  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Saints' Noah Fant: Questionable for MNF

Fant (abdomen) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Falcons, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Fant's practice participation was limited all week due to an abdominal injury that he likely picked up in Week 3 against the Raiders. With the questionable tag, the veteran tight end's status for Monday may not be known until the Saints announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. Oscar Delp and Treyton Welch would see more rotational snaps at tight end behind Juwan Johnson if Fant is not cleared to play against Atlanta.

  • Joe Andreessen LB | BUF

Bills' Joe Andreessen: Inks two-year extension with Buffalo

Andreessen and the Bills agreed to terms Saturday on a two-year contract extension, Tom Pelissero of Netflix reports.

The extension includes $3 million guaranteed and worth up to $5 million. Andreessen was set to be a restricted free agent this offseason, but the new deal has the third-year pro under contract through 2028. He's accumulated five tackles (one solo) through three regular-season games while contributing solely on special teams.

  • Kendal Daniels LB | ATL

Falcons' Kendal Daniels: Good to go against New Orleans

Daniels (Achilles) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Monday's game against the Saints, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Daniels popped up on Friday's injury report as a limited practice participant due to an Achilles issue, but he shed an injury designation for Week 4 after logging a full practice Saturday. The rookie fourth-rounder has 10 tackles (six solo) through the first three games of the regular season.

  • Divine Deablo LB | ATL

Falcons' Divine Deablo: Questionable for MNF

Deablo (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Saints, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

A hamstring injury limited Deablo's practice participation all week, so the sixth-year pro will have the questionable tag heading into Monday's NFC South showdown. Rookie sixth-rounder Harold Perkins would likely start next to Kendal Daniels at inside linebacker if Deablo is not cleared to play against New Orleans.

  • Craig Reynolds RB | WAS

Commanders' Craig Reynolds: Elevated for Week 4

The Commanders elevated Reynolds from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

It will be Reynolds' first elevation to the active roster this season, and he'll provide the Commanders with backfield depth for Sunday's game in London in the absence of Rachaad White (shoulder). Reynolds spent the last five years with the Lions before joining the Commanders in mid-August, though he was unable to crack the 53-man roster at the end of training camp.

  • Darius Slayton WR | IND

Colts' Darius Slayton: Elevated role in potential team debut

Slayton did not play in Week 3 against the Texans, but the veteran wide receiver could be tasked with a hefty role against the Commanders on Sunday in London after Keenan Allen (groin) was ruled out.

Slayton was signed by the Colts on Sept. 21 after being released by the Giants prior to Week 1. He wasn't quite ready to make his Colts debut in Week 3, but with Allen out Sunday and Alec Pierce (heel) on injured reserve, Indianapolis' pass-catching options are thin beyond WR1 Josh Downs and tight end Tyler Warren. Given those injuries, Slayton could have a larger role by necessity against Washington, with Laquon Treadwell, Ashton Dulin and Deion Burks also in the mix for more offensive snaps due to the absences of both Allen and Pierce.

  • Colts' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Elevated for Week 4 in London

The Colts elevated Westbrook-Ikhine from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Keenan Allen (groin) was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders in London, so Westbrook-Ikhine's promotion gives the Colts extra depth at wide receiver. Westbrook-Ikhine was elevated to the Colts' active roster for Week 3 against the Texans, when he played 16 snaps (one on offense, 15 on special teams) without showing up in the box score otherwise.

  • Dolphins' Carlos Washington: Inked to Miami's 53-man roster

The Dolphins signed Washington from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

The move bolsters the Dolphins' backfield depth in the absence of De'Von Achane, who is out for the rest of the 2026 season due to a torn ACL in his left knee. Washington stuck around in Miami on the practice squad after failing to make the 53-man roster out of training camp. Now that he's on the active roster, Washington will operate as the Dolphins' RB3 behind Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright moving forward.

  • Commanders' Antonio Williams: Chance to be WR2 in London

Williams and Stefon Diggs are both in line for larger roles against the Colts on Sunday in London, with Ben Standig of The Team 980 Washington D.C. reporting that Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is now expected to be ruled out.

McLaurin was tagged as questionable for Sunday's game after appearing to injure his hamstring during Friday's practice. He has yet to be ruled out for Week 4, but in the event that he cannot play, both Williams and Diggs would be Marcus Mariota's top targets in the passing game, with Dyami Brown, Treylon Burks and tight end Chig Okonkwo also in the mix. Williams has a 9-103-1 receiving line on 11 targets through the first three games of his NFL career.

  • Stefon Diggs WR | WAS

Commanders' Stefon Diggs: Could have bigger role in London

Ben Standig of The Team 980 Washington D.C. reports that Terry McLaurin (hamstring) is expected to miss Sunday's game against the Colts in London, which would leave Diggs as the top wide receiver for the Commanders.

McLaurin drew the questionable tag for Week 4 after sustaining a hamstring injury during Friday's practice. His status for Sunday's International game has yet to be confirmed, but in the event that McLaurin is indeed ruled out, Diggs and rookie Antonio Williams would be in line for larger roles against Indianapolis. Diggs has caught four passes or more in each of the first three games of the regular season and has a 13-135-3 receiving line on 22 targets.
