  • Browns' Donovan Peoples-Jones: Slated to come off COVID list

Peoples-Jones is in line to come off the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

The same applies to Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins and KhaDarel Hodge, with all four wideouts on track to be available to take the field Thursday, should the Browns hold an actual practice.

  • Browns' KhaDarel Hodge: Set to come off COVID list

Hodge is in line to come off the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

As will fellow wide receivers Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins and Donovan Peoples-Jones, with the moves to become official later Thursday. As a result, barring any unexpected developments, the Browns will welcome the quartet back to their lineup Sunday against the Steelers.

  • Brandon Powell WR | MIN

Falcons' Brandon Powell: Sits out Wednesday's practice

Powell (foot) did not participate during Wednesday's practice, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Powell was confronted with a foot issue going into the Falcons' Week 16 matchup against the Chiefs. He found a way to suit up, however, fielding 13 offensive snaps while recording a two-yard catch during last Sunday's loss. Powell coughed up a fumble on his lone catch, turning possession over to Kansas City at the 10:50 mark of the fourth quarter. The 25-year-old remains without a missed game on the season, and he will try to power through his foot issue once more as Atlanta travels to take on the Buccaneers to close out the 2020 campaign.

  • Seahawks' Phillip Dorsett: Unlikely to return this season

Head coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday that Dorsett (foot) isn't expected to return this year barring a deep playoff run, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.

Dorsett missed the first months of the season due to a right foot injury before undergoing surgery to clean out bone spurs in early November. The 27-year-old wideout has struggled to recover, and he's unlikely to be activated from IR. Dorsett will be a free agent in March.

  • Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Limited Wednesday

St. Brown (knee) was a partial participant at Wednesday's practice.

St. Brown has had his reps limited at practice since returning to the field in Week 6, so this news is not too concerning. He caught his only target in last week's victory over the Titans and recorded his first career touchdowns. Assuming he can overcome his knee issue, the Notre Dame product will look to carry that momentum into Week 17 against the Bears.

  • Quez Watkins WR | IND

Eagles' Quez Watkins: Absent from practice

Watkins (ribs) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.

Watkins presumably picked up the injury in last week's loss to the Cowboys. He ended that contest with two receptions for 57 yards. His status will need to be monitored as the week progresses in order to see if he can ramp up his participation at practice.

  • Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Dealing with hip injury

Hopkins was held out of practice Wednesday with a hip injury, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Just before halftime of last week's loss to the 49ers, Hopkins went to the locker room after failing to haul in a pass in the back left corner of the end zone. He continued to play through what was believed to be an upper-body injury, logging 91 percent of the offensive snaps while finishing with 48 yards on eight catches and 12 targets. Hopkins will look to get past the hip concern in advance of Sunday's road matchup with the Rams.

  • Cooper Kupp WR | SEA

Rams' Cooper Kupp: Unlikely to play Week 17

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Wednesday that Kupp (illness) is "probably not likely to be available" Week 17 against the Cardinals, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

The Rams placed Kupp on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network revealed Wednesday that the move was made because the wide receiver tested positive for the virus. League protocols ensure Kupp won't be able to recover in time for a key Week 17 matchup, one that will help in determining the team's postseason fate. Los Angeles will also be without Jared Goff (thumb) on Sunday, meaning John Wolford will be throwing passes to Robert Woods, Josh Reynolds and Van Jefferson.

  • Jalen Guyton WR | LV

Chargers' Jalen Guyton: Limited session Wednesday

Guyton was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury.

With Keenan Allen (hamstring) seemingly trending toward a second straight absence Sunday against the Chiefs, Guyton's Week 17 status gains added import. If Allen ends up out and Guyton is cleared to play this weekend, he would be taking aim at a Kansas City squad that's likely to be sitting or limiting some of its key defensive players, given that the Chiefs have already clinched the AFC's No. 1 seed.

  • Allen Lazard WR | NYJ

Packers' Allen Lazard: Limited at practice

Lazard (core/wrist) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.

For a second straight week, Lazard's practice reps are capped due to his core and wrist injuries. That said, he handled 62 percent of the offensive snaps this past Sunday against the Titans, but his output (two catches for 14 yards on two targets) was lacking. Lazard will aim to brush aside his injuries in order to serve as the Packers' No. 2 wide receiver again this weekend in Chicago.
