Toney (hip/personal) has been ruled out for Sunday's AFC Championship Game matchup with the Ravens.

Toney practiced in a limited fashion both Thursday and Friday, but he'll still end up missing a sixth consecutive game. In addition to managing the hip issue, Toney will also be away from the Chiefs while he awaits the birth of his first child. Justin Watson and Mecole Hardman should continue to see expanded snaps at receiver Sunday while Toney is unavailable.

Samuel (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Lions after practicing fully Friday.

After being deemed a non-participant in Wednesday's practice, Samuel was a limited participant Thursday and closed out the week with an uncapped session, setting the stage for the receiver to play without restrictions Sunday. Samuel sustained a left shoulder injury during last Saturday's 24-21 divisional-round win over the Packers, but he was fortunate to avoid any structural damage after fracturing the same shoulder earlier in the season. Assuming Samuel experiences no in-game setbacks, he'll continue to maintain his key role in the 49ers offense opposite fellow starting wideout Brandon Aiyuk.

Raymond (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the 49ers, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

The 29-year-old wideout is now set to miss his third consecutive game after sustaining a knee injury during the Lions' Week 18 win over the Vikings. Donovan Peoples-Jones could be in for a larger role in Detroit's wide receiver corps without Raymond in the NFC Championship Game.

Wallace (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Chiefs.

Wallace began Baltimore's week of practice with a DNP, but he was able to follow that up with back-to-back limited sessions and he's got a chance to play this weekend. If Wallace is able to suit up for the AFC Championship Game, he'd likely serve as a depth piece in the Ravens' wide receiver room as well as the team's second-string kick and punt returner.

Moore (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Ravens.

Moore, who was designated to return from injured reserve Jan. 17, didn't practice at all this week and will thus target a potential return to action Feb. 11 should the Chiefs advance to the Super Bowl. Prior to suffering his knee injury, Moore had logged 21 catches on 38 targets for 244 yards and a touchdown in 14 regular-season contests.

Reynolds (ribs) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in San Francisco, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

The Lions listed him as a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading the wideout to full on Friday. Reynolds played 86 and 78 percent of snaps in the team's first two playoff games, catching seven of 10 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown in wins over the Rams and Buccaneers. He's gotten a bit more playing time than Jameson Williams, who has six playoff targets on snap shares of 70 and 58 percent.

Toney (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Ravens.

After logging a full listing Wednesday, Toney was deemed limited in practice both Thursday and Friday and questionable ahead of Sunday's contest. Toney last saw game action back in Week 15, and if he's available versus Baltimore, he'll look to reclaim a role in a Kansas City WR corps that also includes Rashee Rice, Justin Watson, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Mecole Hardman. In the 13 regular-season games he saw action in prior to sustaining his hip issue, Toney recorded 27 catches (on 38 targets) for 169 yards and a touchdown to go along with 11 carries for 31 yards.

Wallace (knee) was a limited participant in Baltimore's practice Thursday.

If the 24-year-old is healthy for Sunday's AFC Championship Game versus the Chiefs, he could contribute solid value on special teams.

In his attempt to put an end to a five-game absence, Toney opened this week with a full session Wednesday, only to follow it up with a capped practice one day later. The development may have been related to maintenance of his lingering hip issue, but he now could be in danger of entering the weekend with a designation for Sunday's AFC Championship Game at Baltimore. Ultimately, Friday's injury report will reveal as much.

Raymond (knee) didn't participate in Thursday's practice.

Since sustaining a knee injury during the Lions' regular-season finale, Raymond has failed to appear in either of the team's first two playoff games. His chances to play in the NFC Championship Game seem slim after he began Detroit's week of practice with back-to-back DNPs, and he will almost certainly carry an injury designation into the weekend unless he's able to practice in full Friday.
