Dalton Schultz TE | HOU
Texans' Dalton Schultz: Limited practice Wednesday
Schultz (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
Schultz continues to manage an ankle issue, but the injury didn't stop him from logging a 96 percent snap share in the Texans' Week 3 loss to the Vikings. Given that the Texans haven't indicated that Schultz suffered a setback coming out of Sunday's contest, chances are that his listed limitations Wednesday were simply a matter of rep management.

Evan Engram TE | DEN
Jaguars' Evan Engram: Misses practice Wednesday
Engram (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday.
Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson acknowledged Tuesday that it'll be a close call on whether Engram will be able to play Sunday against the Texans, after the tight end missed both of the team's previous two contests, according to Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com. If Engram is sidelined for a third straight game this weekend, Brenton Strange would be in line to continue to see added opportunities in Jacksonville's offense.
-
Hayden Hurst TE | LAC
Chargers' Hayden Hurst: Limited practice Wednesday
Hurst was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to an Achilles injury.
Hurst managed an ankle injury ahead of this past Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Steelers, but he suited up and reeled in two targets for 15 yards. Now that the tight end is dealing with a different injury in Week 4, his status will need to be tracked as Sunday's game against the Chiefs approaches.
-
Josh Oliver TE | MIN
Vikings' Josh Oliver: Nursing wrist injury
Oliver (wrist) was listed as a limited participant for Wednesday's walkthrough.
Oliver played 37 snaps (30 on offense, seven on special teams) in the Vikings' Week 3 win over the Texans, though it appears the 2019 third-round pick may have sustained a wrist injury during the game. Wednesday's injury report was just an estimation, and Oliver will have two more practices to increase his participation ahead of Week 4 against the Packers.
-
Trey McBride TE | ARI
Cardinals' Trey McBride: No practice Wednesday
McBride (concussion) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.
McBride's lack of activity just three days after he suffered a concussion comes as no surprise, but he also was seen walking about and joking around with his teammates in the locker room, per Mackie. Until McBride makes some notable progress through the five-step concussion protocol, however, his status will remain murky for Sunday's game against the Commanders. Elijah Higgins would stand to benefit most among Cardinals tight ends if McBride is forced to miss any time.
-
Luke Musgrave TE | GB
Packers' Luke Musgrave: Limited by quad issue
Musgrave practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday due to a quadricep injury.
Fellow tight end Tucker Kraft (shoulder) was also a limited participant in the Packers' first Week 4 practice session. Though Kraft remains the top option on the depth chart, Musgrave has increased his snap share each week this season, topping out at 56 percent this past Sunday at Tennessee. However, his overall receiving line (2-9-0 on four targets) has left a lot to be desired.
-
Tucker Kraft TE | GB
Packers' Tucker Kraft: Limited to start week
Kraft (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.
Like he was last week, Kraft is working with a red non-contact jersey in practice this week due to a shoulder issue, per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. Kraft handled a 67 percent snap share this past Sunday at Tennessee, and he finished a third straight game to begin the campaign with exactly two catches. Assuming he emerges with no designation upon the release of Friday's injury report, he'll again be in line to earn a majority share of Green Bay's tight-end reps Sunday against the Vikings.
-
Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Not on injury report
Goedert isn't listed on Wednesday's injury report and is on track to play Sunday against Tampa Bay, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports.
Reports earlier Wednesday suggested Goedert wasn't practicing, but he was working out off to the side and eventually joined his teammates for a walkthrough session. The Eagles may have just been lightening his practice workload after a 170-yard explosion in the Week 3 win at New Orleans. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith suffered a concussion during the game and missed practice Wednesday, potentially leaving the Eagles without their top two pass catchers for Week 4. WideoutA.J. Brown is still recovering from a hamstring injury and also missed practice.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Logs full practice Wednesday
Hill (chest) practiced fully Wednesday, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Hill sustained a chest injury Week 2 at Dallas that necessitated a visit to a local hospital. He proceeded to log a pair of limited practices during Week 3 prep before the Saints ruled him out ahead of this past Sunday's eventual loss to the Eagles. On Sunday, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports revealed that Hill was tending to a bruised lung, but the gadget player appears to be past the issue after Wednesday's uncapped session. In parts of two games this season, Hill has eight carries for 53 yards, two catches (on three targets) for two yards and no pass attempts or touchdowns.

Tanner Hudson TE | CIN
Bengals' Tanner Hudson: Estimated as DNP
Hudson (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimation, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
Hudson missed the Bengals' Week 3 loss to the Commanders due to a knee injury, and it appears he's still dealing with the issue. The 29-year-old tight end will likely need to upgrade to at least limited participation Thursday or Friday in order to suit up in Week 4, as the Bengals travel to Carolina.
