Otito Ogbonnia DT | DAL
Chargers' Otito Ogbonnia: Staying on IR
Ogbonnia (elbow) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Ogbonnia was cleared to return to practice Wednesday and put together an LP-LP-FP practice log. However, he hasn't progressed enough in his recovery from an elbow injury to be activated off injured reserve. Ogbonnia's next opportunity to play is Week 14 against the Eagles on Monday, Dec. 8.

Pharaoh Brown TE | IND
Cardinals' Pharaoh Brown: Elevated for Week 13
The Cardinals elevated Brown from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Brown will join the Cardinals' active roster for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. He has reached his limit of practice squad elevations for the season, meaning he would have to be signed to the active roster in order to continue to play for Arizona. Brown contributed on both offense and special teams in Weeks 11 and 12 and has logged one tackle for the season.

Trayveon Williams RB | CLE
Chargers' Trayveon Williams: Elevated off practice squad
The Chargers elevated Williams from their practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Raiders.
Williams will be elevated for the third straight game and will provide additional depth at running back due to Omarion Hampton (ankle) being out. The 28-year-old Williams has carried the ball three times for a loss of one yard so far this season and will likely have a limited role again Sunday. This is the final time this season that the team can elevate Williams, and they will have to sign him to the active roster in order for him to appear in another game.

Jaret Patterson RB | LAC
Chargers' Jaret Patterson: Signed to active roster
The Chargers signed Patterson to the active roster from their practice squad Saturday.
Patterson will provide additional depth at running back during Sunday's matchup versus the Raiders, as Omarion Hampton (ankle) will be sidelined for at least one more game. Patterson had already been elevated from the practice squad the maximum three times, carrying the ball 21 times for 75 yards across those appearances.

Owen Wright RB | HOU
Owen Wright: Let go by Tampa Bay
The Buccaneers waived Wright on Saturday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
Wright is headed to waivers just two weeks after he was signed to the active roster from the practice squad. The 26-year-old carried the ball just three times for six yards across three games played and will now look to catch on with another team.

Connor Bazelak QB | TB
Buccaneers' Connor Bazelak: Signed to active roster
The Buccaneers signed Bazelak to the active roster from their practice squad Saturday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
Bazelak will provide extra depth at quarterback for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals, as Baker Mayfield is dealing with a shoulder injury. Bazelak was elevated just once this season for the Week 8 win over the Saints but didn't see any playing time.

Keleki Latu TE | BUF
Bills' Keleki Latu: Elevated from practice squad
The Bills elevated Latu from their practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus the Steelers.
Latu will be elevated for a third straight game and could see an expanded role if Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) is unable to play again. This is the final time this season the team can elevate Latu, and they will have to sign him to the active roster in order for him to appear in another game.

Hayden Rucci TE | SF
Hayden Rucci: Let go by Miami
The Dolphins waived Rucci on Saturday.
Rucci didn't record any catches across his four outings with the team and is now headed to waivers. In a corresponding move, Miami also activated Darren Waller (pectoral) off injured reserve. Rucci could return to the team's practice squad should he clear waivers.

Darren Waller TE | CAR
Dolphins' Darren Waller: Activated from IR
The Dolphins activated Waller (pectoral) from injured reserve Saturday.
Waller is still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, but his activation from IR indicates that he'll be cleared to return from a four-game absence due to a pectoral injury. Waller's return will shrink the offensive roles of fellow tight ends Greg Dulcich and Julian Hill. Waller caught 10 passes (on 12 targets) for 117 yards and four touchdowns in the four games prior to his injury.
