  • Chiefs' Brashard Smith: Phased out of offense

Smith returned one kickoff for 33 yards during the Chiefs' 31-28 loss to the Cowboys on Thursday.

Smith played just five snaps and didn't see a touch on offense following Isiah Pacheco's return from a three-game absence due to a knee injury. Smith figures to see seldom use on offense in games for which Pacheco and Kareem Hunt are both active, though Smith should continue to see work on kickoffs as a returner.

  • Joe Tippmann C | NYJ

Jets' Joe Tippmann: Set to suit up Sunday

Tippmann (personal) does not carry a designation ahead of Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

Tippmann missed practice Thursday with a personal issue, but he was back on the field Friday. He hasn't missed a game this season, and he should make yet another start at right guard in Week 13.

  • DeVonta Smith WR | PHI

Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Limited to 48 yards

Smith recorded five receptions (on eight targets) for 48 yards in Friday's 24-15 loss to the Bears.

Smith has operated as the Eagles' top pass catcher for most of the season, but A.J. Brown significantly overshadowed him in Friday's loss. Smith's production came primarily on two catches of 30 and 12 yards, the former of which was Philadelphia's second-longest play from scrimmage. Smith has at least seven targets in five of his last six games, though he's been held under 50 receiving yards in two of his last three contests.

  • Buccaneers' Anthony Nelson: Questionable to play vs. Cards

Nelson (ribs) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

After missing practice Wednesday with the rib injury, Nelson managed a limited practice Thursday and upgraded to full participation Friday. He's trending in the right direction, but if there's a setback before Sunday's game, 2024 second-rounder Chris Braswell might benefit in terms of playing time on the edge in Week 13.

  • Buccaneers' Ben Bredeson: Gets tagged as questionable

Bredeson (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Bredeson was a full participant at practice Friday, so it appears he's on the 'probable' end of the questionable designation. If he misses a third straight contest in Week 13, though, veteran Dan Feeney would probably make another start at left guard.

  • Kelvin Beachum OT | ARI

Cardinals' Kelvin Beachum: Tagged as questionable Week 13

Beachum (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

Beachum ended Week 13 prep with a limited practice Friday after opening the week with back-to-back DNPs, which gives him a chance to play Sunday. If Beachum is not cleared to play, then Josh Fryar and Demontrey Jacobs would be the top candidates to start at right tackle.

  • Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Low-ankle sprain confirmed

An MRI revealed that St. Brown suffered a low-ankle sprain during Thursday's loss to the Packers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

After Thursday's game, coach Dan Campbell said St. Brown's absence likely will be contained to 1-to-2 games if he misses any time, per Colton Pouncy of The Athletic. Tom Pelissero of NFL Network then reported Friday morning that St. Brown was believed to have suffered a low-ankle sprain, which has been confirmed. With the Lions' next game Thursday, Dec. 4 against the Cowboys, they'll be required to post an injury report Monday, at which point St. Brown's initial listed activity level of Week 14 prep will become known.

  • Dan Moore Jr. OT | TEN

Titans' Dan Moore: Questionable for Sunday

Moore (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Jaguars.

Moore was forced out of action early in Week 12 versus the Seahawks after hurting his knee, and he was limited at practice throughout the week afterwards. It seems like he has close to coin-flip odds of playing in Week 13, but if he can't, Olisaemeka Udoh would project to start at left tackle instead.

  • Saquon Barkley RB | PHI

    Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Struggles continue

Barkley rushed the ball 13 times for 56 yards in Friday's 24-15 loss to the Bears. He did not record a catch on two targets.

Barkley was fairly efficient on the ground in a change from his recent form, as six of his 13 carries went for at least five yards. However, with the Eagles trailing for much of the game, Barkley saw limited volume, leading to a muted stat line. He also failed to record a reception in a game for the first time this season. Overall, this marked Barkley's ninth performance in 12 games this season with 60 rushing yards or fewer, and he hasn't found the end zone since Week 8.

  • Cardinals' Christian Jones: Staying on IR

Jones (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

Jones was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday and was a limited participant in practice during Week 13 rep. He is in the final stages of his recovery from a knee injury that he sustained during the preseason, but he has not progressed enough to be activated off IR. His next opportunity to make his 2025 regular-season debut is Week 14 against the Rams on Sunday, Dec. 7.
