Davante Adams WR | LAR
Rams' Davante Adams: Questionable, expected to play
Adams (hamstring) will be a limited participant in Friday's practice and will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, but Rams head coach Sean McVay expects the wideout to play, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Adams' outlook could change after practice, but McVay is usually straightforward when it comes to injury updates. The veteran wideout didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, after handling his usual workload in a Week 3 loss to the Eagles.

Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Expected to return Sunday
Coach Andy Reid said Friday that he anticipates Worthy (shoulder) being available Sunday against the Ravens, Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star reports.
Worthy has been sidelined since he suffered a dislocated right shoulder in a collision with TE Travis Kelce on the Chiefs' first possession of the season. After logging full practices Wednesday and Thursday, Worthy has proved his health and is slated to put an end to a two-game absence. In the end, though, it remains to be seen if the Chiefs will restrict his workload in any way in what is an early-season must-win for the team.

Trey Palmer WR | NO
Saints' Trey Palmer: Cleared to play Week 4
Palmer (hamstring) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bills, Ross Jackson of WWL Louisiana reports.
Palmer has yet to play this season, and it's unclear if he'll be active Sunday against Buffalo, though it's worth noting Devaughn Vele has a hip injury that has him questionable to play.

Casey Washington WR | ATL
Falcons' Casey Washington: Cleared to play Sunday
Washington (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Washington missed the previous two games but will be back in the lineup as a depth wideout behind Drake London, Darnell Mooney and Ray-Ray McCloud. Washington has three catches for 33 yards this season.

Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL
Falcons' KhaDarel Hodge: Out for Sunday
Hodge (groin) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Commanders, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Hodge was unable to practice all week after likely sustaining a groin injury in the Falcons' Week 3 loss to the Panthers, so his absence Sunday comes as no surprise. The 31-year-old has played 59 total snaps (40 on special teams, 19 on offense) through three games this season, failing to catch his lone target. While Hodge is sidelined in Week 4, Jamal Agnew could see increased reps as a depth wide receiver.

CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Remains DNP on Friday
Lamb (ankle) remained sidelined for Friday's practice, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Lamb is expected to be ruled out for Sunday night's game against the Packers, as he's logged a trio of DNPs this week following last Sunday's ankle injury against the Bears. Expect the Cowboys to rely on George Pickens, Jalen Tolbert, KaVontae Turpin and Ryan Flournoy at wide receiver while Lamb is out.

Bryce Oliver WR | TEN
Titans' Bryce Oliver: Remains out in Week 4
Oliver (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The Youngstown State product sustained a knee injury in Tennessee's Week 2 loss to the Rams and hasn't practiced since, making it no surprise that he'll remain out Sunday. Julius Chestnut is expected to serve as the Titans' second kick returner while Oliver is out in Week 4.

Adonai Mitchell WR | NYJ
Colts' Adonai Mitchell: In line for increased snaps
With Alec Pierce (concussion) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Mitchell is expected to see increased playing time on offense.
Mitchell has played just 23 percent of the offensive snaps through three games as the Colts' fourth WR, but with Pierce sidelined, Mitchell figures to play a prominent role in two- and three-wide sets on the outside opposite Michael Pittman with Josh Downs manning the slot. Mitchell has been targeted eight times on his limited playing time this season, catching four passes for 41 scoreless yards. Mitchell has all the physical traits to be a difference-making wideout, and he'll get a chance to show it in a possible shootout against Los Angeles.

Alec Pierce WR | IND
Colts' Alec Pierce: Ruled out by Colts
Pierce (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.
At this stage, Pierce remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, so his next chance to see game action will arrive Sunday, Oct. 5 against the Raiders. In Pierce's absence Sunday, Adonai Mitchell figures to see an expanded Week 4 role alongside fellow WRs Michael Pittman and Josh Downs.
