Corbin didn't factor into the decision Monday against the Yankees, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks with three strikeouts across four innings.

Corbin failed to go five innings for the second straight start, and he's surrendered six runs on 15 hits and four walks with just four strikeouts across 8.1 innings during that span. He's yet to make it six innings in any of his eight starts this season and is merely just trying to eat innings for this shorthanded Toronto pitching staff. The left-hander's xERA of 6.10 is much higher than his actual 4.23 ERA, and he's in the second percentile with an expected batting average against of .312. Corbin is also in just the 10th percentile or worse in fastball velocity (91.1 mph), whiff rate and strikeout rate. He owns a lackluster 25:13 K:BB across 38.1 innings.

Gordon is expected to work in bulk relief behind opening pitcher Sammy Peralta during Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Though he won't be drawing the start, Gordon will be essentially filling the rotation spot that previously belonged to Chase Dollander, who was placed on the injured list due to a right elbow sprain. After the injury limited Dollander to just one inning in his start this past Thursday against the Pirates, Gordon came on in long relief, striking out five while allowing one run over four frames. Gordon tossed 69 pitches in that appearance and should be capable of handling a typical starter's workload once Peralta exits Tuesday's contest, likely after working the first inning or two.

Peralta will serve as the Rockies' opening pitcher for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Peralta is lined up to make his first big-league appearance of 2026 after being called up from Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday. He'll be expected to work the first inning or two before making way for a bulk reliever, with rigthy Tanner Gordon being the most likely candidate to cover multiple frames out of the bullpen.

Duran secured the save Monday against the Reds, throwing a clean ninth inning. He struck out two.

Duran has been especially dominant as of late, fanning multiple batters in six consecutive outings since coming off the injured list with an oblique strain in early May. The hard-throwing right-hander has established a very strong grip on Philadelphia's closer role, boasting a 1.42 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 21:5 K:BB over 12.2 innings while successfully converting all eight of his save opportunities.

Volpe went 2-for-4 with a double, two stolen bases and a run scored in Monday's 7-6 win over the Blue Jays.

Volpe singled and stole second in the second inning before doubling and stealing third in the fourth. They were Volpe's first two swiped bags of the season after making his season debut last Wednesday. Through five games, Volpe is 4-for-13 with a pair of doubles, three RBI, two runs scored, two steals and a 7:4 BB:K. He's started all five games since returning to the lineup.

House was optioned to Triple-A Rochester on Monday.

House has flashed plenty of pop early in the 2026 campaign, registering seven home runs over 44 games, including three home runs in May, but the club has elected to send him down. This move is presumably to make room for Dylan Crews, who is expected to be promoted ahead of Tuesday's matchup.

Lodolo took a no-decision Monday against the Phillies, allowing three runs on three hits and five walks in 5.2 innings. He struck out three.

Lodolo is struggling to find his footing since making his season debut earlier this month, having now given up at least three runs in all of his first three starts. It's also worth noting that the southpaw has hit a batter and been taken yard at least once in each outing so far, so neither his control nor his command have been particularly sharp. Lodolo will try to get himself on track in his next scheduled appearance versus St. Louis this weekend, holding a 7.20 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 11:9 K:BB over 15 innings.

Chisholm went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 7-6 win over the Blue Jays.

After Cody Bellinger tied the game 5-5 with a two-run shot off Yariel Rodriguez in the bottom of the seventh inning, Chisholm swatted a two-run homer of his own two batters later to give the Yankees a 7-5 lead. It was Chisholm's fifth long ball of the season and snapped an 11-game homer-less drought. After a really slow start to the season, Chisholm's bat has been heating up with four straight multi-hit games and a five-game hitting streak. He's now slashing .237/.316/.379 with the five homers, 18 RBI, 21 runs scored, 12 stolen bases and a 19:54 BB:K across 190 plate appearances. Despite the recent success at the plate, Chisholm remains in just the 10th percentile or worse in xwOBA, expected batting average and expected slugging percentage. After posting a 15 percent barrel rate in 2025, Chisholm is barreling just 5.4 percent of his batted balls 48 games into 2026.

Sproat allowed three runs on three hits and three walks while striking out five batters over 4.2 innings in a no-decision against the Cubs on Monday.

Sproat not only looked to be in line for an easy victory after the Brewers built an 8-0 lead heading into the bottom of the fifth inning, he was also working on a no-hitter at that point. However, the right-hander couldn't get the final three outs he needed to qualify for the victory, giving up three runs on three hits and a walk before he was pulled with two outs in the fifth. That certainly resulted in a disappointing outing for Sproat, who had picked up his first victory as a major-leaguer in his previous start. He'll look to go deeper the next time he takes the mound, which lines up to be this weekend against the Dodgers.

Adames was pulled from Monday's game against Arizona after suffering an apparent right hand injury, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Adames looked to suffer the injury on a grounder that got past him in the bottom of the fifth inning. He was shaking his hand after the play and was promptly removed from the matchup. Adames can be considered day-to-day until further notice.
