Swaim (knee) remained limited at practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Jon Machota of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Swaim will be three weeks removed from suffering an MCL sprain by Sunday night, but there's no guarantee in terms of target volume even if he ends up playing. The inactive list before Sunday's 8:20 PM ET kickoff is unlikely to provide an answer, as the Cowboys have already ruled out six players and may use the seventh spot on No. 3 quarterback Mike White. Another absence for Swaim would leave Blake Jarwin, Dalton Schultz and Rico Gathers in a committee for a second straight week.

Derby (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers.

Derby was able to fully participate in practice all week, but nonetheless does not appear to have fully recovered from a lingering foot injury that's kept him sidelined since Week 3. Even if the fourth-year pro is able to suit up, he's unlikely to achieve fantasy relevance while sharing snaps with fellow tight ends Nick O'Leary and Mike Gesicki in a low-powered Dolphins passing attack.

Njoku (knee/ribs) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons after practicing in a limited fashion all week.

That Njoku practiced all week -- albeit in a limited capacity -- bodes well for his chances of suiting up Sunday. That said, those inclined to use him in Week 10 fantasy lineups will want to verify his status as the Browns' 1:00 PM ET kickoff approaches. If active, Njoku would be in line to remain a key cog in the Browns' Week 10 passing attack, after hauling in four of his five targets for 53 yards in the team's 37-21 loss to the Chiefs in Week 9.

Hewitt (ankle) was ruled out for Sunday's game against Jacksonville, Mike Wells of ESPN.com reports.

Hewitt sustained the ankle injury during Week 8 against the Raiders or at some point during the Colts' bye, as he was unable to practice this week. The 27-year-old has been targeted once this season, as he is typically utilized as a blocker. Mo Alie-Cox will serve as the Colts' No. 3 tight end with Erik Swoope (knee) also ruled out.

Uzomah (clavicle) practiced fully Friday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports. As a result, he does not carry a Week 10 injury designation, per Paul Dehner Jr. of The Cincinnati Enquirer.

The tight end's fantasy production has been sporadic, despite Uzomah having taken on an expanded role due to injuries to Tyler Eifert (ankle/IR) and Tyler Kroft (foot). That said, Uzomah's opportunities could pick up Sunday against the Saints, given that the Bengals will also be without top wideout A.J. Green (toe), who has been targeted an average of 9.5 times per game this season.

Kroft (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Saints, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

With Kroft still out and Tyler Eifert (ankle) on IR, C.J. Uzomah (clavicle) will continue to head the Bengals' tight end corps Week 10 and possibly beyond if Kroft's foot issue persists.

James caught his lone target for an eight-yard touchdown during Thursday's 52-21 win over Carolina.

Considering Ben Roethlisberger completed 22 of 25 passes for 328 yard and five touchdowns, this was a disappointing night for James. Vance McDonald continues to outproduce him and that is likely to be the case when Pittsburgh faces Jacksonville in Week 11.

Kittle (chest) wore a blue non-contact jersey during his limited practice Thursday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

A chest contusion is to blame for the cap on Kittle's practice reps this week, but the concern isn't expected to impact his availability for Monday's contest against the Giants. Assuming he ditches the designation prior to the game, he'll seek to build upon his 41-692-3 line from the first nine outings of the campaign.

Njoku (knee/ribs) remained limited at Thursday's practice, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

We'll have to see if the Browns list Njoku as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, or if he approaches that game without an injury designation. If he is able to suit up, the tight end should remain a key cog in the Cleveland offense in Week 10, on the heels of catching four of his five targets for 53 yards in last weekend's 37-21 loss to the Chiefs.

Swaim (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Swaim was sidelined for the first time all season in Monday's 28-14 loss to the Titans after sustaining an MCL sprain in the Cowboys' previous game Oct. 21 against Washington. With two and a half weeks to recover from the injury, Swaim looks to be inching closer to full health as Sunday's tilt with the Eagles approaches. If Swaim shows continued improvement at Friday's practice and is cleared to play this weekend, he could take back his starting role at tight end, though that hasn't meant much for fantasy purposes this season. Swaim has reached the end zone once in seven appearances and has topped out at five receptions and 55 yards in a given game.
