Rave went 1-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Rave generated a run with his speed in the second inning, stealing third and forcing a throwing error that bought him the time to score. The outfielder has hit safely in all six of his games in September, going 6-for-20 (.300) with three extra-base hits this month. Rave has been getting a boost in playing time while Jac Caglianone (elbow) is banged up and would benefit further if an IL stint is deemed necessary. Rave is hitting .233 with a .763 OPS, six steals, five home runs, 11 RBI, 20 runs scored, six doubles and one triple over 116 plate appearances this season.

Jensen went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Jensen has contributed six homers over his last 12 games, going 13-for-44 (.295) in that span. The catcher is thriving out of the leadoff spot with his recent power surge. Overall this year, he's batting .229 with a .761 OPS, 23 homers, 69 RBI, 70 runs scored, 29 doubles, two triples and two stolen bases over 136 contests.

Witt went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Arizona had just clawed back from a two-run deficit in the top of the fifth inning, but Witt answered with a big homer to put the Royals ahead for good. In September, the shortstop has gone 8-for-33 (.242) with two homers and five RBI over nine contests. Witt has had a bit of a down year in the power department with 18 homers through 128 contests. He's batting .282 with an .814 OPS, 54 RBI, 84 runs scored, 30 doubles, one triple and 39 stolen bases.

Pearson allowed one hit and one walk while striking out one over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Pearson wasn't all that sharp, but he was still able to protect the three-run lead. He's riding an 11.1-inning scoreless streak, a span in which he has earned two saves and four holds while working as part of the Royals' closing committee. On the year, Pearson has a 2.03 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 35:19 K:BB through 40 innings between the Royals and the Astros. He has added four saves and five holds.

Lynch (5-5) allowed two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out three over five innings to earn the win over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.

This was Lynch's first win since moving into the rotation after the trade deadline. He has seen mixed results as a starter, allowing 19 runs (18 earned) over 25.2 innings across his seven starts so far, though he has gone five frames in each of his last two outings. For the season, he's at a 3.52 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 49:22 K:BB across 71.2 innings. He's projected to make his next start at Houston.

Contreras went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, an additional RBI, one walk and two total runs scored in Wednesday's 8-6 win over the Cubs.

Contreras has gone 12-for-39 (.308) with three homers and eight RBI over his last 10 games. The catcher has seen a slight dip in plate discipline with 13 strikeouts in that stretch, but he's still making enough contact to produce positive outcomes. On the year, he's batting .271 with a .751 OPS, 15 homers, 77 RBI, 75 runs scored, 25 doubles, one triple and one stolen base over 135 games.

Yelich went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Wednesday's 8-6 win over the Cubs.

Yelich has two homers over nine contests in September, and they've both come against the Cubs. The 34-year-old went deep off Kevin Gausman in the first inning of Wednesday's contest, giving the Brewers a hot start. Yelich is now batting .241 with a .712 OPS, 11 homers, 53 RBI, 62 runs scored, 23 doubles, two triples and 11 stolen bases over 106 contests on the year.

Chourio went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, a second RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Wednesday's 8-6 win over the Cubs.

Chourio feasted on the Cubs' pitching in this series, going 8-for-14 with two homers and six RBI over the last three games. The outfielder continues to be a quality contributor across the board -- he's up to 23 homers and 17 steals this season, putting him within striking distance of a third straight 20-20 campaign to begin his career. He's batting .290 with an .837 OPS, 65 RBI, 82 runs scored and 25 doubles over 112 contests.

Henderson (10-3) allowed one unearned run on two hits and a walk while striking out six over five-plus innings to earn the win over the Cubs on Wednesday.

Henderson threw 65 of 95 pitches for strikes in another strong performance. His run of six straight quality starts came to an end with the shorter outing, but he's still allowed just 11 runs (10 earned) over 44.1 innings since the start of August. The 24-year-old is at a 2.34 ERA, 0.78 WHIP and 99:15 K:BB through 88.1 innings over 16 starts this season. Henderson is projected to make his next start at Pittsburgh.

Gausman (9-12) allowed seven runs (six earned) on eight hits and two walks while striking out six over four innings to take the loss versus the Brewers on Wednesday.

Gausman wasn't able to match his performance from last week against Milwaukee, when he surrendered just one run over seven frames. He was tagged for a trio of home runs over the first two innings Wednesday, accounting for six of the seven runs on his line. This was the third time in seven starts with the Cubs that Gausman has failed to complete five frames, and he's been charged with five or more runs three times in that span as well. Overall, he has a 4.60 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 171:46 K:BB through 166.1 innings over 30 starts between the Cubs and the Blue Jays. The right-hander's next projected start is another tough one at home versus Atlanta next week.
