday
Wagaman is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Dodgers.
Wagaman's absence from the lineup Tuesday breaks a run of 17 straight starts, during which he had a .243/.264/.400 slash line with five doubles and two homers. Matt Mervis will man first base while Agustin Ramirez receives a turn at designated hitter.

Teoscar Hernandez LF | LAD
Dodgers' Teoscar Hernandez: Headed to injured list
The Dodgers will place Hernandez (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list prior to Tuesday's game in Miami, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
Hernandez had to exit Monday's game against the Marlins with left hamstring tightness. There's no word yet on the results of an MRI, but evidently it was bad enough that a trip to the IL will be required. James Outman appears poised to take Hernandez's roster spot and could see reps in the outfield. The Dodgers also figure to give Hyeseong Kim a look in the outfield while Hernandez is out.

Aaron Ashby RP | MIL
Brewers' Aaron Ashby: Cleared for rehab assignment
Ashby (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with the Brewers' Arizona Complex League affiliate on Tuesday, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Ashby has been out since early March with a right oblique strain but has finally been cleared to appear in a game. The left-hander's rehab assignment figures to be a lengthy one given how much time he's missed, but he could be back before the end of May. Ashby was competing for a spot in the Brewers' rotation before he got hurt, but it's not clear whether they'll bring him back as a starter or reliever.

Tommy Pham DH | CHW
Pirates' Tommy Pham: Not starting Tuesday
Pham is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cardinals.
The 37-year-old outfielder started the previous two games but finds himself on the bench Tuesday while in the midst of a 2-for-18 slump. Pham has operated as Pittsburgh's primary left fielder so far this season, but Alexander Canario, who is starting Tuesday's contest, has picked up more playing time of late with four starts in the past six games.
