Senger was lifted from his game with Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday ahead of a potential promotion, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Francisco Alvarez left the Mets' game early Tuesday with a potential knee injury and is headed for an MRI, and Senger got pulled at Syracuse soon afterward. If Alvarez has to miss any time, Senger would be added to the 26-man roster to back up Luis Torrens behind the plate.

Paddack signed a major-league contract with the Reds on Wednesday.

Paddack signed with Cincinnati after a brief stint as a free agent. The 30-year-old righty struggled in seven appearances for Miami before being released Sunday, recording a 7.63 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 27:10 K:BB over 30.2 innings. Paddack is likely to step into a Cincinnati rotation that's been hit hard by injuries, with Rhett Lowder (shoulder) being the latest to land on the injured list.

Raleigh went 2-for-4 with a walk and three runs in Tuesday's 10-2 win over the Astros.

After drawing a walk in the first inning, Raleigh's hitless skid continued in his next two at-bats with a strikeout and a flyout, but he finally put an end to an 0-for-38 stretch at the plate in the seventh, when he sent a hard-hit single into right center. Raleigh followed with another base hit off AJ Blubaugh in his final at-bat off the night, offering hope to fantasy managers that better days are ahead for the reigning American League MVP runner-up. Even after reaching base three times Tuesday, Raleigh is still maintaining a lowly .249 on-base percentage for the season, placing him 171st among baseball's 176 qualified hitters.

Alvarez (knee) will undergo an MRI on Wednesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

The catcher left Tuesday's game in the sixth inning after awkwardly twisting his right leg on a swing. After the game, Mets manager Carlos Mendoza said only "we've got to wait" for the results of the imaging to determine a timeline for Alvarez's return. Given Alvarez's spotty track record when it comes to staying healthy, expect Luis Torrens to be behind the plate Wednesday against the Tigers regardless of the results. Alvarez is slashing .241/.317/.393 through 37 games this season with four homers and 10 RBI.

Grissom will start at first base and bat leadoff in Wednesday's game versus the Guardians.

Zach Neto, who batted leadoff in each of the Angels' first 43 games this season, has been slumping and will bat sixth Wednesday. Grissom hit his second home run of the season in Tuesday's loss to Cleveland and sports a .922 OPS over his last five contests. It remains to be seen if this new arrangement will stick versus right-handed pitching -- the Angels are facing lefty Parker Messick on Wednesday -- but Grissom might get a chance to stake claim of the leadoff spot while Neto tries to snap out of his funk.

Adames went 2-for-4 with a run scored in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Dodgers.

Adames singled in the seventh inning before coming around to score, and he added another base hit in the eighth. The 30-year-old shortstop has recorded at least two hits in four of the last five games, batting .391 with five RBI, two runs scored and a double across 23 plate appearances during that span. Overall, he's slashing .222/.253/.347 with 15 runs scored, 11 RBI, three long balls and a stolen base in 174 plate appearances this season.

Lee went 2-for-5 with two RBI and a double in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Dodgers.

Lee hit a two-run double to right field in the seventh inning, driving in San Francisco's final pair of runs. He also added a single in the ninth, marking his third multi-hit performance over the last five games. The 27-year-old outfielder is now slashing .272/.316/.386 with 17 runs scored, 14 RBI, two home runs and zero steals across 171 plate appearances this season.

Neto will start at shortstop and bat sixth in Wednesday's game against the Guardians.

Neto batted leadoff in each of the Angels' first 43 contests this season, but he's being moved down to the No. 6 spot after slashing .181/.274/.289 with a 34.7 percent strikeout rate across his last 95 plate appearances. Vaughn Grissom is getting a turn at the top of the Angels' batting order Wednesday.

Lindor (calf) will undergo an MRI this week, likely on Wednesday, to check on his recovery, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

If the results of the imaging are encouraging, a clearer timeline for the star shortstop's return from a calf strain should come into focus. Lindor is out of a walking boot, but as of yet there's no concrete plan for him to resume baseball activities. The 32-year-old has been sidelined since April 22 and has a disappointing .226/.314/.335 slash line through 105 plate appearances.

The Mariners designated Suarez for assignment Wednesday.

Suarez has now been dropped from a 40-man roster for a fourth time in 2026, with Atlanta (twice) and the Orioles having also designated him for assignment. Despite posting a bloated 6.38 ERA and 2.07 WHIP over 18.1 innings between Atlanta and Seattle this season, Suarez has excelled at making bats miss (career-best 26.7 K%). He could maintain some appeal for teams looking to bolster their swingman depth.
