Curtis Lazar C | EDM
Oilers' Curtis Lazar: Expected to miss four weeks
Lazar (undisclosed) is slated to miss at least four weeks, according to head coach Kris Knoblach, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports Wednesday.
Based on his timeline, Lazar should not be expected back until early April, though it could certainly be longer. Prior to getting hurt, the 31-year-old center was mired in an 11-game pointless streak during which he recorded 20 hits, seven shots and eight PIM. With Lazar out, the Oilers could shift him to long-term injured reserve to free up some cap space.

Mavrik Bourque C | DAL
Stars' Mavrik Bourque: Pots goal Tuesday
Bourque scored a goal on five shots and added four PIM in Tuesday's 6-1 win over the Flames.
Bourque has earned a goal and two assists over four games since the Olympic break. He is filling in on the top line for Mikko Rantanen (lower body). Bourque is up to 12 goals, 25 points, 110 shots on net, 48 hits and a minus-1 rating over 61 appearances, matching his point total from 73 regular-season outings a year ago.

Matt Duchene C | DAL
Stars' Matt Duchene: Four helpers in win
Duchene notched four assists and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 6-1 win over the Flames.
Duchene's line with Sam Steel and Jamie Benn was the engine in this win. With eight goals and nine assists over his last 10 outings, Duchene looks to be fully back after an injury earlier in the season led to poor results following his return in December. The veteran center is up to 28 points, 56 shots on net and a plus-2 rating through 36 appearances and should be back in consideration in nearly all fantasy formats.

Blake Coleman C | CGY
Flames' Blake Coleman: First point since return
Coleman notched an assist, two hits and two PIM in Tuesday's 6-1 loss to the Stars.
Coleman, a top trade target, picked up his first point since returning from an upper-body injury that cost him 12 games prior to the Olympic break. The 34-year-old has another year on his contract after this one, so he doesn't have to be moved just yet, and the fact that he played Tuesday suggests a deal isn't imminent. He's at 22 points, 113 shots on net, 117 hits, 33 PIM and 31 blocked shots over 48 appearances in a middle-six role this season.

Connor Bedard C | CHI
Blackhawks' Connor Bedard: Earns pair of helpers
Bedard logged two assists, three shots on goal and two PIM in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Jets.
Bedard has five goals and four assists over his last nine outings, with this being his second multi-point effort in that span. The 20-year-old center is up to 57 points (18 on the power play), 158 shots on net, 36 PIM and a minus-4 rating through 48 appearances. Bedard has had a strong year and is just 10 points shy of matching his total from 2024-25. He should be able to eclipse the 70-point mark this year.

Cole Perfetti C | WPG
Jets' Cole Perfetti: Nets equalizer Tuesday
Perfetti scored a goal on three shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Blackhawks.
Perfetti tied the game with just 39 seconds left in regulation, setting the stage for Mark Scheifele to be the hero in overtime. With four goals and three assists over his last seven outings, Perfetti has gotten his season back on track. He's now at 22 points, 96 shots on net, 35 hits and a minus-4 rating over 46 appearances, but his recent production suggests he is back to performing like a top-six forward again.

Charlie Coyle C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Charlie Coyle: Buries game-winner Tuesday
Coyle scored a goal on six shots, added two hits, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Predators.
Coyle was right in the mix at the net front on multiple scoring plays. In the end, he came away with just one goal, but it was the game-winner at 6:07 of the third period, snapping his six-game goal drought. During that span, he still had six assists, and he's earned six goals and 10 helpers across his last 10 outings. Coyle is up to 16 goals, 46 points, 108 shots on net, 81 hits, 40 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 60 appearances, offering plenty of all-around upside even in a third-line role.

Adam Fantilli C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Adam Fantilli: Extends goal streak Tuesday
Fantilli scored a goal in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Predators.
Fantilli has scored in four straight contests while earning four goals and three assists during a five-game streak. The 21-year-old center continues to show growth in his third NHL campaign. He's up to 17 goals, 42 points, 157 shots on net, 99 hits, 40 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating over 60 appearances. He's on pace to top the 54-point campaign he had in all 82 games a year ago, and his recent play suggests he is poised to finish strong.

Adam Edstrom C | NYR
Rangers' Adam Edstrom: Closing in on return
Edstrom (lower body) took part in rushes as a member of the fourth line during Wednesday's practice, per Peter Baugh of The Athletic.
Edstrom might be ready to return for Thursday's game against Toronto. However, he would need to be activated off LTIR before rejoining the lineup. Edstrom has two goals, four points, two PIM and 48 hits in 24 appearances in 2025-26. He hasn't played since Nov. 29 because of the injury.

Raphael Lavoie C | LV
Golden Knights' Raphael Lavoie: Sent down Wednesday
Lavoie was sent to AHL Henderson on Wednesday, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Lavoie recorded a hit in 8:34 of ice time in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to Buffalo after being recalled from the minors. He'll head back to the minors a day later after the Golden Knights acquired Cole Smith from Nashville on Tuesday.
