  • Broncos' Brandon Johnson: Moved to IR

Johnson (ankle) was placed on the Broncos' injured reserve Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Johnson was likely set to miss significant time after he picked up a high-ankle sprain during Denver's preseason finale against the Vikings on Saturday. As a result, the Broncos will look to stash the 24-year-old wideout on injured reserve with his earliest return date set for the start of the 2023 campaign, barring any injury settlement with the team.

  • Shemar Bridges WR | BAL

    Shemar Bridges: Dropped with injury

Shemar (undisclosed) was waived/injured by the Ravens on Tuesday, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Shemar appears to have picked up an injury in the past week, thus leading Baltimore to let him go as part of the team's final roster trimming Tuesday. As a result, the undrafted free agent will likely pass through waivers unclaimed before reverting to the Ravens' injured reserve.

  • Patriots' Kristian Wilkerson: Lands on injured reserve

The Patriots placed Wilkerson (concussion) on injured reserve Tuesday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

Wilkerson sustained a concussion during a joint practice with the Panthers in mid-August. He'll be forced to miss the entire 2022 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with New England.

  • Greg Ward WR | IND

Eagles' Greg Ward: Lands on IR

The Eagles have placed Ward (toe) on their injured reserve, Chris McPherson of the team's official website reports.

Ward was originally expected to be waived with an injury settlement, but it looks like both parties were able to come to terms on one. So, he will spend the remainder of the season on the IR unless both parties ultimatley agree on one.

  • Isaiah Zuber WR | LV

Isaiah Zuber: Does not make team

Zuber was waived by the Raiders on Tuesday.

Zuber was competing for a role providing depth at wide receiver and ultimately came up short. He will now have a chance to potentially land on the practice squad if he clears waivers or else he will need to look for a new landing spot.

  • Mason Kinsey WR | TEN

    Mason Kinsey: Waived by Tennessee

The Titans waived Kinsey on Tuesday, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.

Kinsey made his NFL debut with the Titans last year, playing five total snaps (three offensive). Per McCormick, Kinsey is a likely candidate to join Tennessee's practice squad if he clears waivers.

  • Jaylon Moore WR | JAC

    Jaylon Moore: Waived by Giants

The Giants waived Moore on Tuesday, Michael Eisen of the Giants' official site reports.

Moore spent the last two seasons on the Ravens' practice squad but was claimed off waivers by the Giants last week. He secured two of four targets for 13 yards during Sunday's preseason loss to the Jets and will be let go ahead of the regular season.

  • Dai'Jean Dixon: Let go by New Orleans

The Saints waived Dixon on Tuesday.

Dixon led the Saints in receptions (four) and receiving yards (33) during the preseason opener, but he caught just one of three targets for five yards during the final two exhibition games. He signed with New Orleans as an undrafted free agent out of Nicholls State, where he recorded 236 receptions, 3,802 yards and 35 touchdowns during his standout career.

  • Alex Bachman WR | LAR

Alex Bachman: Let go by Giants

The Giants waived Bachman on Tuesday, Michael Eisen of the Giants' official site reports.

Bachman made a strong push for a roster spot during the preseason, logging 19 receptions for 166 yards and two touchdowns over three games. However, he'll part ways with the team ahead of the regular season.

  • Byron Pringle WR | WAS

    Bears' Byron Pringle: Remains sidelined

Pringle (quadriceps) didn't participate in Tuesday's practice, Courtney Cronin of ESPN reports.

Since suffering a quadriceps injury Aug. 6, Pringle has now missed over three weeks of action. He'll have time to take the practice field ahead of the Bears' Sept. 11 opener if he can recover, though there's been no word whether he's close to a return.
