DeVito (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday Night Football against the Bengals, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

New York's third quarterback is available as the emergency option if Daniel Jones and Drew Lock get hurt and are unable to continue. DeVito has yet to appear in a game this season.

Levis completed 16 of 27 passes for 95 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Titans' 20-17 loss to the Colts on Sunday.

Levis failed to reach 100 passing yards for the first time in a full game this season, but his tally was his third of under 200 yards overall. The second-year signal-caller alarmingly failed to connect with top wideout Calvin Ridley on any of the eight times he targeted him, and he also extended his dubious season-opening streak of throwing at least one interception to five games. Given Levis' body of work to date and Tennessee's 1-4 record, a switch to veteran backup Mason Rudolph ahead of a tough Week 7 road matchup against the Bills wouldn't be surprising.

Flacco completed 22 of 38 passes for 189 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the Colts' 20-17 win over the Titans on Sunday. He also rushed once for one yard.

Flacco turned in a workman-like performance that saw him struggle at times, including on a first-quarter interception that led to a Titans touchdown. However, the veteran signal-caller continued to battle throughout and eventually led scoring drives on three straight possessions between late in the third quarter and the midway point of the final period. Flacco connected with Josh Downs (22 yards) and Michael Pittman (10 yards) for his pair of touchdown passes, and if Anthony Richardson (oblique) makes his return against the Dolphins in Week 7 as expected, Flacco will have completed his early season fill-in tenure with a trio of multi-touchdown tallies.

Jackson completed 20 of 26 passes for 323 yards and a touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Commanders. He added 40 rushing yards on 11 carries.

The veteran quarterback dissected a weak Washington secondary, and Jackson found Mark Andrews for a 13-yard score just before halftime. Jackson has posted back-to-back games with more than 300 passing yards, and on the season the reigning MVP has put together a 10:2 TD:INT through six games while also chipping in two rushing touchdowns. He could be poised for big numbers again in a potential Week 7 barn burner against the Buccaneers.

Rattler completed 22 of 40 passes for 243 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions in the Saints' 51-27 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also rushed four times for 27 yards and fumbled once but recovered.

The rookie fifth-round pick did not look out of his element despite facing a veteran defense with aggressive tendencies. Rattler recorded his first touchdown pass via a 10-yard strike to Bub Means just before the midway point of the second quarter, and he continued battling throughout the game despite the game eventually getting away from New Orleans. Reports earlier Sunday indicated Derek Carr (oblique) could be down for up to four games, so Rattler projects for another start Thursday night at home against the Broncos.

Maye completed 20 of 33 passes for 243 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 41-21 loss to the Texans. He added five rushing attempts for 38 yards and lost a fumble.

After leading the offense to a three-and-out on the first drive of his first NFL start, Maye was picked off on the next possession. He struggled early but finally produced New England's first points of the game with a 40-yard touchdown pass to Kayshon Boutte in the final minute of the first half. That play didn't create any momentum, as Maye lost a fumble on the second play of the second half. He later threw touchdown passes of six yards to Hunter Henry and 35 yards to DeMario Douglas as the Patriots unsuccessfully tried to climb out of a 27-7 hole, sandwiching another interception between those two scores. Maye has yet to prove he can find success while a game is still within reach, but a Week 7 London matchup against a Jaguars secondary that just allowed four touchdown passes to fellow rookie quarterback Caleb Williams is as good an opportunity as any for Maye to prove himself.

Stroud completed 20 of 31 passes for 192 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 41-21 win over the Patriots. He added three rushing attempts for seven yards.

Stroud was unfazed by the absence of leading receiver Nico Collins (hamstring), capping Houston's first two drives with touchdown passes of two yards to Tank Dell and 10 yards to Joe Mixon. The second-year quarterback was unlucky on his second-quarter interception, which bounced out of Dalton Schultz's hands in the end zone and went right to a Patriots defender, but Stroud bounced back with a 10-yard touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs in the third quarter. Houston rode the running game and defense from there in a game that was never in doubt, and Stroud got to savor the victory from the sideline while Davis Mills came in for mop-up duty. Stroud will bring a 10:4 TD:INT into a Week 7 trip to Lambeau Field.

Mayfield completed 24 of 36 passes for 325 yards with four touchdowns and three interceptions in the Buccaneers' 51-27 win over the Saints on Sunday. He also rushed three times for 29 yards.

Mayfield authored his third straight multi-touchdown tally while putting together his second 300-yard effort of the campaign as well. The veteran signal-caller also matched his season high in touchdown passes, connecting with Chris Godwin (four, 55 yards), Sean Tucker (36 yards) and Cade Otton (eight yards) for his quartet of scoring tosses. Mayfield did get shaken up at the end of a late third-quarter drive, but because the Buccaneers punted on the next play, he never missed a play and led a touchdown drive on the next possession. Mayfield's three interceptions were his most in a game during his season-plus Tampa Bay tenure, but he'll still head into a tough Week 7 home matchup against the Ravens on Monday night, Oct. 21 with plenty of momentum.

Daniels completed 24 of 35 passes for 269 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Ravens. He added 22 rushing yards on six carries.

The rookie quarterback was mostly held in check on the ground, posting his lowest rushing-yard total through his first six NFL games, but Daniels still hit Terry McLaurin for TDs in the second and fourth quarters while setting a new career high in passing yards. Daniels has produced an impressive 10 touchdowns (six passing, four rushing) against only two INTs so far, and in Week 7, he'll get a much softer opponent in the struggling Panthers.

Murray completed 22 of 32 passes for 214 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions and added seven carries for 14 yards in the Cardinals' 34-13 loss to the Packers on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Murray had a serviceable day through the air, especially considering he lost Marvin Harrison in the second quarter to a concussion. The star signal-caller kept his focus trained in the short-to-intermediate areas of the field for the most part in the absence of his No. 1 receiver, a development that benefited tight end Trey McBride (eight receptions, 96 yards) in particular. Murray's one touchdown pass went to Michael Wilson from 18 yards out late in the second quarter, while his fumble came deep in Arizona territory but did not result in any Packers points. Murray has now been at Sunday's yardage total or less in four consecutive games while throwing just a single touchdown in each of those contests as well, and he draws a tough Week 7 home assignment against the Chargers on Monday night, Oct. 21.
