  • Falcons' Carlos Washington: Signs reserve/future deal with ATL

    The Falcons signed Washington to a reserve/future contract Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

    Atlanta signed Washington as an undrafted free agent ahead of the 2023 campaign, and the Southeastern Louisiana product ended up on Falcons' practice squad after being unable to make the initial 53-man roster. However, he impressed the organization enough to land a reserve/future contract after Atlanta's season ended Sunday. Washington will thus get a chance to compete for a roster spot next season.

  • Raiders' Sincere McCormick: Signs with Las Vegas

    The Raiders signed McCormick to a reserve/future contract on Monday.

    McCormick failed to make the Raiders' 53-man roster after training camp, but he did sign with the team's practice squad Aug. 30. He didn't make an appearance this season, but he'll spend the offseason working and competing for a roster spot with Las Vegas for 2024.

    Cardinals' Tony Jones: Lands reserve/future deal with AZ

    The Cardinals signed Jones to a reserve/future contract Monday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

    Davis is a four-year NFL veteran who has seen action with three different teams, including two stints with New Orleans, over the past two campaigns. He played a prominent role in Weeks 2 and 3 with the Saints this season, tallying 65 yards and two touchdowns on 20 rushes along with 21 yards on four receptions, but he was released two weeks later. Jones subsequently signed with Arizona and spent much of the remainder of the campaign on the practice squad but did see action in three games, carrying five times for 25 yards and adding three catches for 16 yards. He'll have a chance to complete for a spot on the team's roster during training camp this summer.

  • Bills' Leonard Fournette: Moves back to practice squad

    Fournette reverted to the Bills' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

    Fournette was elevated for two of the final three games of the regular season, and in those appearances Week 16 at the Chargers and Week 18 in Miami, he combined for 12 carries for 40 yards. On Sunday, he even got more snaps (16-13) than fellow running back Ty Johnson behind starter James Cook (48 of 78) while Latavius Murray was a healthy scratch, signaling Fournette may be the top reserve option at the position heading into the postseason. Fournette's next chance to suit up is this coming Sunday against the Steelers in the wild-card round.

  • Patriots' Ke'Shawn Vaughn: Hanging around New England

    Vaughn signed a reserve/future contract with the Patriots on Monday.

    Vaughn joined the Patriots' practice squad in December after being waived by the Buccaneers and he will now stick around for the offseason. The running back appeared in six games with Tampa Bay in 2023, turning 24 carries into 42 yards on the ground while also catching two passes for two yards over 54 offensive snaps.

    Panthers' Spencer Brown: Signs with Carolina

    The Panthers signed Brown to a reserve/future contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

    Brown was on the Panthers' practice squad for two separate stints in 2023 and was not elevated to the active roster. He'll have the opportunity to make the team's 53-man roster for the 2024 season.

  • Jordan Mims RB | TEN

    Saints' Jordan Mims: Sticking with New Orleans

    Mims signed a reserve/future contract with the Saints on Monday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

    Mims spent the 2023 campaign on and off of the Saints' practice squad, failing to record any stats while garnering two targets over three offensive snaps in two games with the active roster. The running back will stick around New Orleans for the offseason and will have a chance to earn a spot on the 53-man roster ahead of the 2024 season.

  • Mike Boone RB | MIA

    Panthers' Mike Boone: Sticking in Carolina

    The Panthers signed Boone to a reserve/future contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

    Boone started the season on the Texans active roster. He played nine games with Houston and finished with 63 scrimmage yards on 12 touches before being let go by the team Dec. 18. Boone signed with the Panthers' practice squad Jan. 2, and with his new contract, he will have an opportunity to make Carolina's 53-man roster for the 2024 season.

    Panthers' Tarik Cohen: Signs with Panthers

    The Panthers signed Cohen to a reserve/future contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

    Cohen joined the Panthers' practice squad Sept. 12 after recovering from a May 2022 right Achilles tear. He was not elevated to the active roster and has not played an NFL game since the 2020 season. The 2017 fourth-round pick will have an opportunity to make the Panthers' 53-man roster for the 2024 season.

  • Bryant Koback RB | SEA

    Seahawks' Bryant Koback: Signs reserve/future deal with SEA

    The Seahawks signed Koback to a reserve/future contract Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

    Koback began last season on Seattle's practice squad before joining the Eagles' practice squad in mid-September. He was subsequently cut by Philadelphia before finding himself back on the Seahawks' practice squad in late October. The running back has yet to log an NFL snap after gaining 1,734 yards from scrimmage and scoring 18 touchdowns over 13 games with Toledo in his final collegiate season in 2021. Koback is now set to compete for a roster spot during training camp next season.
