Williams did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Mariners, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits and three walks while striking out six over five innings.

Williams threw 64 of his 103 pitches for strikes and generated 13 swinging strikes, but Seattle pushed across a run in the second inning before adding two more in the third. The right-hander was lifted after five innings, marking his fifth consecutive start without completing six frames after reaching at that mark in each of his previous eight outings. Williams will carry a 3.81 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and a 117:34 K:BB into his next scheduled start against the White Sox at home.

Adames left Sunday's 3-2 win over Atlanta in the top of the eighth inning after his lower back locked up on him, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Adames struck out swinging in his final at-bat of the game in the bottom of the seventh, finishing the day 1-for-4 with three punchouts. He has been dealing with back spasms for about a week according to manager Tony Vitello, and he is also battling the flu. Adames can be considered day-to-day ahead of Monday's series opener on the road against Diamondbacks.

Singer (3-7) took the loss Sunday against the Pirates, allowing five runs on nine hits over 4.1 innings. He struck out six.

Four of the runs charged to Singer came in the second inning, when Pittsburgh led off the frame with four consecutive hits, capped by a Tyler Callihan two-run homer. Coming into the day, Singer had pitched to a 2.33 ERA across 27 innings in his previous five outings. Overall, his ERA sits at 5.12 with a 1.54 WHIP and 65:25 K:BB across 16 starts (77.1 innings) this season. Singer is currently lined up to face the Orioles at home his next time out.

Hancock did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Guardians, allowing one run on five hits and three walks while striking out six over 5.2 innings.

Hancock bounced back nicely after consecutive five-run outings, holding Cleveland to just one hit through his first four innings. The Guardians finally broke through in the fifth, opening the frame with three straight singles before a sacrifice fly accounted for the lone run against the right-hander. Hancock exited in line for the win, but Seattle's bullpen surrendered five runs in the eighth inning to erase the lead. He now owns a 3.47 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 87:22 K:BB across 90.2 innings and is lined up to have his next outing at home against Toronto.

Brown took a no-decision Sunday against the Tigers, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out four.

A fielding error by Raynel Delgado in the fifth inning allowed an unearned run to come across for Detroit, but Brown still logged his second quality start of the year. The 27-year-old right-hander put forth his longest outing since coming off the injured list due to a shoulder strain in mid-June, also throwing a season-high 103 pitches Sunday. Brown has given up multiple runs just one time this year, holding a 1.78 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 32:13 K:BB across his first 25.1 innings.

Henderson (back) was sent to Triple-A Nashville to begin a minor-league rehab assignment Sunday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Henderson will return to the mound in a contest for the first time since suffering a lower-back strain in late May. The right-hander has posted a 2.74 ERA and 1.04 WHIP with 30 strikeouts over 23 innings across five starts with the Brewers so far this season, and he has a strong chance of securing a spot in the major-league rotation once healthy.

Flaherty took a no-decision Sunday against the Astros, allowing no runs on two hits and three walks in five innings. He struck out nine.

After missing about two weeks with a left peroneal strain, Flaherty looked very sharp in his return Sunday while generating 16 whiffs over five shutout frames. The month of June was certainly the 30-year-old right-hander's best so far, as he's posted a 2.50 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 23:7 K:BB across his last 23 innings. Flaherty, who still has a dispositioning 4.97 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 87:37 K:BB across 70.2 frames overall, will hope to maintain his momentum in Texas his next time out.

Merrill went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Dodgers.

Merrill has gone 14-for-55 (.255) over his last 13 games, a span that includes seven steals. The outfielder wasn't running all that much early in the season -- he's up to 17 thefts on 18 attempts now, but he has picked up the pace in the last couple of weeks. He's batting .212 with a .618 OPS, eight home runs, 31 RBI, 35 runs scored, 15 doubles and one triple over 79 games on the season.

Machado went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Dodgers.

Machado has had a homer and a double in three of his last eight games. He is hitting .321 (9-for-28) with eight RBI in that span, showing some signs of life after what's largely been a disappointing first half aside from steady power production. The third baseman is still batting just .188 on the year with a .664 OPS, 15 homers, 44 RBI, 39 runs scored, 15 doubles and one stolen base over 80 contests.

O'Hearn went 3-for-5 with two homers, an additional run scored and four total RBI in Sunday's 9-4 win over the Reds.

O'Hearn put the Pirates ahead 5-4 with a 421-foot blast off Brady Singer in the fifth inning before extending the lead to 8-4 with his second home run, a three-run shot off Pierce Johnson in the eighth. Prior to Sunday, O'Hearn had homered just once in his previous 16 games. Overall, he's slashing .286/.342/.479 with 13 homers, 50 RBI and 38 runs scored across 284 plate appearances this season.
