  • Britain Covey WR | PHI

Eagles' Britain Covey: Upgraded to limited Thursday

Covey (neck) was listed as a limited practice participant Thursday.

Covey didn't participate in Wednesday's walkthrough due to a neck injury he suffered against the Ravens this past Sunday. His ability to practice Thursday is a sign that he is progressing in his recovery, though he would have to log a full practice Friday in order to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against Carolina.

  • Johnny Wilson WR | PHI

Eagles' Johnny Wilson: Logs limited practice Thursday

Wilson (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Wilson has been listed as a limited participant for the first two practices of the week due to a hamstring injury which caused him to be sidelined this past Sunday against the Ravens. Wilson would avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Panthers if he were able to log a full practice Friday. The rookie sixth-round wideout has caught one pass (on two targets) for five yards over his past three games.

  • DK Metcalf WR | PIT

Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Downgrades to DNP on Thursday

Metcalf (shoulder) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Metcalf tended to a knee injury during this past Sunday's win at the Jets, but it wasn't the reason his practice reps have been impacted during Week 14 prep. Instead, the shoulder issue that sidelined him for the first two sessions last week has left him limited this Wednesday and a DNP one day later. As such, Metcalf's listing on Friday's injury report will be of keen interest in advance of Sunday's game in Arizona.

  • Jaelon Darden WR | SEA

Seahawks' Jaelon Darden: Claimed by Seattle

The Seahawks claimed Darden off waivers Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Darden was waived by the Browns on Wednesday, and it didn't take long for the 2021 fourth-round pick to find a new home. Darden has mostly operated as a return man this season and has logged 234 punt-return yards and 97 kickoff-return yards across seven regular-season games.

  • Charlie Jones WR | CIN

Bengals' Charlie Jones: Limited to open week

Jones (groin) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Jones has been sidelined for the Bengals' last four games due to a groin injury. He'll likely have to log a full practice at least once over the next two days in order to be cleared to play against the Cowboys on Monday. Jones played in the first eight games of the regular season and logged one catch for five yards while adding 200 kick-return yards and one touchdown in that capacity.

  • Rams' Demarcus Robinson: Gets back to full Thursday

Robinson (hand) was a full practice participant Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Robinson suffered a hand injury in the fourth quarter of this past Sunday's win at New Orleans and didn't return. After he opened Week 14 prep with a limited practice Wednesday, he got back to full participation one day later, setting him up to continue to serve as the Rams' No. 3 WR behind Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. In 12 appearances this season, Robinson has gathered in 28 of 53 targets for 433 yards and a team-leading seven touchdowns.

  • Lions' Maurice Alexander: Elevated for Thursday's game

The Lions elevated Alexander from the practice squad to the active roster Thursday.

Alexander was waived by the Lions this past Saturday, but he opted to stick around in Detroit by signing to the practice squad Tuesday. He'll serve in a depth role at wide receiver, though if he does see the field against the Packers on Thursday, it'll likely be in a special-teams role.

  • Ladd McConkey WR | LAC

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Another limited practice

McConkey (knee/shoulder) remained limited at practice Thursday.

McConkey also was limited Wednesday, so he'll probably need to practice fully Friday in order to approach Sunday night's game against the Chiefs without an injury designation. Through 12 games to date, McConkey -- who has scored four TDs in that span -- paces the Chargers in catches (58), targets (81) and receiving yards (815), a level of production that will keep the 2024 second-rounder firmly on the Week 14 fantasy lineup radar, provided he's available.

  • Chris Olave WR | NO

Saints' Chris Olave: Will visit specialist next week

Saints interim head coach Darren Rizzi said Wednesday that Olave (concussion) will meet with a specialist next week before the team provides an update on his status, Jacob Camenker of USA Today reports.

Olave was placed on injured reserve Nov. 9, just under a week after he sustained his second concussion of the season and his fourth documented concussion in just over four calendar years. According to Rizzi, Olave is in "great spirits" and has been feeling well enough to attend Saints practices, but the coach wouldn't commit to the receiver returning to practice Week 15, when New Orleans is first able to open his 21-day evaluation window. The Saints will have a better idea regarding Olave's chances of playing in their final four games once he visits the specialist, but given the receiver's history of concussions as well as the 4-8 Saints' place in the standings, it wouldn't be surprising if he was shut down for the season.

  • Jamari Thrash WR | CLE

    Browns' Jamari Thrash: Limited Thursday

Thrash (shoulder) was limited in Thursday's practice.

Thrash injured his shoulder during the Browns' 41-32 loss to the Broncos on Monday night. He didn't participate in Wednesday's walkthrough but upgraded to limited participation a day later, boosting his chances of being available in Week 14. However, Michael Woods could be elevated off the practice squad for a second straight game in the event that Thrash is unable to play this weekend.
