Skowronek is active for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Skowronek was placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury prior to Week 3, and he'll be set for his first appearance since. He'll primarily play on special teams and is very unlikely to make any impact as a pass catcher.

Thornton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Thornton was also a healthy scratch in Week 9. In his absence versus Chicago, DeMario Douglas, Kayshon Boutte, Kendrick Bourne, Ja'Lynn Polk, Javon Baker and K.J. Osborn will handle the Patriots' wideout duties.

Davis (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Davis will return to the lineup after sitting out the Jaguars' Week 9 loss to the Eagles with the shoulder injury. He was a limited participant in practice throughout the week, but the Jaguars haven't indicated that he'll face any restrictions with his snap count Sunday. Davis should get all the playing time he can handle in a Jaguars receiving corps that will be without Christian Kirk (collarbone) for the rest of the season, but Davis' fantasy prospects could be hindered by Jacksonville breaking in a new quarterback in Mac Jones this weekend. He'll be filling in for Trevor Lawrence, who is seemingly being viewed as week-to-week with an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder.

Miller (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.

With Mike Williams making his Steelers debut Sunday and Ben Skowronek back from injured reserve, Miller will be a healthy scratch for the first time this year. Miller has failed to register a catch since Week 3 against the Chargers, during which he caught two passes for 31 yards.

Thomas (chest) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

The Jaguars listed Thomas as questionable for the second week in a row due to the chest contusion he suffered in a Week 8 loss to the Packers, but he'll once again suit up despite being a limited participant in practices Wednesday through Friday. In the Jaguars' Week 9 loss to the Eagles, Thomas' playing time wasn't affected -- he played 90 percent of the offensive snaps -- but he was contained to two catches for 22 yards on four targets. He should continue to see ample snaps as Jacksonville's No. 1 wideout in Week 10, though Thomas will be working with a new quarterback in Mac Jones, who is stepping in for the injured Trevor Lawrence (shoulder).

Hamler (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Colts.

Hamler was elevated from the practice squad Saturday, but he won't play Sunday despite the fact that both Keon Coleman (wrist) and Amari Cooper (wrist) will be sidelined. Buffalo also elevated Tyrell Shavers on Saturday and signed Jalen Virgil to the active roster Friday, and both wideouts will be active for Sunday's matchup. Hamler hasn't yet been active for a game this season and hasn't logged an NFL snap since 2022, when he was with Denver.

McMillan (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday against the 49ers, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

McMillan thus is back in action after he sat out last Monday's overtime loss in Kansas City due to a hamstring that he tweaked three days before then. He logged just one limited session during Week 10 prep, but it was enough to clear him for Sunday's game. The Buccaneers don't have Mike Evans (hamstring) or Chris Godwin (IR, ankle) available, so McMillan is among the wide receivers active along with Trey Palmer, Sterling Shepard, Ryan Miller, Rakim Jarrett and Marquez Callaway.

Williams is active for Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Williams was acquired by the Steelers on Tuesday prior to the trade deadline, so there was some question of whether he'd be ready to suit up for his new team. Per Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Williams may not see a full complement of snaps, so he may not make much of a statistical impact in his debut with Pittsburgh.

Samuel (rib/oblique) is active for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.

Samuel sustained oblique and rib strains in the 49ers' last game Sunday, Oct. 27 against the Cowboys, and following a Week 9 bye, he was able to string together three consecutive limited practices, receiving a questionable tag for Week 10 in the process. Overnight Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Samuel was expected to play Sunday, which has come to pass. Samuel will be welcoming back premier running back Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) for the first time this season, a scenario that may open up the entire offense for San Francisco. In seven appearances without McCaffrey this season, Samuel has averaged 6.7 touches for 67.4 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring two total TDs.

Cooper (wrist) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Since the Bills began their Week 9 prep, Cooper -- who was also inactive last weekend -- has logged six straight limited practices. With his second straight absence confirmed and Keon Coleman (wrist) having been previously ruled out, Khalil Shakir, Mack Hollins and Curtis Samuel are in line to lead Buffalo's Week 10 wideout corps, with Jalen Virgil and Tyrell Shavers also available to mix in. Cooper's next chance to see game action will arrive Nov. 17 against the Chiefs.
