Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill: Commits three costly turnovers
Tannehill completed 20 of 35 passes for 185 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions while adding three rushes for 17 yards and losing a fumble in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Bengals.
Tannehill hit running back Kenyan Drake for a 22-yard score in the second quarter as part of a 17-0 Miami run to open the game, but he contributed to Cincinnati's 27-0 response to close out the contest. Two of Tannehill's three turnovers were returned for touchdowns, and he averaged just 5.3 yards per pass attempt. Tannehill has posted a 1:3 touchdown to interception ratio over the past two weeks after starting the season with a 7:2 mark through three contests, so he won't be an advisable fantasy option in Week 6 against a rested Bears defense coming off a bye.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Season-high yardage total in loss
Rodgers completed 32 of 52 passes for 442 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Packers' 31-23 loss to the Lions on Sunday. He also three times for 10 yards and lost two fumbles.
Despite getting sacked on four occasions and being down two receivers in Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Geronimo Allison (concussion/hamstring), Rodgers once again corroborated his status as one of the game's elite by persevering and putting up an eye-popping stat line. Rodgers peppered the trio of Davante Adams, Jimmy Graham and Marquez Valdes-Scantling with double-digit targets with considerable success, connecting with them for 22 completions, 284 yards and two touchdowns. Rodgers ultimately couldn't quite do enough to secure a comeback win, but the fact he even made the final score respectable after the Packers were down by a 24-0 score at one point is a testament to his stellar play. He'll look to put together a successful encore against the 49ers in a Week 6 Monday night showdown.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Throws for 342 yards
Mayfield completed 25 of 43 passes for 342 yards with a touchdown and interception during Sunday's 12-9 overtime win over the Ravens. He also ran twice for 23 yards.
Mayfield threw an interception on Cleveland's first drive of the day, but the rookie quarterback played mistake-free football for the remainder of the contest. He found Rashard Higgins in the middle of the end zone for a 19-yard score, which happened to be the only touchdown of the day. Mayfield spread the ball around to nine different receivers, though he mainly focused on David Njoku (11 targets) and Jarvis Landry (10 targets). The former Sooner found it difficult to get into a groove while spending the day trying to avoid Baltimore's constant pass rush, though he was ultimately sacked five times. Mayfield didn't put up great fantasy numbers, but if he continues attempting over 40 passes per game, fantasy production should soon follow.

Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Bengals' Andy Dalton: Just one touchdown pass in Week 5
Dalton completed 20 of 30 passes for 248 yards, a touchdown and an interception while rushing for 10 yards on four carries in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Dolphins.
Dalton was nothing special in this one, but Cincinnati's defense scored a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns to help erase a 17-0 third-quarter deficit. The quarterback made a terrific play under duress to hit running back Joe Mixon for an 18-yard touchdown on the first play of the fourth quarter, sparking Cincinnati's comeback. Dalton opened the season with four consecutive multi-touchdown performances before failing to do so here, but a juicy matchup with Pittsburgh's struggling secondary could help him start a new streak in Week 6.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Held under 100 passing yards in scrappy win
Allen completed 10 of 19 passes for 82 yards and an interception while adding 19 yards and a touchdown on four rushing attempts in Sunday's 13-12 win over the Titans.
Allen capped Buffalo's first drive with a 14-yard touchdown run. He failed to find the end zone again after that score but limited his mistakes and put the Bills in position to convert a game-winning, 46-yard field goal as time expired. While Allen has shown intriguing potential with his legs -- his three rushing touchdowns so far are already a team record for rushing touchdowns by a rookie quarterback -- his lack of passing production will make him tough to trust against Houston in Week 6 and beyond.

Jimmy Garoppolo QB | LAR
49ers' Jimmy Garoppolo: Rehab should be 'obstacle-free'
During Wednesday's surgery, Garoppolo only needed the ACL in his left knee repaired, suggesting his rehab should be "obstacle-free," Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
The brief time span (10 days) between the injury and procedure was the first sign Garoppolo's knee injury was on the less severe side. In his report, Rapoport relayed that there was additional damage within Garoppolo's left knee, but it was minor relative to the ACL tear. Due to the timing and seeming lack of severity of the injury, Garoppolo is a decent bet to be ready for the 2019 regular-season opener. While he embarks on his rehab effort, the 49ers will be guided by quarterback C.J. Beathard for the rest of the current campaign.

Luke Falk QB | NYJ
Dolphins' Luke Falk: Lands on IR
Falk (wrist) was placed on injured reserve Friday.
Falk, who was picked by the Titans in the sixth round of April's draft, still hasn't suited up for an NFL game. He'll be sidelined for the remainder of the season unless he reaches an injury settlement.
-
Luke Falk QB | NYJ
Dolphins' Luke Falk: Will miss Week 5
Falk (wrist) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
Falk was a full participant in practice this week before being held out of Friday's session with an apparent wrist injury, but the Dolphins offense won't miss him in Week 5 with Ryan Tannehill drawing the start at quarterback. If Tannehill were to go down, however, Brock Osweiler and David Fales are slated to provide additional depth.

Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Titans' Blaine Gabbert: Clears concussion protocol
Gabbert cleared the league's concussion protocol Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Gabbert additionally logged his second full practice in a row. The journeyman quarterback is on track to retake his backup position from Austin Davis and will serve as a reserve option behind Marcus Mariota against the Bills on Sunday.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Logs full practice Thursday
Rodgers (knee) practiced in full Thursday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Taking on every practice rep is the most significant development in Rodgers' recovery from the left knee injury suffered in the regular-season opener. While toughing it out the last three games, he's completed 62.7 percent of his passes, averaged 281.3 yards per game and posted four touchdowns versus one interception. If he avoids the injury report entirely Friday, he'll enter game day without any question about his availability for the first time since Week 1. There are question marks littering the Green Bay receiving corps, though. The starting trio of Davante Adams (calf), Randall Cobb (hamstring) and Geronimo Allison (concussion) didn't practice Thursday, which could result in significant workloads for rookies Marquez Valdes-Scantling, J'Mon Moore and Equanimeous St. Brown on Sunday in Detroit.
