Dobbins is slated to start Thursday's game against the Mets at Citi Field, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Dobbins will get a turn in the rotation after making two appearances out of the bullpen since his call-up from Triple-A Memphis on May 31. In those two outings, the 26-year-old combined to pitch 8.2 innings, allowing one earned run on eight hits and two walks while striking out 10 batters. St. Louis hasn't indicated that it will maintain a six-man rotation beyond this week, so Dobbins may need a strong showing against the Mets to make a case for earning additional starts.

Jax did not factor into Sunday's decision against the Marlins, allowing three hits and two walks while striking out four across five scoreless innings.

It was a nice bounce-back performance from Jax after he allowed three home runs in his last outing against the Tigers this past Monday. He tossed 37 strikes on 62 pitches Sunday while generating nine whiffs, and it was the third time this season that he completed five frames, all of which have come over his last five starts. Jax sits at a 4.15 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 36:18 K:BB across 39 innings this season, and his next start is slated for next weekend on the road against the Angels.

Lopez went 2-for-4 with an RBI triple, a double and a run scored during the Marlins' 4-1 win over the Rays on Sunday.

Lopez got the Marlins on the board with an RBI triple in the sixth inning before being brought home one batter later on a sacrifice fly from Kyle Stowers. It was the fourth time this season that Lopez recorded multiple extra-base hits in a game, and he has logged at least two hits in four of his last six outings. In that six-game span, he has gone 10-for-26 (.385) with four extra-base hits, two RBI and four runs scored.

Marsh went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, two total RBI and an additional run scored in Sunday's 9-5 win over the White Sox.

Marsh put the Phillies ahead 4-3 in the third inning with an opposite-field shot off David Sandlin, his third homer in as many days and his eighth of the season. Marsh has been on a tear at the plate, going 12-for-24 over his last six contests. He's batting a league-leading .338 with an .889 OPS, 33 runs scored, 30 RBI and five stolen bases across 228 plate appearances this year.

Nola did not factor into the decision Sunday against the White Sox, allowing five runs on six hits and four walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out four.

Nola struggled with his command Sunday, throwing just 59 of his 98 pitches for strikes while matching a season high with four walks. Nola had been pitching better coming into the day, allowing just four runs over 11 innings in his previous two starts. Overall, the veteran right-hander sports a 5.86 ERA with a 1.45 WHIP and 68:22 K:BB across 13 starts (66 innings) this season. Nola will look to get back on track in his next outing, tentatively scheduled to come on the road in Milwaukee.

Suarez did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Yankees, allowing a run on six hits over 6.1 innings. He struck out six.

It was a strong effort from Suarez, who made it through six innings for the first time since April 27, as he held the Yankees scoreless until Paul Goldschmidt's two-out RBI single in the fifth. Suarez had been struggling coming into the day, allowing nine runs over 10 innings in his previous two outings. Overall, his ERA sits at 3.18 with a 1.14 WHIP and 63:19 K:BB across 12 starts (65 innings) this season. Suarez is tentatively lined up to face the Rangers at home in his next start.

Schlittler did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Red Sox, allowing a run on four hits and a walk over 5.2 innings. He struck out five.

It was an encouraging bounce-back showing from Schlittler after he gave up five runs in 4.1 innings in a loss to Cleveland his last time out. The right-hander blanked the Red Sox for five innings before giving up a lone run on a Willson Contreras two-out double in the sixth. Most encouraging was Schlittler's fastball velocity, which averaged 97.5 MPH, up from the 96.8 he averaged against the Guardians. Schlittler's ERA now sits at an AL-best 1.87 with a 0.87 WHIP and 89:14 K:BB across 14 starts (82 innings). He's currently slated to face the Blue Jays on the road his next time out.

Swanson is not in the starting lineup for Sunday night's contest against the Giants.

Swanson will remain on the bench for the second straight contest, which doesn't come as much of a surprise after manager Craig Counsell said Saturday that the 32-year-old would "get a couple days off." Nico Hoerner will draw the start at shortstop while Pedro Ramirez enters the lineup at second base, batting eighth in the series finale with San Francisco.

The Cubs acquired Kelly from the Dodgers on Sunday in exchange for cash considerations, Jared Wyllys of AllCHGO.com reports.

Kelly has spent most of the last four seasons in Triple-A and has yet to make his MLB debut. Over 21 innings with the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate in Oklahoma City to begin the season, Kelly posted a 5.14 ERA, 1.86 WHIP and 22:19 K:BB across 21 innings in 23 appearances.

Chandler (2-7) took the loss Sunday against Atlanta, allowing three runs (two earned) on one hit and two walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out seven.

Working behind an opener for the first time this season, Chandler looked dominant early, blanking Atlanta through his first five frames. However, he ultimately took the loss after walking back-to-back batters in the seventh, both of whom came around to score after the Pirates turned to the bullpen. Despite the disappointing finish, it was an encouraging effort from Chandler, who'd given up eight runs over 10 innings in his previous two starts. Overall, the right-hander sports a 4.91 ERA with a 1.44 WHIP and 62:40 K:BB across 62.1 innings this season.
