The Dolphins released Reagor during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver became a free agent and chose to sign with the team's practice squad once again. The receiving corps, consisting of Malik Washington, Jalen Tolbert, Caleb Douglas, Chris Bell, Kevin Coleman and Ryan Miller is green and spots are kind of wide open, and Reagor could prove himself worthy of a 53-man roster spot at any point throughout the 2026 season.

Waters was waived by the Rams on Sunday after not making the 53-man roster, but he'll stick around as a member of the team's practice squad. Across three preseason games, Waters turned 30 carries into 140 yards (4.8 YPC) while adding one catch (on two targets) for four yards.

Villari signed with the Rams' practice squad Monday, Zach Edwards of the team's official site reports.

Villari was waived by the Rams on Saturday after failing to crack the 53-man roster but he'll stay with the organization as a member of the practice squad. The Rams currently carry five tight ends on the active roster, and Villari could be elevated from the practice squad for Week 1 against the 49ers if either or both of Terrance Ferguson (general soreness) and Davis Allen (quadriceps) were ruled out for the regular-season opener.

Miller is believed to have sustained only a minor injury at Tuesday's practice, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

It's still not clear what type of injury Miller is dealing with, but it appears he avoided any sort of serious setback. It remains to be seen exactly how the Saints backfield behind starter Travis Etienne will look in Week 1, but Miller has a chance to factor into the mix if he's healthy.

The Rams signed Presley to the practice squad Monday, Zach Edwards of the team's official site reports.

Presley was waived by the Rams on Sunday despite a productive preseason, finishing with 14 catches (on 17 targets) for 125 yards and a touchdown while returning two kickoffs for 59 yards and one punt for 11 yards. He's back with the Rams on the practice squad and could be elevated to the active roster if the team needs a pass catcher and special-teams contributor on game day.

The Chargers signed Herbert to the practice squad Tuesday.

The Jaguars waived Herbert during Sunday's cutdown day. The brother of Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert cleared waivers and will now join his sibling in LA. The tight end could be elevated for a shot to create an offensive connection forged in blood if Charlie Kolar, David Njoku or Oronde Gadsden misses time due to injury.

The Rams signed Connors to the practice squad Monday, Zach Edwards of the team's official site reports.

Connors put together a strong preseason, turning 26 carries into 96 yards while adding seven catches on eight targets for 53 yards across three games. He also contributed on special teams with a 25-yard kickoff return and a tackle. It wasn't quite enough for Connors to crack the 53-man roster, but after being waived Sunday, the University of Houston product will stay with the Rams as a member of the team's practice squad. He would be candidate to be elevated to the active roster if one of Kyren Williams, Blake Corum or Ronnie Rivers were to miss time.

The Chargers signed Svoboda to the practice squad Monday.

Svoboda cleared waivers after being cut by the Chargers during Sunday's cutdown day. The undrafted free agent out of Wyoming performed well enough throughout training camp that the team extended him an invitation to the practice squad. The tight end played in all three preseason games, catching both of his targets for nine yards.
