Rams' Kyren Williams: Hurts ankle in Week 13

Williams exited Sunday's game at Carolina due to a right ankle injury, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

The Rams' medical staff examined Williams' right leg after his five-yard carry late in the first half before escorting him to the locker room. After halftime, the team deemed him questionable to return. Blake Corum is on hand to pace Los Angeles' backfield for as long as Williams is off the field.

  • Adam Thielen WR | PIT

Vikings' Adam Thielen: Healthy scratch Week 13

Thielen (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

The veteran wide receiver's role in the offense has noticeably dipped since the Vikings' Week 6 bye, and Thielen will be an observer for Sunday's road game in Seattle. His absence means Tai Felton and Myles Price will be the rotational wideouts for the Vikings behind Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor. Thielen's next opportunity to play is Week 14 against the Commanders on Sunday, Dec. 7, though he's unlikely to play in that game unless there is an injury to the Vikings' wide receiver corps.

  • Jack Conklin OT | CLE

Browns' Jack Conklin: Enters concussion protocol

Conklin (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the 49ers, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Conklin was evaluated by medical staff in the first half, and with the confirmation of a concussion, the veteran offensive lineman will not return to Sunday's game. KT Leveston will remain at right tackle the rest of the way.

  • Israel Abanikanda: Signs with Dallas

The Cowboys signed Abanikanda to the practice squad Sunday.

Abanikanda was cut from the Packers' practice squad Sept. 8 and was a free agent throughout the 2025 season before Sunday's signing. The signing likely is due to Phil Mafah (shoulder) and Miles Sanders (knee) being on injured reserve, and fifth-round rookie Jaydon Blue's (coach's decision) consistent role as a healthy scratch.

  • Walker Little OT | JAC

Jaguars' Walker Little: Being evaluated for concussion

Little is being evaluated for a possible concussion during Sunday's matchup with the Titans.

The left tackle has started all 12 games this year for the Jaguars. Cole Van Lanen should be the next tackle up in Jacksonville's rotation.

  • Kyren Williams RB | LAR

Rams' Kyren Williams: Departs Sunday's game

Williams went to the locker room Sunday at Carolina with an apparent leg injury, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Williams removed himself from the game with 2:34 remaining in the first half following a five-yard run, after which trainers were examining his right leg. The exact nature of the issue isn't known, but he had seven carries for 39 yards and didn't haul in either of his two targets before his exit. Blake Corum will take over the Rams backfield for as long as Williams is sidelined.

  • Jack Conklin OT | CLE

    Browns' Jack Conklin: Possible concussion

Conklin is being evaluated for a possible concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the 49ers, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.

While Conklin gets evaluated by medical staff, KT Leveston has entered the game at right tackle.

  • Jaguars' Parker Washington: Exits Sunday's game

Washington was forced out of Sunday's game against the Titans with a hip injury.

Prior to exiting the contest, Washington caught one of his three targets for 26 yards. While he's sidelined, Brian Thomas, Jakobi Meyers, Tim Patrick and Austin Trammell are available to handle the Jaguars' WR duties.

  • Alec Ingold FB | LAC

Dolphins' Alec Ingold: Questionable to return Sunday

Ingold is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Saints due to a stinger.

The fullback did not record a stat before exiting. Ingold has just two carries for nine yards and five catches for 36 yards on the year.

  • Feleipe Franks TE | CAR

Falcons' Feleipe Franks: Doubtful to return Sunday

Franks (calf) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Jets, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

The tight end did not record a catch before exiting. Franks has played primarily on special teams this season.
