Lewis (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Colts after practicing fully Friday.

Lewis has failed to catch a pass in two of his last three outings, with his three-touchdown outburst in Week 3 an obvious outlier. Overall, Jacksonville's starting tight end has recorded just five catches (on 17 targets) for 76 yards through six games to date.

Hewitt (knee) was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site reports.

Even when Hewitt was healthy, his main duties came on special teams. In Hewitt's absence, Cethan Carter may be active, but he too won't be in store for much of a role on offense.

Kelce hauled in four of five targets for 33 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's 31-30 loss to the Raiders.

Kelce's 10-yard scoring reception with 4:17 remaining in the first quarter gave the Chiefs an early 10-7 lead and served as his first touchdown since Week 4. The 28-year-old has back-to-back four-catch games, but he's generated a modest 70 receiving yards over that two-week span. The lull is likely just temporary, considering Kelce was just two yards shy of notching three 100-yard efforts in four games before the aforementioned pair of contests. He'll look to get his production back up to previous levels versus the Broncos in a Week 8 battle on Monday Night Football.

Paulsen signed a contract with the 49ers on Thursday.

Paulsen will return to San Francisco just two days after the team released him to provide the 49ers with a fourth tight end. Never much of a pass-catching threat when he had a clearer path to regular snaps earlier in his career, the 30-year-old Paulsen will likely act primarily as a blocker if he's able to see the field Sunday against the Cowboys.

A limited participant in practice for the second straight day, Lewis doesn't quite seem 100 percent healthy, but the Jaguars haven't provided any indication that he's trending toward sitting out Sunday's game against the Colts. Lewis was re-installed as the Jaguars' top tight end in training camp following the offseason trade of Julius Thomas to the Dolphins, but aside from an anomalous three-touchdown performance in Week 4, the return to the starting lineup hasn't made the veteran an alluring fantasy commodity.

Hewitt sustained a knee injury in Week 5 and hasn't practiced since. He'll likely need to fit in some reps Thursday or Friday to have any chance of playing in Sunday's divisional matchup against the Steelers.

Derby was targeted four times but managed just a 10-yard catch in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Giants.

After a big 75-yard outing in Week 4, Derby fell back to earth Sunday, falling below 11 yards receiving for the third time in five games. He figures to get more opportunities this week against the Chargers. Emmanuel Sanders (ankle) and Isaiah McKenzie (ankle) will be out, and Derby can serve as an oversized slot receiver. The duo's injuries held Derby secure a season-high 52 snaps on Sunday.

Everett caught one of three passes and scored a four-yard touchdown during Sunday's 27-17 win over the Jaguars.

Everett's first career touchdown came late in the first quarter and gave the Rams the lead for good. Everett started the season off with a bang, with catches of 39 and 69 yards in his first two games. He has just three receptions since then, and the trouble is more than just the emergence of fellow tight end Tyler Higbee, who saw 46 offensive snaps to Everett's 18 on Sunday. The Rams' "fixed" passing offense has reverted in recent weeks. After second-year quarterback Jared Goff started off the first three games of the season with a cumulative quarterback rating of 127.4, he's fallen off with a 66.5 rating over the past three games, in big part due to some tough matchups. That drop makes it difficult for supplementary targets like Everett to get much work in.

Lewis was the talk of two countries when he helped obliterate the Ravens with three touchdowns during their Week 3 rout in London. That kind of output can make the paranoid fantasy owner fearful of leaving Lewis out of the lineup. Don't be that fantasy owner. Lewis is far removed from his days as an effective receiver, posting just three touchdowns in his previous 37 games combined prior to his Week 3 outburst and recording just one catch outside that game all year. Maybe you could catch lightning in a bottle again with Lewis, but more likely you'll just be standing in the rain.
