Diggs participated in Wednesday's minicamp practice, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Diggs was noticeably absen from the Bills' first mandatory minicamp practice Tuesday, prompting head coach Sean McDermott to express concern regarding the situation. A day later, however, Diggs was back on the field. As long as he's available for the start of the season, the 29-year-old remains on track to headline the team's wideout corps on the heels of a 108-catch effort in 2022.

Smith-Schuster (undisclosed) remained sidelined during Tuesday's minicamp practice, Paul Perillo of the Patriots' official site reports.

Smith-Schuster, who dealt with a knee issue at the end of last season while with the Chiefs, has yet to practice in front of the media since signing with the Patriots in March, Zack Cox of NESN.com notes. While the team could simply be playing it safe with the veteran pass catcher with an eye toward having him ready for training camp, Smith-Schuster's absence this spring cost him a chance to build valuable chemistry with quarterback Mac Jones. When healthy, the 26-year-old still has a chance to headline a receiver corps that includes DeVante Parker, Tyquan Thornton and Kendrick Bourne. Free agent DeAndre Hopkins is set to visit New England later this week, and his potential signing would likely negatively impact the outlooks of all Patriots pass catchers.

Duvernay (foot) participated in Tuesday's mandatory minicamp practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Duvernay, who underwent surgery in December to address a broken fifth metatarsal in his foot, continues to make solid progress and will now look to carve out a role in a Ravens wideout corps that also includes fellow rehabbing receiver Rashod Bateman (foot), along with newcomers Odell Beckham, Zay Flowers and Nelson Agholor. In light of the new additions to the roster, Duvernay doesn't have a clear path to steady targets in 2023, but he should settle back in as the Ravens' top return man.

Flowers (undisclosed) participated in Tuesday's minicamp practice, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

Flowers missed some time during the team's OTAs due to what head coach John Harbaugh said was a "minor tweak." However, according to Brown, the 2023 first-round pick ran routes crisply and showed no sign of discomfort while working in Tuesday's session. Looking ahead, the rookie out of Boston College has an opportunity to become a key cog in a Baltimore pass-catching corps that will also feature fellow wideouts Rashod Bateman (foot) and Odell Beckham, along with star tight end Mark Andrews.

Kupp agreed Wednesday with the Rams to convert $13.92 million of his 2023 salary into a signing bonus, which frees up $10.44 million against the team's salary cap during the upcoming season, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.

Previously, the Rams had just $1.3 million in cap space, but the move gives the team some flexibility to add some free-agent depth as well as sign its 2023 draft class. Kupp, who is working his way back from a tightrope procedure to address the ankle injury he sustained in Week 10 last season, continues to make progress and was able to participate in jog-through installations and individual drills during Tuesday's minicamp practice, per Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic. Though he was limited to nine games last season, Kupp still led the Rams with 812 receiving yards on 75 catches to go along with seven total touchdowns.

Jefferson, who was present for Tuesday's mandatory minicamp, plans to participate in next month's training camp regardless of whether he has signed a contract extension with the Vikings by then, Kevin Seifert of ESPN reports.

Jefferson, who has two years remaining on his rookie contract, skipped the voluntary portion of the team's offseason program, but the 2020 first-rounder suggested that his contract situation was "not too much a part of" his decision to do so. Per Seifert, there are no indications that negotiations between the Vikings and his agent are acrimonious, as the two sides work toward a potential deal that could make Jefferson one of the highest-paid non-QBs in the NFL. This past season, the LSU product racked up a league-high 128 catches (on 184 targets) for 1,809 yards and eight TDs in 17 games.

Brown, who is dealing with a foot issue, was held out of Tuesday's practice, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Per coach Jonathan Gannon, the Cardinals elected to hold the wideout out of the session for precautionary reasons. Once Brown -- who logged a 67-709-3 line in 12 games last season -- is able to to return to practice, he'll take over as Arizona's top wide receiver option following the release of DeAndre Hopkins. In the mix for snaps behind Brown this coming season are Rondale Moore, Greg Dortch, Zach Pascal and 2023 third-rounder Michael Wilson.

Claypool (undisclosed) didn't participate in Tuesday's minicamp practice, Alyssa Barbieri of USA Today reports.

According to coach Matt Eberflus, Claypool, who sustained a soft tissue injury during OTAs, is "dealing with a few things" at this stage, per Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, with the team focused on making sure the wideout is fully healthy ahead of training camp. Once he's past his current injury issues, Claypool will look to cement a key role in a Chicago WR corps that also includes newcomer DJ Moore along with returnee Darnell Mooney, who is recovering from an ankle injury but is expected to be available for training camp.

Kupp (ankle) progressed to individual drills at Tuesday's practice, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Kupp has spent the entirety of the offseason in recovery mode from November tightrope surgery performed on the high right-ankle sprain that ended his 2022 campaign. While he was present at the Rams' final set of OTAs last Tuesday, this week's development marked his first notable on-field work of the offseason program. L.A. is unlikely to push it too much with its No. 1 wide receiver now, as the goal is to have him as healthy as possible at the onset of training camp in late July.

The Broncos waived Williams on Tuesday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

Williams signed an UDFA deal with the Broncos at the beginning of June, but he's been let go to make room for the addition of Frank Clark. After five seasons at CSU-Pueblo, the 6-foot-4 wideout transferred to UNLV for the 2022 campaign, posting 28 receptions for 435 yards and two scores.
