  • Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Records two points Monday

Werenski recorded an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Monday's 4-3 shootout win over the Canadiens.

Werenski broke the deadlock for the Blue Jackets with a wrister at 6:58 of the first period, and he later participated in Dmitri Voronkov's power-play goal at 13:32 of the second frame. This was the fourth time Werenski posted a multi-point performance in his last 11 appearances, a stretch in which he's racked up 11 total points (four goals, seven helpers). He's also on a run of five points over his last five games.

  • Lane Hutson D | MON

Canadiens' Lane Hutson: Fills box score Monday

Hutson recorded a goal, an assist, a plus-2 rating, five shots, two hits and a blocked shot in Monday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets.

Hutson ended up being the Canadiens' most reliable offensive weapon and participated directly in two of the team's three goals. Despite his role as a blueliner, Hutson tends to get involved regularly on offense, which goes to explain why he also holds a role in the first power-play unit. Hutson has eight points (one goal, seven assists) in his last 10 games, a span where he's also notched a minus-4 rating, 16 shots on goal, six hits and 15 blocked shots.

  • Stars' Ilya Lyubushkin: Won't play Tuesday

Lyubushkin (undisclosed) won't play against the Islanders on Tuesday, per Brien Rea of Victory+.

Lyubushkin will miss at least one game, but it's unclear when he will be available to return to the lineup. He has supplied four assists, nine shots on goal, 33 blocked shots and 22 hits over 17 appearances this season. Vladislav Kolyachonok will replace Lyubushkin in Tuesday's lineup.

  • Devils' Brenden Dillon: Game-time decision Tuesday

Dillon (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision Tuesday in Tampa Bay, Sam Kasan of the Devils' official site reports.

It's unclear when Dillon was injured, as he saw his usual allotment of ice time Saturday against the Capitals. The veteran defenseman will be on the ice for warmups Tuesday, and then a decision on his status will be made from there. Dougie Hamilton (lower body) will also be a game-time call against the Lightning, so the Devils have a lot up in the air on their blue line at the moment.

  • Devils' Dougie Hamilton: Game-time call Tuesday

Hamilton (lower body) will be a game-time decision versus the Lightning on Tuesday, Sam Kasan of the Devils' official site reports.

Hamilton was on the shelf for the Devils' last four contests due to his lower-body issue. In his last seven outings, the 32-year-old blueliner notched three goals and three assists, including four power-play points. If the Toronto native does suit up Tuesday, it figures to be in the top pairing and No. 1 power-play unit, which will likely mean a demotion to the press box for Colton White.

  • Bruins' Charlie McAvoy: Won't travel on road trip out west

McAvoy (upper body) will not travel with the Bruins on their road trip out west, according to Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe on Tuesday.

Boston's next four games are on the road, with stops in Anaheim, Los Angeles, San Jose and Long Island. Ryan relayed that an official update on McAvoy's status could come later Tuesday or Wednesday, but the right-shot blueliner will likely miss a considerable amount of time due to the nature of his injury. He was hit in the face by a slap shot Saturday and could have surgery as a result.

  • Maple Leafs' Chris Tanev: Out at least one more week

Tanev (upper body) will be sidelined for at least another week after general manager Brad Trevling told reporters Tuesday, "Probably will know more in the next week or so," Mark Masters of TSN reports.

Tanev has started to get in some work with the team, but it appears he is still a little way off from returning. When healthy, the blueliner has offered minimal offensive upside, generating two helpers in eight outings. As such, few fantasy players will be anxiously awaiting his return to action.

  • Canadiens' Marc Del Gaizo: Headed to AHL

Del Gaizo was loaned to AHL Laval on Tuesday.

Del Gaizo was recalled from the minors Monday, so his stint with the big club didn't last long. The 2019 fourth-round pick has yet to appear in a game with the Canadiens this season. It's possible he's promoted again soon due to the team now having only six healthy blueliners on the roster, unless Montreal is interested in recalling someone else to fill a depth role.

  • Penguins' Jack St. Ivany: Wearing non-contact jersey

St. Ivany (lower body) took the ice Tuesday in a non-contact sweater, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.

St. Ivany was injured during the preseason and was given a six-week recovery timeline. At this point, once the 26-year-old blueliner is cleared to play, he will likely be reassigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in order to get his legs back under him. Barring some significant changes to the Pens' blue line via injury or trade, St. Ivany will be hard-pressed to break into the Penguins' lineup.

  • Adam Ginning D | PHI

Flyers' Adam Ginning: Sent down for conditioning stint

Ginning was reassigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on a conditioning assignment Tuesday.

Ginning has played in just one of the Flyers' last 14 contests as he watches Emil Andrae getting the bulk of the workload on the blue line. At some point, the team may have to consider permanently moving Ginning to the minors, though he would need to pass through waivers first, which is likely why the team doesn't want to have to go that route yet.
