CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Ruled out
Lamb (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Green Bay, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Reports suggest Lamb will miss multiple games and possibly even be placed on injured reserve, but the Cowboys waited until Friday to rule him out for Week 4. His absence leaves more playing time for WRs Jalen Tolbert, KaVontae Turpin and Ryan Flournoy, with WR George Pickens and TE Jake Ferguson also getting boosts in target-share projection.

Anthony Gould WR | IND
Colts' Anthony Gould: Questionable for Week 4
Gould (illness) is questionable to play in Sunday's contest against the Rams.
Gould has battled an illness the last couple of days and missed practice Thursday before logging a limited session Friday. If the wide receiver can't go in Week 4, Ashton Dulin and Josh Downs would be top candidates to see an increase in workload on special teams.
-
Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Questionable after full practice
Godwin (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles after logging a full practice Friday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Godwin sandwiched full practices on Wednesday and Friday around scheduled rest Thursday. Meanwhile, Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles suggested Friday that Godwin, QB Baker Mayfield (biceps) and LT Tristan Wirfs (ankle) are all on track to play this weekend. That doesn't mean Godwin will jump right back into last year's workload or production, but the Bucs could certainly use his help after losing Mike Evans to a hamstring injury last week.

Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Cleared to play Week 4
Tillman (hand/hip) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Lions, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Following back-to-back limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, Tillman was able to log a full session Friday, paving the way for him to play Sunday. Tillman has secured 10 of 18 targets for 100 yards and two touchdowns through three games this season.

Jauan Jennings WR | SF
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Returns to practice
Jennings (ankle/shoulder) is in uniform for practice Friday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
He's set to practice for the first time since suffering an ankle injury Week 2. The 49ers listed Jennings as questionable last week, before downgrading him to 'out' on game day. He may have a real chance to play this week, facing the Jaguars.
-
Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Clear to return Sunday
Worthy (shoulder) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest against the Ravens.
Worthy thus has been cleared for his first game action since he was knocked from the Chiefs' Week 1 loss early following a collision with TE Travis Kelce. Diagnosed with a dislocated right shoulder afterward, Worthy sat out Weeks 2 and 3, but his ability to practice in full this week indicates he's ready for close to his typical workload. From Week 14 through Super Bowl LIX last season (minus Week 18), he handled greater than 80 percent of the offensive snaps regularly and recorded a 45-518-5 line on 58 targets and 12 carries for 63 yards and another touchdown across seven games.
-
Darius Slayton WR | NYG
Giants' Darius Slayton: Cleared to play
Slayton (calf) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers
Among starting NFL wide receivers, Slayton ranks near the top in snap/route share (both above 90 percent) but close to the bottom for target rate (seven percent of routes). Things can't get much worse from a fantasy standpoint, even if new starting quarterback Jaxson Dart inevitably also throws to Malik Nabers and Wan'Dale Robinson far more often than Slayton.
-
Derius Davis WR | LAC
Chargers' Derius Davis: Ruled out for Sunday
Davis (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Davis was injured in last Sunday's win over the Broncos but was able to return to the game. Now that the adrenaline has worn off, Davis will sit this one out, allowing Hassan Haskins, Ladd McConkey and KeAndre Lambert-Smith to potentially handle return duties for the Chargers.
-
Malik Nabers WR | NYG
Giants' Malik Nabers: Cleared to play
Nabers (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
He's played through one injury or another in nearly every game since entering the NFL, with concussion protocol being the only thing that's actually kept him off the field or limited his snaps so far. Nabers should be busy again this Sunday in Jaxson Dart's first NFL start.
-
Devaughn Vele WR | NO
Saints' Devaughn Vele: Questionable for Week 4
Vele (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills, Ross Jackson of WWL Louisiana reports.
Vele missed last Sunday's game against the Seahawks and played just 28 percent of the offensive snaps across the Saints' first two contests, recording two catches for 16 yards and one touchdown on three targets. He has extremely minimal fantasy appeal.
