Benintendi went 2-for-4 with a double, a two-run home run and two runs scored Saturday against the Tigers.

Benintendi provided some insurance runs for the White Sox, doubling and coming around to score in the seventh inning before blasting a two-run home run one frame later. He now has four home runs on the season, and over his last 11 starts he's hit .300 with two homers, eight RBI and five runs scored.

Leahy allowed one run on six hits and no walks while striking out four batters over 4.1 innings in a no-decision against the Cubs on Saturday.

Leahy looked good through four innings, giving up just four hits and no runs. However, he began the fifth by surrendering a run on two hits through three batters and was then removed for a reliever. Leahy needed 78 pitches cover his 4.1 frames, so he probably wasn't going to go much deeper even without the quick hook. The right-hander entered Saturday having gone exactly five or 5.1 innings in eight of his 10 starts, and he's completed six innings just once on the season. Leahy does have a favorable 5-3 record, but his 4.25 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 48:22 K:BB over 55 innings aren't inspiring.

Yesavage didn't factor into the decision Saturday, allowing one run on two hits and seven walks over five innings as the Blue Jays were downed 6-5 by the Orioles. He struck out four.

The seven free passes shattered Yesavage's previous career high of three in a start, but the 22-year-old right-hander limited the damage to a third-inning RBI single by Gunnar Henderson and left the mound in line for his third win of the season. Jeff Hoffman and the Toronto bullpen had other plans, however, and fell apart in the ninth inning. Yesavage will take a 2.19 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 39:17 K:BB through 37 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road next week in Atlanta.

Brown (2-2) earned the win over St. Louis on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and one walk while striking out six batters over seven innings.

Brown was in control throughout the contest, and he gave up only one hit outside of the fourth inning. The right-hander began the campaign in the bullpen, and Saturday marked his fifth start of the season. Though Brown hasn't yet quite worked his way up to a full starter's workload -- he's thrown 82, 83 and 82 pitches in his past three outings -- that hasn't prevented him from going plenty deep, as he's collected a quality start in each of his past two appearances. The 26-year-old has also fanned at least six batters in each of his past four starts, rewarding fantasy managers who scooped him up despite his struggles as a starter in previous campaigns. Brown seems to have come into his own this season, as he now holds a 1.92 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 53:15 K:BB across 51.2 innings.

Reynolds went 2-for-2 with two walks, one RBI and one run scored in Saturday's 10-9 win over the Twins.

Reynolds was a thorn in the Twins' side all game, reaching base four times and driving in a run on what proved to be the game-winning sacrifice fly in the seventh inning. The 31-year-old is currently riding an eight-game hitting streak that includes five multi-hit efforts, six extra-base hits, six RBI, seven runs scored and a stolen base. For the year, he's slashing .280/.403/.444 with six homers, 38 RBI, 37 runs scored and four steals across 253 plate appearances.

Bleday went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in a loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

Bleday provided all of the runs the Reds would score with a two-run blast to right field in the second inning. The long ball was his second in as many games and his third across his past five contests. The veteran outfielder has gone 8-for-20 during that span, bringing his season slash line up to an impressive .295/.395/.629. He's added nine homers, 24 RBI and one stolen base in just 29 games.

Horwitz went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 10-9 win over the Twins.

Horwitz made an early impact, leading off the game with a homer before adding a single and scoring again in the second. It continued a magnificent May for the 28-year-old, who enters the final day of the month hitting .333 with 10 extra-base hits and 16 RBI through 25 games. On the season, he's slashing .292/.394/.470 with seven long balls, 26 RBI, 23 runs scored and one steal across 203 plate appearances.

Acuna went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs, a walk and two stolen bases Saturday in a 5-2 win against Cincinnati.

Acuna went deep for the third straight game and posted his first multi-homer performance of the season. Beyond that, he notched two thefts for the second time over his past three contests. The star outfielder has gone 4-for-10 with four home runs, seven RBI, five walks and four steals over that three-game span. That hot stretch has brought Acuna's season slash line up to .246/.369/.419 to go along with six homers, 26 runs, 19 RBI and 12 thefts through 45 contests on the campaign.

Mangum went 3-for-4 with a home run, a walk, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 10-9 win over the Twins.

Mangum launched his first homer of the season in the second inning before giving the Pirates an 8-7 lead on an RBI single in the fifth. It was the 30-year-old's first three-hit effort since April 16, and he's now hit safely in five of his past six starts with five RBI during that stretch. For the year, he's slashing .267/.339/.317 with one home run, eight RBI, 16 runs scored and seven steals across 114 plate appearances.

Singer (2-5) took the loss against Atlanta on Saturday, throwing five innings and allowing three runs on four hits and four walks while striking out two batters.

Singer battled both his control and command throughout the outing -- in addition to walking four batters, he allowed a pair of homers. The right-hander threw only 48 of 94 pitches for strikes and finished with just two punchouts. The long ball has been a big issue for Singer of late, as he's now given up 13 home runs over his past 27.1 innings. The veteran hurler has an ugly 2.8 HR/9 this season, which is more than double his previous career-high rate. Those troubles have led to a 6.18 ERA in what is shaping up to be Singer's worst season as a pro.
