Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Ryan Tannehill erratic, but has great matchup
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill has been a frustrating Fantasy option in 2013 -- balancing out high-yardage games with few touchdowns (only one touchdown in each of his 300-plus yard games) or boosting low passing numbers with multiple scores (in his two sub-200 yard games, he threw multiple touchdowns). He has yet to put it all together.
To add to his worries, Tannehill will be playing without two offensive lineman, including All-Pro Richie Incognito.
Tannehill has been close to the 20-point Fantasy mark in nearly every game this season, but has yet to surpass it in eight tries. Week 10, against Tampa Bay, may be his best opportunity.
The Buccaneers have allowed 25 or more Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in their last four games, yielding two or more passing touchdowns in each, as well as three rushing touchdowns over that span. While Tannehill isn't known for his rushing prowess, he can run for significant yards -- he has five career games of 25-plus rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns in two seasons.
Tannehill will probably struggle to hit the 20-point mark once again, but Week 10 at least offers a chance. Still, with so many factors working against him, Tannehill can be benched in most formats.

Case Keenum QB | CHI
Case Keenum hopes to stay hot
Texans quarterback Case Keenum will make his third start in Week 10 at Arizona, and he's hoping to build off his strong performance in Week 9 against the Colts. Unfortunately, we're expecting a step back in his production.
You have to like the way Keenum played against the Colts with 350 passing yards and three touchdowns, and he even did a nice job in Week 7 at Kansas City with 271 passing yards and one touchdown.
He's averaging 24.5 Fantasy points in two starts, and he's maximizing his weapons with Andre Johnson scoring for the first time this season against Indianapolis with three touchdowns. But I'm a little nervous about Keenum in this matchup on the road.
The Cardinals have done a much better job against opposing quarterbacks of late with Russell Wilson the only one to score more than 19 Fantasy points since Week 3, including matchups with Mike Glennon, Cam Newton, Colin Kaepernick and Matt Ryan. We'll also find out if the situation with coach Gary Kubiak's health has an impact on the second-year passer.
We consider Keenum just an option in two-quarterback leagues for this matchup.

Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Andy Dalton looking to bounce back against Ravens
Andy Dalton came back to earth in a big way Week 9, following up three games of 30-plus Fantasy points with a six-point performance on Thursday night.
There were some bright spots -- Dalton passed for 300-plus yards for his fourth straight game, and his 53 attempts were his most of the season. He was hurt by three interceptions, while failing to throw a touchdown for the third game this season.
The Bengals have established themselves as a pass-first offense. And relying on a quarterback for touchdowns is a tough strategy -- situations can dictate runs or passes. The fact that Dalton is passing in bunches is a good sign; it's balanced out, however, by a Ravens pass defense that has allowed just seven passing touchdowns over the last five games.
Dalton isn't a six-point quarterback, but he probably isn't a 35-point quarterback, either. Project him for about 18-21 points, and let that determine whether he's worth a start or not in your league.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Russell Wilson likely to keep rolling
With eight total touchdowns in his last three games, the Seahawks' Russell Wilson is back to being a top Fantasy quarterback, which should make him an easy call for his Week 10 matchup at Atlanta. The Falcons rank 19th against the pass, allowing 248.6 yards per game, and have given up the fifth-most Fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season. Even when their secondary stepped up with two interceptions against Cam Newton last week, they still allowed 19 points to the Panthers quarterback in standard CBSSports.com leagues.
They've had trouble stopping Wilson in the past. In their divisional round playoff matchup against the Seahawks last year, they allowed 385 passing yards and 60 rushing yards to the then rookie. In terms of overall yardage, it's still his best game to date.
And that Falcons defense wasn't nearly as depleted by injury as this one. With so many factors working in his favor, you'd need a Peyton Manning, Drew Brees or Matthew Stafford type to consider sitting Wilson. All three of the CBSSports.com Fantasy Football analysts rank him in their top 10 at quarterback this week, with Nathan Zegura going as high as sixth.

Aaron Rodgers doesn't have timetable yet for return

"I'm in some pain. It's obviously disappointing what happened last night with the injury and the loss," he said. "We have not talked about any long-term prognosis. It's a difficult injury because there's not a specific type of rehab. Feel like I've been a quick healer in the past. Hopefully this will be on the short end of whatever timetable there is."
