Aidan O'Connell QB | LV
Raiders' Aidan O'Connell: Key mistakes in debut
O'Connell completed 24 of 39 passes for 238 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Chargers. He added three rushes for three yards and a touchdown.
O'Connell drew his first NFL start with Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) sidelined. As could be expected, he had an uneven performance. Positively, he completed a pair of passes of more than 20 yards, and he also found the end zone for the first time in his career on a quarterback sneak late in the first quarter. However, he also made a lot of mistakes, as he took seven sacks, lost a fumble and also threw an interception from the Chargers' three-yard line on what could have been a game-tying drive late in the final quarter. Garoppolo is likely to be back for a Week 5 matchup against the Packers, though O'Connell could at least be upgraded to the role of primary backup over Brian Hoyer.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Totals 30 yards in Week 5
Hill completed his only pass attempt for 13 yards during Sunday's 26-9 loss to Tampa Bay. He also netted 10 rushing yards on four carries and caught one pass for seven yards.
Hill was prominently featured during the first quarter, as he logged a passing attempt, reception and rushing attempt on the Saints' first offensive series. His role then faded until he lined up in the shotgun for three plays on a single drive during the third quarter, though he netted just four rushing yards due to a three-yard sack taken on first down. Overall, Hill's usage did not see a significant uptick despite Derek Carr playing through an AC joint sprain that he suffered during the Week 3 loss to Green Bay. Hill's workload could stand to increase if Carr does not suit up for any games the rest of the way.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Manages Tennessee to victory
Tannehill completed 18 of 25 passes for 240 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 27-3 win over the Bengals.
Derrick Henry was the key to the offense in Sunday's win, but Tannehill delivered on some key plays, including a 13-yard touchdown pass to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine as well as four completions of more than 20 yards -- the latter of which was a season high. While it was a relatively positive performance, Tannehill still has only three total touchdowns across four games while turning the ball over four times. If nothing else, he should remain under center so long as the Titans remain competitive.

Brock Purdy QB | SF
49ers' Brock Purdy: Nears perfection Sunday
Purdy completed 20 of 21 pass attempts for 283 yards and a touchdown while scoring a second time on two rushing attempts that netted zero yards in Sunday's 35-16 win over Arizona.
Purdy didn't make the mistake of underestimating the Cardinals in a favored matchup the way the Cowboys had in a Week 3 upset loss. The 23-year-old didn't appear capable of making any mistakes Sunday after completing 95 percent of his attempts in a convincing division win. He even chipped in a late rushing touchdown -- his second of the season -- on a successful sneak attempt to put the Cardinals to away for good. Purdy will look to help the 49ers tie the all-time franchise record for consecutive wins in the regular season (15) when the team hosts Dallas for a primetime matchup next Sunday.

Bailey Zappe QB | NYJ
Patriots' Bailey Zappe: Enters in relief
Zappe completed four of nine passes for 57 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 38-3 loss to the Cowboys.
Zappe entered the game late in the third quarter to replace Mac Jones with the Patriots down 31-3. He was unremarkable in relief, and it was confirmed after the game that he'll return to backup duties for a Week 5 matchup against the Saints, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

Mac Jones QB | SF
Patriots' Mac Jones: Benched in blowout loss
Jones completed 12 of 21 passes for 150 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 38-3 loss to the Cowboys. He also rushed three times for seven yards and lost a fumble.
Jones had a disastrous start to the game, losing a fumble that was returned for a touchdown while also throwing a pick-six just before halftime. With New England down 31-3 late in the third quarter, Bailey Zappe was called upon to relieve Jones. However, after the game, coach Bill Belichick confirmed that Jones will remain the starter for a Week 5 matchup against the Saints, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

Dak Prescott QB | DAL
Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Bounces back against Patriots
Prescott completed 28 of 34 passes for 261 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 38-3 win over the Patriots.
Coming off of a disappointing Week 3 performance, Prescott bounced back to carve up the New England defense with an efficient effort. His overall numbers were ultimately limited due to the blowout nature of the game and because Dallas managed two defensive touchdowns. Though it was a positive outcome for his team, Prescott now has only one multi-touchdown performance through four contests this season, and he'll face a tough 49ers defense in Week 5.

Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Plays through finger injury in win
Herbert completed 13 of his 24 pass attempts for 167 yards and one touchdown to go along with one interception in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders. He also ran the ball 12 times for 27 yards and two additional scores.
Both of Herbert's rushing touchdowns came in the first half as the Chargers raced out to a commanding lead. The star quarterback appeared to injure his middle finger late in the third quarter during an interception return, but he managed to stay in the game with a glove on his left hand. The injury didn't appear to bother Herbert on the final possession of the game as he ripped a laser of a 51-yard throw to Joshua Palmer on 3rd-and-10 to end a furious comeback attempt by the Raiders. Sunday marked the first turnover by Herbert to date, as the fourth-year quarterback appears poised for another massive season. With the Chargers on bye for Week 5, Herbert will have ample time to heal up from the injury to his non-throwing hand before Los Angeles returns to action Oct. 16 versus the Cowboys.

Joe Burrow QB | CIN
Bengals' Joe Burrow: Can't shake slow start
Burrow completed 20 of 30 passes for 165 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 27-3 loss to the Titans.
Burrow seemed to make progress throughout the week in recovering from his calf injury, as he didn't carry a designation into Sunday's game. However, that didn't translate into his performance on the field, as he failed to get the Bengals' offense moving against one of the more vulnerable pass defenses in the league. Overall, Burrow has now been held under 200 passing yards in half of his four games this season and has gone without a touchdown pass in three of four contests.

Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Rams' Matthew Stafford: Tending to hip issue
Stafford sustained a hip injury during Sunday's 29-23 overtime win at Indianapolis, but he expects to "be out there" next Sunday against the Eagles, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Stafford experienced a bit more volume than expected after the Rams gave up a 23-point, third-quarter lead, completing 27 of 40 passes for 319 yards, one touchdown and one interception. In the end, he was able to salvage the performance for fantasy purposes with a 22-yard scoring strike to Puka Nacua to seal the victory on the only possession of overtime. Stafford appeared to be favoring his hip at times during Sunday's game, and his confirmation of the injury afterward means his status will be one to monitor during the course of Week 5 prep, despite his assertion that he'll be available.
