Nedeljkovic turned aside 24 shots in Saturday's 6-1 loss to Utah. Three of the goals against Nedeljkovic came on the power play, and he wasn't getting much help from his defense at even strength, either. The 28-year-old netminder has only one win in his last six appearances, posting a 1-2-2 record over that stretch with a rough 3.99 GAA and .855 save percentage.

Nedeljkovic turned aside 26 shots in regulation and overtime and three of five shootout attempts in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Sharks. The Penguins held a 3-0 lead early in the second period, but as has been the case too often this season, the defense couldn't stop the opposition from mounting a comeback, and Nedeljkovic needed to come up big just to get the game to OT. It's his first win since Nov. 2, and on the season he's gone 3-3-3 over 10 appearances with a 3.17 GAA and .886 save percentage. Nedeljkovic will likely remain in a timeshare with Tristan Jarry unless one of them heats up and pushes their way into the No. 1 job.

Nedeljkovic will protect the home net against San Jose on Saturday, per Michelle Crechiolo of the Penguins' official site. Nedeljkovic will get the second half of Pittsburgh's back-to-back after Tristan Jarry played in Friday's 6-2 loss to Columbus. The 28-year-old Nedeljkovic has a 2-3-3 record with a 3.21 GAA and an .884 save percentage through nine appearances this season. San Jose ranks 31st in the league with 2.33 goals per game in 2024-25.

Nedeljkovic stopped 28 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Red Wings. Both Detroit goals came less than five minutes apart early in the second period, but the 28-year-old netminder kept his focus and earned the Penguins a point before finally giving up the winner in OT to Simon Edvinsson. Nedeljkovic hasn't recorded a win in four straight appearances, and on the season, he sports a 2-3-3 record in nine outings with a 3.22 GAA and .884 save percentage. Even with Tristan Jarry back in the NHL, Nedeljkovic still seems to have a tenuous hold on the No. 1 job in net for Pittsburgh.
