Samuel was forced out of Sunday's game against the Browns with a shoulder injury.

Samuel headed to the locker room, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com, after carrying twice for 11 yards and failing to secure his only target prior to exiting. In his absence, running back Christian McCaffrey, fellow wideout Brandon Aiyuk and tight end George Kittle profile as the 49ers' top options on offense versus Cleveland.

Flowers caught six of eight targets for 50 yards and a touchdown and added one rushing yard on his only carry in Sunday's 24-16 win over the Titans.

The rookie wideout hauled in his first career NFL touchdown on a 10-yard toss from Lamar Jackson in the second quarter. Flowers has been the Ravens' most reliable WR in the early going, posting a 35-367-1 line on 48 targets through six games, and if the improvements in the team's passing game efficiency under new offensive coordinator Todd Monken pay off, Sunday's score figures to be the first of many for the Boston College product in 2023. Flowers will look to return to the end zone in Week 7 against a Lions defense that's already given up six receiving TDs to wide receivers -- only the Eagles and Commanders have allowed more through their first five games.

Moore was forced out of Sunday's game against the Ravens with a concussion, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Prior to his exit from the contest, Moore caught his only target for a six-yard reception. With Moore now sidelined along with the inactive Treylon Burks (knee), DeAndre Hopkins, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips and Colton Dowell will be the Titans' available receivers for the rest of the day.

Cooks is officially active for Sunday's game against the Colts.

The rookie UDFA was a healthy scratch for the first five games of the season, but he's suiting up Sunday and will make his NFL debut if he sees the field. Zay Jones (knee) is inactive, but Cooks isn't likely to see more than a handful of offensive snaps since the rest of the receiving corps is in good health.

Claypool (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

With Claypool's game debut with the Dolphins on hold, Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Cedrick Wilson, Braxton Berrios and Robbie Chosen are slated to handle the team's Week 6 WR duties. Claypool's next chance to suit up will arrive in Week 7 against the Eagles.

Perry (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Despite making the Saints' initial 53-man roster, Perry has yet to see the field this season. The rookie sixth-round pick is currently behind Chris Olave, Michael Thomas, Rashid Shaheed, Keith Kirkwood and Lynn Bowden on the wideout depth chart.

Jefferson is active for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

The Falcons acquired Jefferson in a trade with the Rams on Tuesday, but it appears he's grasped the playbook quickly and will make his team debut Sunday. However, fantasy managers should expect the 2020 second-round pick to play a limited role during his first game with Atlanta. Across five games with Los Angeles this season, Jefferson caught eight of 15 targets for 108 yards.

Woods (ribs) is active for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Despite being listed as questionable, Woods never appeared in significant danger of sitting out after he was able to play through the rib injury in the Week 5 loss to Atlanta before turning in a full practice Friday. With Tank Dell (concussion) inactive for Sunday's contest, Woods could see an expanded profile in the Houston passing attack behind No. 1 receiver Nico Collins.

Dell (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Though Dell will miss the first game of his career after sustaining the brain injury in last week's 21-19 loss to Atlanta, Houston is hopeful that the Week 6 contest will be the extent of the rookie wideout's absence. Per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston, Dell is said to be showing improvement after practicing in a limited fashion Friday, and he should be ready to play Oct. 29 at Carolina following the Texans' Week 7 bye. While Dell is sidelined Sunday, however, Noah Brown, John Metchie and Xavier Hutchinson are expected to see added opportunities in three-receiver formations alongside Nico Collins and Robert Woods.

Higgins (ribs) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Higgins, who was inactive last weekend after fracturing a rib in the Bengals' Week 4 loss to the Titans, approached the game listed as questionable after practicing fully Friday. Now that it's been confirmed that he'll give it a go Sunday, it remains to be seen if the wideout will handle his usual allotment of snaps, with Trenton Irwin a candidate to see added work alongside Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd should Higgins be limited at all or suffer any in-game setbacks. In four games to date, Higgins has recorded a 12/129/2 receiving line on 32 targets.
