  • Sharks' Ty Dellandrea: Set to play Wednesday

Dellandrea (lower body) will play in Wednesday's game against Seattle, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.

Dellandrea skipped Tuesday's practice due to the injury, but he was back on the ice for Wednesday's morning skate. He has appeared in each of the Sharks' first 13 games of the season, recording five assists, 29 hits, nine blocked shots and two PIM while averaging 13:06 of ice time.

  • Predators' Steven Stamkos: Nets dramatic equalizer

Stamkos scored a goal in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Wild.

Stamkos evened things up for the Preds in the final second of the third period, but the Wild still won the game in overtime thanks to a goal by Marcus Johansson. Stamkos is enduring a slow start to the season, and while he remains a player worth rostering based on his scoring ability, the results just haven't been there for him. He has two goals and three points through 15 appearances in the 2025-26 campaign.

  • Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Plays hero role Tuesday

Johnston recorded three assists, include one on the power play, in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout win over the Oilers.

Johnston assisted in each of Dallas' goals in regulation and scored the winning goal in the shootout. He has cracked the scoresheet in all but three of his appearances so far in 2025-26, tallying 14 points (seven goals, seven assists) in 13 contests. Johnston has also posted four PIM, 43 shots on goal, five hits, 13 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating this season.

  • Maple Leafs' Steven Lorentz: Expected to return Wednesday

Lorentz (upper body) is slated to play against Utah on Wednesday.

Lorentz has four assists, eight shots, 18 hits and five blocks in eight appearances this season. The 29-year-old is projected to serve on the fourth line alongside Scott Laughton and Max Domi in his return.

  • Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Scores in loss to Dallas

Draisaitl scored a power-play goal and had two shots on net in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Stars.

Draisaitl found the back of the net at the 7:07 mark of the first period with a power-play tally, giving the Oilers a 2-0 lead. The star playmaker has been one of the most reliable scoring forces in the league and is having another excellent season. He has five goals over his last six games to give him 10 on the campaign. He's up to eight points, including four on the power play, over that six-game span.

  • Oilers' Connor McDavid: Two points vs. Dallas

McDavid recorded an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Stars.

McDavid continues to play at a high level, recording multi-point efforts in four of his last five contests. Over that stretch, the star playmaker has racked up three goals, six assists, 17 shots on goal and a plus-1 rating.

  • Cody Glass C | NJ

Devils' Cody Glass: Not expected to return Thursday

Glass (upper body) isn't expected to suit up in Thursday's game against Montreal, Kristy Flannery of The Hockey News reports.

Glass has spent the past week on injured reserve and is eligible to return Thursday, but he'll require at least one more game on the shelf. Head coach Sheldon Keefe indicated Wednesday that Glass would be evaluated further during Friday's practice session, but also said that he is "not too far away" from returning, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.

  • Seth Jarvis C | CAR

    Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Deposits empty-netter

Jarvis scored an empty-net goal on four shots in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Rangers.

Jarvis ended a four-game slump with his empty-netter. His recent struggles may have contributed to head coach Rod Brind'Amour's decision to shuffle up his line combinations, which saw Jarvis join Jordan Staal and Jordan Martinook. The 23-year-old Jarvis plays a strong two-way game and can fit just about anywhere in the lineup. He's at eight goals, four helpers, 44 shots on net and a plus-2 rating across 12 appearances this season.

  • Mammoth's Nick Schmaltz: Pots goal Tuesday

Schmaltz scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Sabres.

Schmaltz scored at 3:58 of the third period to open the scoring. The 29-year-old rattled off an eight-game, 15-point streak at the end of October before a scoreless outing against the Lightning to begin November. Schmaltz has been a key part of the Mammoth's offense so far and is up to eight goals, 18 points, 42 shots on net and a plus-5 rating over 13 appearances in a top-line role.

  • Maple Leafs' Scott Laughton: Making season debut

Laughton (lower body) will be in action versus the Mammoth on Wednesday, Luke Fox of Sportsnet reports.

Laughton has missed all 13 games to open the season while on injured reserve for his lower-body injury. With the veteran forward back in action, Calle Jarnkrok figures to serve as a healthy scratch, while Sammy Blais, Dakota Mermis or Easton Cowan could be sent to the minors to open a roster spot. For his part, Laughton is set to start in a fourth-line role, but could move to a middle-six spot once he gets his legs under him.
