  • Ian Thomas TE | LV

Raiders' Ian Thomas: Not playing vs. Philadelphia

Thomas (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Thomas suffered a calf injury during the Raiders' Week 14 loss to the Broncos. He was tagged as questionable for Week 15 after logging a full practice Friday, but he will be sidelined for Sunday's game after going through pregame warmups. With Thomas not playing, Carter Runyon will step up as the Raiders' TE3 behind Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer.

  • Elijah Higgins TE | ARI

Cardinals' Elijah Higgins: Active in Week 15

Higgins (illness) is active for Sunday's game at Houston.

Higgins was held out of Friday's practice due to an illness that left him questionable for Week 15 action. Now that he's confirmed to be active, he'll be working in a passing game without the services of WRs Marvin Harrison (heel, inactive), Greg Dortch (chest, IR) and Xavier Weaver (hamstring, inactive), among others, for a second consecutive contest. In the first such outing last Sunday against the Rams, Higgins received a season-high 66 percent snap share but couldn't haul in his only target, while top TE Trey McBride (5-58-0 on nine targets) and WR Michael Wilson (11-142-2 on 16 targets) dominated the attention of QB Jacoby Brissett.

  • Steelers' Darnell Washington: Cleared to play Monday

The Steelers announced Sunday that Washington cleared concussion protocol and no longer carries a designation for Monday's game against the Dolphins.

After logging three straight limited practice this week, Washington had initially been listed as questionable for the contest. Now that he's been cleared to play Monday, the tight end will be able to maintain his growing role in Pittsburgh's passing game. Over his last three games, Washington has reeled in five of his seven targets for 79 yards, though it's worth noting that Washington was forced out of the Week 14 win over the Ravens after logging just 15 snaps on offense.

  • Jake Ferguson TE | DAL

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Still looking good for Sunday

Ferguson (calf), who is officially questionable for Sunday's Week 15 matchup against Minnesota, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Though Ferguson logged an LP/DNP/LP practice progression this week, there hasn't been substantial chatter about him needing to miss Sunday's contest. That remains the case as of Saturday evening, though official confirmation of Ferguson's status may not come until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Should there be a surprise and Ferguson needs to sit out the matchup, Luke Schoonmaker would likely work as the Cowboys' top tight end.

  • Steelers' Darnell Washington: Remains questionable for MNF

Washington (concussion) logged a limited practice session Saturday and is questionable for Monday's Week 15 tilt against the Dolphins.

Washington entered concussion protocol during last Sunday's win over Baltimore. He's been able to log three limited practices this week, but he remains iffy to suit up Monday. Washington will need to clear the NFL's five-step protocol ahead of that contest in order to be eligible to play. If he can't do so, Pat Freiermuth will likely see increased offensive snaps as the Steelers' top tight end.

  • Texans' Harrison Bryant: Activated from IR

Bryant (neck) was activated from injured reserve Saturday and remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Bryant has been sidelined since Week 11 but looks on track to play Sunday following a minimum-length stay on IR. The tight end appeared in eight games prior to landing on IR, recording two catches for seven yards on six targets.

  • Elijah Arroyo TE | SEA

Seahawks' Elijah Arroyo: Sidelined until postseason

Arroyo (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Arroyo suffered a knee injury in Week 14 and had already been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Colts. He'll now be sidelined for the rest of the regular season, but he will have a chance to return during the postseason.

  • Eric Saubert TE | SEA

Seahawks' Eric Saubert: Potential Week 15 return

Saubert (calf) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Saubert has been sidelined since Week 9 and has been practicing all week. It remains to be seen if he'll be active for a Week 15 matchup against the Colts, as he will officially head into Sunday questionable. Saubert will primarily serve as a blocker and on special teams, if active.

  • Marcedes Lewis TE | DEN

    Marcedes Lewis: Remaining with Broncos

The Broncos signed Lewis to their practice squad Saturday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Lewis will rejoin the team after having been let go from the active roster Thursday. The 41-year-old could provide additional depth at tight end if the team elevates him for a game.

  • Giovanni Ricci TE | DET

Lions' Giovanni Ricci: Elevated for Week 15

The Lions elevated Ricci from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams.

This will be Ricci's first elevation since joining the Lions' practice squad Nov. 30. The sixth-year tight end will provide Detroit with some much-needed insurance at tight end, as both TE1 Sam LaPorta (back) and TE2 Brock Wright (neck) are on IR. Ricci's playing time in Week 15 will almost certainly depend on whether Shane Zylstra (knee) plays after being activated from injured reserve Saturday.
