Zach Bogosian D | MIN
Wild's Zach Bogosian: Injured in Friday's game
Bogosian (undisclosed) sustained an injury versus the Capitals on Friday, and there was no update on his status after the game, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
Bogosian was not on the ice in the third period, but the details of his injury weren't made available. It's questionable if he will suit up Saturday versus the Flyers. Daemon Hunt is the Wild's extra defenseman currently, though the team could also opt to recall David Jiricek if Bogosian ends up being out for a longer period of time.

Sean Durzi D | UTA
Mammoth's Sean Durzi: Lands on injured reserve
Durzi (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Monday, per CapWages.
Durzi could be transferred to long-term injured reserve later, as he is expected to miss four weeks. The defenseman was injured Saturday versus the Predators. The Mammoth have gone back to the more conventional six-defensemen lineup since Durzi's injury.

Ian Moore D | ANA
Ducks' Ian Moore: Back with big club
Moore was called up from AHL San Diego on Friday.
The Ducks are set to begin a road trip in Chicago on Sunday, the first of five straight games away from the Honda Center. Moore's recall is likely to make sure the team has an extra defenseman on hand -- the Ducks had been rolling with just six blueliners early in the season.

Shakir Mukhamadullin D | SJ
Sharks' Shakir Mukhamadullin: Likely out through weekend
Mukhamadullin sustained an injury during practice and is expected to miss games Friday versus the Mammoth and Saturday against the Penguins, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.
Mukhamadullin was poised to return to the lineup after two healthy scratches, but the injury has changed that plan. The 23-year-old's status is unclear for the Sharks' upcoming road trip, which begins Tuesday versus the Islanders. As long as Mukhamadullin is out, Sam Dickinson is poised to see bottom-four minutes and could be an option for power-play time as well.

John Klingberg D | SJ
Sharks' John Klingberg: Sitting out Friday
Klingberg (lower body) won't be in the lineup Friday versus the Mammoth, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.
Klingberg and Shakir Mukhamadullin will both miss the contest, allowing Sam Dickinson to stay in the lineup and Vincent Iorio to make his team debut. Klingberg skated Thursday, but it reportedly didn't go well, so that suggests he won't be able to play against the Penguins on Saturday either. His status for a road trip out east, which starts Tuesday versus the Islanders, has yet to be determined.

Maxwell Crozier D | TB
Lightning's Max Crozier: Put on injured reserve
Crozier (undisclosed) was put on injured reserve Friday, per Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com.
The move is retroactive to Tuesday, so Crozier will miss games Friday in Detroit and Saturday in Columbus, but those are the only two he's ineligible to play in. Tampa Bay has also recalled Steve Santini and Scott Sabourin (suspension) on Friday. Darren Raddysh is likely to draw into the lineup due to Crozier's absence, but there is a chance that Santini will feature on the third pairing instead of Raddysh.

Brandon Montour D | SEA
Kraken's Brandon Montour: Two helpers in shootout loss
Montour logged two assists, three hits and two blocked shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Senators.
Montour has quietly picked up four helpers over four games to start the season. He missed the preseason after a surgery to remove a bursa from his ankle, but he has resumed a top-four role with no limitations early on. In addition to his steady offense, he's added 11 shots on net, nine blocks, eight hits, five PIM and a plus-3 rating.
-
Thomas Chabot D | OTT
Senators' Thomas Chabot: Slides helper in shootout win
Chabot notched a power-play assist, five blocked shots and two PIM in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Kraken.
Chabot got on the scoresheet for the first time in five games with his helper on a David Perron goal in the first period. The 28-year-old Chabot plays key minutes in the top four while seeing ice time in all situations, including on the second power-play unit. He has a helper, seven shots on net, 12 blocks, eight PIM and a minus-5 rating so far, but his offense should trend upward over time.

Ty Emberson D | EDM
Oilers' Ty Emberson: Snags helper in loss
Emberson posted an assist in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Islanders.
Emberson picked up his first point in four games when he set up Ryan Nugent-Hopkins' second-period tally. The 25-year-old Emberson is in a bottom-four role to begin 2025-26, and barring injuries, that's likely where he'll stay throughout the year. He's added four shots on net, seven blocked shots and a plus-2 rating while averaging 15:09 of ice time, which is in line with last year.

Ryan Pulock D | NYI
Islanders' Ryan Pulock: Gets on scoresheet with helper
Pulock logged a shorthanded assist and went plus-3 in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Oilers.
Pulock will have no obvious path to power-play time this year, as Matthew Schaefer and Tony DeAngelo are handling those minutes. That will leave Pulock to handle shorthanded duties and shutdown minutes at even strength, which is well within his skill set. Through four games, he's earned an assist, two shots on net, three hits, five blocked shots and a plus-2 rating.
