Raleigh was removed from Wednesday's game against the Astros with an apparent right side injury, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Raleigh was spotted wincing in pain and grabbing at his right side during the eighth inning, and he was replaced on defense when Seattle took the field in the ninth. The slugging backstop missed three games earlier this month due to soreness on the same side, and although the severity of his latest flare-up is unknown, the Mariners may now have to send him to the injured list. Mitch Garver should take over as Seattle's primary backstop if Raleigh has to miss time.

Cease did not factor into the decision Wednesday against the Rays, allowing a run on three hits and three walks over seven innings. He struck out nine.

While Toronto failed to take the lead until the 10th inning, leaving Cease with a no-decision, it was another excellent outing from the right-hander, who's now gone seven innings in each of his last three starts. Cease's ERA is down to 2.41 across nine starts (52.1 innings) with a 1.18 WHIP and 75 strikeouts, good for second most in the majors. He'll look to keep rolling his next time out, tentatively lined up for next week on the road against the Yankees.

Woods Richardson (0-6) took the loss Wednesday against the Marlins, allowing eight runs (six earned) on seven hits and three walks in four innings. He struck out one.

After giving up just three runs over his first two starts of the season, Woods Richardson's results since then have been disastrous. The right-hander has a 9.79 ERA across his last seven outings (30.1 innings), during which he's yielded at least five runs on five occasions while failing to fan more than three in any appearance. Still without a win in 2026, Woods Richardson won't be a recommended fantasy option when he brings a 7.71 ERA, 1.86 WHIP and 20:20 K:BB through 42 frames overall into his next scheduled matchup versus Houston.

Painter did not factor into the decision Wednesday against the Red Sox, allowing a run on four hits and no walks over five innings. He struck out four.

It was a solid bounce-back effort from Painter, who held Boston to a lone run on Trevor Story's second-inning homer after giving up eight runs in just 3.2 innings during his previous outing. The no-decision snaps a four-start losing streak for Painter, who's 1-4 with a 6.21 ERA, 1.59 WHIP and 34:11 K:BB across 37.2 innings in his rookie campaign. Painter's tentatively lined up for a home matchup against the Reds in his next start.

Meyer (3-0) earned the win Wednesday against the Twins, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks in 5.2 innings. He struck out nine.

Meyer hardly pitched well enough to deserve the win Wednesday, giving up five extra-base hits, but the Marlins provided plenty of run support. The 27-year-old right-hander permitted a season-worst four runs and walked multiple batters for the seventh time in nine starts, but the nine punchouts were also a season high. Meyer will carry a strong 3.21 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 54:17 K:BB across 47.2 innings into his next scheduled matchup next week versus Atlanta.

Chapman earned the save in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Phillies, walking two while striking out three in a scoreless ninth inning.

The Phillies would get the tying runs into scoring position after Chapman issued a pair of walks. However, the southpaw would strike out Alec Bohm to escape trouble, sealing Boston's two-run victory and his ninth save. Chapman has turned in 10 straight scoreless appearances (9.2 innings), striking out 16 in that span, to lower his ERA to a pristine 0.66 with a 0.88 WHIP and 12.5 K/9 across 13.2 innings this year.

Benge went 3-for-5 with an RBI single and a run scored during the Mets' 3-2 extra-inning win over the Tigers on Wednesday.

Benge sent the fans home happy after smacking an RBI single in the 10th to give the Mets the one-run win. His three hits are a season high, and it was his seventh multi-hit game of the year. Over his last nine games, Benge has gone 12-for-31 (.387) with one home run, seven RBI and eight runs scored.

Scott did not factor into Wednesday's decision against the Tigers, allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five across 4.2 innings.

Scott got off to a rocky start by yielding two runs in the first inning, and he allowed at least two baserunners in four of five frames before being pulled with two outs in the fifth. It was the second straight start in which Scott didn't complete the fifth inning, though he's given up two earned runs or fewer in each of his last three outings. He'll take a 3.45 ERA and 1.40 WHIP (across 15.2 innings) into his next start, which is lined up for next week on the road against the Nationals.

Montgomery will work as an opening pitcher for the Pirates during Thursday's game against the Rockies, Colin Beazley of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Montgomery will be deployed as an opener for the third time this season after delivering shutout innings in both of his first two assignments. The 25-year-old southpaw has thrown 11 consecutive shutout frames, allowing just five hits and four walks while striking out 13 batters during that stretch. Carmen Mlodzinski is expected to follow Montgomery as the Pirates' bulk reliever.

Uribe (2-2) was charged with the loss and a blown save Wednesday against the Padres, allowing three runs on two hits and one walk in the ninth inning. He struck out one.

Called upon to protect a 1-0 lead in the ninth inning, Uribe served up a three-run home run to Gavin Sheets for his second blown save of the year. The hard-throwing right-hander has been shaky at times in 2026, posting a 4.96 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 17:6 K:BB over 16.1 frames while converting four his six save opportunities. That said, the door is open for Trevor Megill to begin cutting into Uribe's share of save chances going forward.
