  • Rams' Matthew Stafford: Not playing Sunday

Stafford (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

After entering the concussion protocol Tuesday, Stafford was unable to mix into drills until Friday, when he was limited at practice. Despite entering the weekend as questionable, he seemed like a long shot to play Week 10 considering the quick turnaround following the diagnosis, and he indeed won't be available Sunday. In Stafford's place, John Wolford will make the sixth appearance and third start of his career. Stafford will look to clear the aforementioned protocol ahead of next Sunday's road matchup with the Saints.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Sitting out in Week 10

Murray (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game at the Rams.

Murray showed up on the Cardinals' initial Week 10 practice report as a non-participant due to a hamstring injury. After managing back-to-back limited sessions to cap the week, he was listed as questionable, and coach Kliff Kingsbury said Friday that Murray's availability would come down to a game-time decision. A pregame warmup ultimately determined Murray's fate, and he'll take a seat with an eye on returning Week 11 for a Monday night matchup with the 49ers on Nov. 21. Murray will cede quarterback duties Sunday to Colt McCoy, while Trace McSorley serves as the backup.

  • Case Keenum QB | CHI

Bills' Case Keenum: Looks set to remain backup

Keenum is expected to remain the Bills' backup quarterback Sunday against the Vikings with Josh Allen (elbow) active for the contest and slated to start, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Though Allen was listed as questionable heading into Sunday's game after he managed just one limited practice this week due to the UCL injury he sustained in the Week 9 loss to the Jets, the Bills' decision not to add a third quarterback to the active roster Saturday pointed to Allen being ready to go. While Allen avoided the inactive list, he didn't initially take part in warmups with the team before he finally got on the field to take the first 11-on-11 walk-through rep with the offense, according to Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic. Allen's activity on the field accompanied with Schefter's report thus points to Keenum serving in his usual backup role, though Keenum will remain ready to go on in the event Allen incurs any in-game setbacks.

  • Josh Allen QB | BUF

Bills' Josh Allen: Slated to start Sunday

Allen (right elbow) will start Sunday's game against the Vikings, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Allen is dealing with an ulnar collateral ligament injury that he sustained during Week 9 action, but he's active and will get the starting nod Sunday, with backup Case Keenum on hand in the event that Allen is limited at all or suffers any setbacks versus Minnesota

  • Malik Willis QB | MIA

Titans' Malik Willis: Back to No. 2 role

Willis will return to a backup role Sunday against the Broncos with Ryan Tannehill (ankle) active for the contest and cleared to start, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

While Tannehill was sidelined for the past two weeks, Willis started but handled little more than a caretaker role while the Titans leaned even more heavily into the Derrick Henry-led ground attack. Willis showed some rushing upside of his own by carrying 13 times for 52 yards in games against the Texans and Chiefs in Weeks 8 and 9, respectively, but he showed little polish as a passer, completing just 11 of 26 attempts for 135 yards and an interception. So long as Tannehill stays healthy the rest of the way, Willis' remaining opportunities this season will likely come in garbage-time situations late in games.

  • Dolphins' Teddy Bridgewater: Inactive Sunday

Bridgewater (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Bridgewater's knee flared up this week and the Dolphins have elected to play it safe with their No. 2 QB, which sets the stage for Skylar Thompson to back up Tua Tagovailoa on Sunday. Bridgewater will now target a return to the mix in Week 12 versus the Texans, following Miami's Week 11 bye.

  • Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN

Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Back in action for Week 10

Tannehill (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

After sitting out the Titans' past two games, Tannehill fit in a full practice Thursday between limited sessions Wednesday and Friday. Though he still took a questionable tag into the weekend, the Titans' decision not to add a third quarterback to the roster ahead of Sunday's game implied that Tannehill was on track to return to the lineup. He'll end up taking the reins of the offense back from rookie Malik Willis, who attempted just 26 passes between his starts against the Texans and Chiefs in Weeks 8 and 9, respectively. Expect the Titans to run a more balanced offense with Tannehill at the helm, though running back Derrick Henry will continue to get plenty of work on the ground so long as the game flow allows for it.

  • Josh Allen QB | BUF

    Bills' Josh Allen: Active Sunday

Allen (elbow) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

After sitting out practice Wednesday and Thursday, Allen was able to log a limited session Friday before being officially listed as questionable by Buffalo. Allen, who is dealing with an ulnar collateral ligament injury that he sustained during Week 9 action, thus is available for Sunday's contest along with Case Keenum, while Matt Barkley wasn't elevated from the team's practice squad ahead of Week 10. Though the Bills haven't confirmed their starter versus Minnesota, Adam Schefter of ESPN previously relayed that the belief is that Allen will get the assignment.

  • Colt McCoy QB | ARI

Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Trending toward Week 10 start

McCoy appears likely to start Sunday's game against the Rams with top quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring) listed as questionable and considered a game-time decision but still viewed as unlikely to play, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

According to Fowler, the Cardinals are going to evaluate Murray in pregame warmups prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff before making a call on his status, but a source familiar with the quarterback's health has "expressed skepticism" on his chances of getting cleared to play. Murray managed only two limited practices this week on account of the hamstring issue, and given how important having full mobility is to his success, the Cardinals could be motivated to hold him out this week with the hope of avoiding a longer-term setback. If that's the case, McCoy would step in for his first start of 2022, with third-stringer Trace McSorley serving as his backup. McCoy started three games in place of the injured Murray last season, guiding Arizona to a 2-1 record while completing 75.6 percent of his 30 throws per game for an average of 228 passing yards and 13.3 rushing yards to go with three touchdowns against one interception.

  • John Wolford QB | MIN

Rams' John Wolford: Positioned for Week 10 start

Wolford appears on track to start Sunday's contest against the Cardinals with Matthew Stafford listed as questionable but not expected to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol prior to the game's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

After entering the protocol Tuesday, Stafford still has an outside shot at getting cleared early Sunday, but "barring drastic change," Fowler relays that Wolford will be stepping in for his second career regular-season start. That prior start also came against the Cardinals in the Week 17 of the 2020 season, with Wolford completing 22 of 38 attempts for 231 yards and an interception while adding six carries for 56 yards. Arizona could also be turning to a backup signal-caller in Colt McCoy this weekend with Kyler Murray (hamstring) trending toward sitting out, so both teams could end up adopting more conservative, run-heavy approaches that limit the scoring opportunities for both sides.
