Gray reverted to the Buccaneers' practice squad Friday.

Gray was elevated and active for the second time this season for Thursday's loss to the Falcons. He played exclusively on special teams and managed one tackle.

Rourke (knee) is out for Sunday's game versus the Titans, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Rourke will have to wait at least one more week to suit up for his first NFL game as he continues to recover from the torn ACL he suffered in his final year at Indiana. Mac Jones should continue to serve as San Francisco's top option at backup quarterback behind starter Brock Purdy.

Campbell hurt his ankle and knee in Miami's win over the Jets in Week 14. After being sidelined Thursday, he managed to log a limited session Friday, and he is trending positively toward being available Monday against the Steelers.

Martin (concussion) is out for Sunday's game versus Tennessee, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Martin sustained a concussion in Week 13 at Cleveland prior to San Francisco's Week 14 bye, and now he'll be sidelined for Week 15 as he continues to recover. His absence could mean more reps at linebacker for veteran Luke Gifford.

Gross-Matos (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game versus Tennessee, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Gross-Matos was just designated for return to practice from San Francisco's injured reserve list Thursday, but he'll have to spend at least one more game on the sideline as he nurses his hamstring injury. With Sam Okuayinonu (ankle) also out, Bryce Huff and 2023 second-rounder Keion White project as the 49ers' starters on the edge in Week 15.

Miller (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Miller was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday and managed three limited practices. That won't be enough for him to suit up in Week 15, but an activation in Week 16 appears possible.

McGlinchey (shoulder) did not practice Friday.

McGlinchey hadn't been on the injury report Wednesday or Thursday, but he popped up with a shoulder issue to close the week. The severity of the issue is unclear, but his absence would be significant against a strong Packers pass rush.

Zeitler (biceps) is questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Zeitler began the week sidelined due to rest, but he was then limited on Thursday and did not practice on Friday due to a groin injury. He still has a chance to suit up in Week 15, though he didn't trend positively throughout the week.

Tom (back) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Broncos, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Tom was a limited participant at practice all week due to a lingering back issue, but he'll continue to play through it in Week 15. He should start at right tackle Sunday against a Denver defense that arguably fields the most dangerous pass rush in the league.

Oliver (hamstring) is officially listed as out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Oliver will continue to sit out as he works to recover from the hamstring injury he's been nursing since training camp. His continued absence might mean more opportunities for fellow rookie Barryn Sorrell.
