The Titans waived Hampton (undisclosed) with an injury designation Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Hampton is headed to waivers despite having just signed with the team earlier this month. The 26-year-old will likely revert to Tennessee's injured reserve should he clear waivers.

The Titans waived Kane (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kane reverted to IR after clearing waivers in late July. The safety is now a free agent and can sign with any team as soon as he is healthy. Kane appeared in seven games for the Ravens and two games for the Titans during the 2025 season, logging eight tackles (three solo) over 248 total snaps.

The Dolphins waived Robinson (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement, per the NFL's transaction log.

Robinson was placed on injured reserve in mid-August. The cornerback has already cleared waivers and is now a free agent able to sign with any team once he's healthy. Robinson played two games with the Vikings in 2025, totaling nine special teams snaps between the two contests.

Stout (hip) did not participate at the 49ers' training camp practice Tuesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Per Wagoner, coach Kyle Shanahan said Tuesday that he expects Stout to be back at practice next week before the team goes to Australia for its regular-season debut against the Rams. For now, free-agent acquisition Jack Jones and Darrell Luter are candidates to take any reps in the secondary left on the table.

Gilliam (triceps) reverted to Dallas' injured reserve Tuesday, Tommy Yarrish of the team's official site reports.

Gilliam is set to remain with the Cowboys after clearing waivers, albeit on injured reserve. The 23-year-old will now be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming campaign unless he's waived with an injury settlement.

The Commanders signed Humphries to a one-year deal Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of ESPN and NFL Network reports.

Humphries is headed to Washington after spending the 2025 campaign with the Rams. The 32-year-old could provide additional depth at left tackle with Laremy Tunsil out indefinitely with a triceps injury.

The Seahawks placed Richman (leg) on injured reserve Tuesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Richman suffered a serious right leg injury during Sunday's preseason loss to the Titans. The offensive lineman will now miss the entirety of the 2026 regular season unless he is waived with an injury settlement. The second-year player maintained his depth role on the offensive line throughout his rookie season and will have to fight for the same status in 2027.

Detroit placed Clark (undisclosed) on its injured reserve list Tuesday.

It's not immediately clear what kind of injury Clark suffered, but the timing of the transaction means he's now in line to spend the entire 2026 season on IR unless he works out an injury settlement with the Lions. His departure could open up more opportunities for fellow free-agent acquisition Amen Ogbongbemiga.

The Bills have named Anderson as their starting left guard, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN reports.

Anderson beat out Austin Corbett for the starting role after being more impressive throughout training camp. Anderson has appeared in 34 games and made six starts across the last two seasons with Buffalo.
