  • Saints' Juwan Johnson: Tallies nine targets versus Miami

Johnson logged five receptions (on nine targets) for 39 yards during Sunday's 21-17 defeat to the Dolphins.

Johnson logged over eight targets for the first time since Week 2 and led the team in this category ahead of wideouts Devaughn Vele (eight) and Chris Olave (seven). The tight end finished with a decent outing by his standard, as he's now averaging 4.5 receptions and 48.0 receiving yards per game across 12 outings. In four games with rookie QB Tyler Shough starting under center, Johnson has accumulated an 18-208-2 stat line. He should remain as one of the Saints' top three targets when they next play versus Tampa Bay in Week 14.

  • Darren Waller TE | MIA

Dolphins' Darren Waller: Team-high yardage in return

Waller (pectoral), who was activated from injured reserve Saturday, brought in two of three targets for 47 yards in the Dolphins' 21-17 win over the Saints on Sunday.

Making his return from a minimum four-game stay on injured reserve, Waller finished with a team-high yardage total on a low-volume day for the Dolphins' air attack. The veteran tight end also came close to securing his fifth touchdown reception of the season in the second half, and he turned in an encouraging performance overall. Waller figures to remain a key part of the passing game down the stretch as Miami tries to complete a longshot bid for a wild-card spot.

  • Tyler Warren TE | IND

Colts' Tyler Warren: Scores fifth touchdown

Warren recorded three receptions on four targets for 22 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Texans. He had one rush attempt for zero yards.

Warren, who was dealing with an illness that led to him being added to the injury report Saturday, matched his season low in targets and was also limited to his lowest yardage total of the campaign. His longest catch of the day came on a 12-yard touchdown grab late in the third quarter, his fifth score of the campaign and first since Week 7. After a hot start to the season, Warren has been held to 50 or fewer receiving yards in three of his last four games.

  • Browns' Harold Fannin: Hits paydirt for only Browns TD

Fannin caught three of five targets for 43 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 26-8 loss to the 49ers.

Most of the damage came on a 34-yard TD pass from Shedeur Sanders early in the second quarter, the longest passing play of the day by either team on a very windy day in Cleveland. Fannin's five targets and 43 yards paced all Browns pass catchers, and in two-plus games since Sanders took the reins of the offense, the rookie tight end has a 9-109-1 line on 16 targets. Fannin will look for his fourth touchdown of the season in a Week 14 tilt against the Titans.

  • Kyle Pitts TE | ATL

Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Leading receiver in loss to Jets

Pitts caught seven of eight targets for 82 yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Jets.

Pitts led the Falcons in targets, catches and receiving yards Sunday as they played without Drake London (knee) for a second consecutive game. If London remains sidelined in Week 14, a few more targets could flow Pitts' way against a Seahawks defense that has struggled to defend tight ends. The 6-foot-6 tight end has secured multiple receptions in every game this season but has only one touchdown.

  • 49ers' George Kittle: Paces Niners in receiving yards

Kittle caught four of five targets for 67 yards in Sunday's 26-8 win over the Browns.

The veteran tight end led the Niners in receiving yards and tied Jauan Jennings for the team lead in catches on a day in which passing was difficult due to high winds in Cleveland. Kittle has caught at least four passes in six straight games, racking up a 33-371-4 line on 39 targets during that stretch. He'll get a breather during San Francisco's bye next week before taking on Tennessee in Week 15.

  • Brock Wright TE | DET

Lions' Brock Wright: Could miss extended time

Lions coach Dan Campbell said Sunday that Wright is dealing with an injury to his trachea and could be in for with a long-term absence, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Pressreports.

Wright didn't play Thursday against Green Bay, and it sounds like he could be sidelined awhile. Sam LaPorta (back) is expected to miss the rest of the season, so Ross Dwelley and Anthony Firkser will be the Lions' top two tight ends should Wright indeed be in for further absences. Campbell also indicated that Wright is undergoing further scans, so his timeline for a potential return remains uncertain.

  • Giovanni Ricci TE | DET

    Giovanni Ricci: Signs with Detroit

The Lions signed Ricci to the practice squad Sunday.

Ricci was cut by the Vikings Aug. 26 and had not yet been signed to a practice squad or roster this regular season. The tight end likely was signed for additional depth amid the absences of Sam LaPorta (back), Brock Wright (neck) and Shane Zylstra (ankle).

  • Dalton Kincaid TE | BUF

Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Inactive versus Steelers

Kincaid (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

After being deemed a 'DNP' on Wednesday, Kincaid, who last saw game action in Week 10, practiced in a limited fashion both Thursday and Friday before being listed as questionable to face Pittsburgh. In his continued absence, Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes will handle the Bills' Week 13 tight-end duties, a context that resulted in Knox catching three of his four targets for 17 yards and Hawes hauling in both of his targets in the team's 23-19 loss to the Texans on Nov. 20.

  • Feleipe Franks TE | ATL

Falcons' Feleipe Franks: Doubtful to return Sunday

Franks (calf) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Jets, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

The tight end did not record a catch before exiting. Franks has played primarily on special teams this season.
