Hunt will continue to lead Kansas City's backfield Week 12 against the Panthers, as Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Isiah Pacheco (ankle) won't be activated from injured reserve prior to Sunday's game.

Coach Andy Reid revealed Friday that Pacheco's absence will extend through Week 12. Hunt has logged at least 14 carries in all seven of his appearances for the Chiefs, and he's likely to handle another hefty workload Sunday against a Panthers defense that has allowed the most rushing touchdowns (14) and second-most rushing yards (1,339) to opposing running backs in 10 games this season.

Spears (concussion) won't play Sunday against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

In that context, Tony Pollard will continue to lead the Titans backfield Week 12 and in the process could log some added touches versus Houston. With Spears unavailable and targeting a potential return to action Sunday, Dec. 1 against the Commanders, Julius Chestnut and Joshua Kelley are in line to work in complementary roles behind Pollard on Sunday.

Swift (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings after upgrading to full practice participation Friday.

Swift is more likely than not to play, having upgraded from non-participation Wednesday to a limited practice Thursday to a full session Friday. If there's a late setback and he ends up inactive ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, Roschon Johnson will take over as Chicago's lead back.

Pacheco has consistently been a limited practice participant over the past two weeks, but he won't be activated from injured reserve prior to Sunday's game against the Panthers. Kareem Hunt will continue to lead Kansas City's backfield. Pacheco's next opportunity to suit up will be Friday, Nov. 29 against the Raiders.

Panthers head coach Dave Canales said Friday that Brooks (knee) "absolutely" will play Sunday against the Chiefs, despite being listed as questionable for the contest, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Canales said Brooks wouldn't be on a "pitch count" in the event of an injury to Chuba Hubbard, who is still viewed as "the starting point" of Carolina's backfield, per Sheena Quick of Fox Sports Radio 1340. Whether Brooks will have a larger role than what's typically been handled by Miles Sanders -- who will be inactive for the first time this season due to an ankle injury -- is less certain. Hubbard's impressive season means the Panthers don't have any incentive to put Brooks in a large role for his first football game since suffering an ACL tear in college at Texas last November.

Sanders (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Sanders was carted off the field two weeks ago in Germany against the Giants. While he avoided a serious injury, Sanders is going to miss at least one contest. The Panthers are expected to have rookie Jonathon Brooks (knee) available this week alongside Chuba Hubbard.

Laube is "expected to be a big part of the game plan" in Sunday's game against the Broncos with fellow Raiders running backs Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quadricep) both nursing injuries, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Neither Mattison nor White has taken part in the Raiders' first two Week 12 practices, and both look to be trending toward sitting out Sunday. Ameer Abdullah is the No. 3 back on the depth chart and has suited up in all 10 of the Raiders' games this season, but he's been deployed largely as a special-teams contributor and change-of-pace/passing-down specialist on offense behind Mattison and White. With that in mind, Abdullah's role may not change dramatically Week 12, which could pave the way for Laube to see more extensive work after he had been a healthy inactive for each of Las Vegas' last three games before its Week 10 bye. A 2024 sixth-round pick out of New Hampshire, Laube played just one snap on offense across Las Vegas' first six contests of the season and fell out of favor after fumbling on his first NFL carry in a Week 6 loss to the Steelers. Head coach Antonio Pierce has said that Laube has bounced back well from the miscue and impressed with his effort in practices over the last few weeks, and the rookie looks like he'll now get a chance at redemption Sunday. Laube posted meager numbers in three preseason outings (10 carries for 28 yards, one catch for six yards on four targets and a lost fumble), but he excelled as a three-down workhorse during his collegiate career and had drawn positive reviews from the Las Vegas staff early in training camp.

Patterson rushed once for minus-2 yards during Thursday's 24-19 loss to the Browns.

After playing 11 offensive snaps in last week's win over the Ravens, Patterson was on the field for just eight offensive snaps in Thursday's primetime matchup. The 33-year-old had recorded double-digit rushing yards in four of his first five appearances of the season, but he didn't rack up any yards last week and was a minimal contributor against the Browns. Patterson continues to see work as a kick returner, but he hasn't had much of an offensive impact recently.

Ford carried four times for 19 yards and caught his lone target for eight yards in Thursday's 24-19 win over the Steelers in Week 12. He also returned three kickoffs for 72 yards.

Ford watched Nick Chubb handle the bulk of the duty on a snowy and windy night in Cleveland. With Chubb getting stronger each week since coming back from a knee injury, there hasn't been much opportunity for Ford to shine. He has 11 carries for 34 yards and six catches for 39 yards over the last three games since returning from a hamstring injury.

Warren rushed 11 times for 45 yards and a touchdown and brought in three of five targets for 19 yards in the Steelers' 24-19 loss to the Browns on Thursday night. He also returned one kickoff for 26 yards.

Warren logged five fewer carries than Najee Harris but was more efficient with his opportunities, averaging 4.1 yards per attempt to his teammate's 2.6. Warren also recorded his first rushing touchdown of the season on a three-yard run just before the midway point of the fourth quarter, and he's now recorded over 40 rushing yards in four straight games while tallying multiple receptions in five consecutive contests as well. Warren next takes aim at the Bengals' inconsistent defense in a Week 13 road matchup on Sunday, Dec. 1.
