Ian Mitchell D | DET
Bruins' Ian Mitchell: Recalled Wednesday
Mitchell was summoned by Boston on Wednesday, according to Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe.
Mitchell has four goals and 27 points over 46 appearances with AHL Providence in 2024-25. His recall gives the Bruins seven healthy defensemen on the roster. Charlie McAvoy (shoulder) and Hampus Lindholm (kneecap) are on IR and LTIR, respectively, so Mitchell will provide extra depth while they're sidelined.

Jordan Oesterle D | NSH
Bruins' Jordan Oesterle: Finally finds back of net
Oesterle scored his first goal of the season in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Predators.
The veteran blueliner finally got some puck luck, as his shot from the faceoff circle early in the second period deflected off a Nashville defender and snuck past Juuse Saros. Oesterle's last goal came with the Red Wings on Dec. 29, 2022, and he'd gone 71 NHL appearances since without lighting the lamp. He's had trouble establishing a regular spot with Boston even with Charlie McAvoy (shoulder) and Hampus Lindholm (knee) on IR, but Tuesday's goal might provide Oesterle with a boost in confidence.

Darren Raddysh D | TB
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Produces two helpers in win
Raddysh notched two assists, three shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Raddysh helped out on goals by Mitchell Chaffee and Victor Hedman. With three assists over his last two games, Raddysh is making up for the six-game point drought that preceded this burst of offense. The blueliner now has 26 points, 85 shots on net, 49 blocked shots, 32 hits and a plus-8 rating over 53 appearances. He'll have a tough time matching his 33-point output from the 2023-24 regular season, but he could at least get back to the 30-point mark if he keeps his momentum up.

Connor Clifton D | PIT
Sabres' Connor Clifton: Pockets assist in loss
Clifton notched an assist, two shots on goal and four hits in Tuesday's 6-2 loss to the Sharks.
Clifton has played in just five of eight games since returning from an illness in early February. He's part of a rotation of defensemen to fill a third-pairing role, and he appears to have the favor of head coach Lindy Ruff currently. With a Henri Jokiharju trade being a possibility before Friday's deadline, Clifton's playing time could become steady, though it won't make him a factor in fantasy. The 29-year-old blueliner has nine assists, 40 shots on net, 150 hits, 78 blocked shots and 31 PIM over 51 outings in a mediocre campaign so far.

Adam Larsson D | SEA
Kraken's Adam Larsson: Deposits goal Tuesday
Larsson scored a goal in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Wild.
Larsson has four points and a plus-3 rating over his last six contests. The defenseman got the Kraken on the board at 16:40 of the first period. Larsson is up to four goals, matching his total from last season, and his 16 points put him two shy of his 2023-24 output. He's added 78 shots on net, 78 hits, 120 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 62 appearances. The Swede's drop in physicality is likely here to stay as he takes care of his body entering the later stages of his career, and he probably won't score enough to make up for it.

Brandon Montour D | SEA
Kraken's Brandon Montour: Tallies in loss
Montour scored a goal on seven shots and added two hits in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Wild.
Montour has four points over his last four contests. He's had spotty production for much of 2025, but it looks like his offense is thawing out now. The 30-year-old blueliner is up to 12 goals, 31 points, 178 shots on net, 74 blocked shots, 66 hits and a minus-11 rating through 61 appearances. He continues to see time in a top-four role at even strength as well as featuring on the power play.
-
Declan Chisholm D | WAS
Wild's Declan Chisholm: Snaps slump with helper
Chisholm logged an assist, two shots on goal, three hits, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Kraken.
Chisholm snapped a point drought dating back to Jan. 12 -- he had gone 15 contests without getting on the scoresheet. He was also scratched three times in that span. The 25-year-old defenseman should have steady playing time while Jonas Brodin (lower body) is out. Chisholm probably won't be a factor in fantasy, as he's produced a modest 12 points with 57 shots on net, 50 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over 53 outings this season.

Jared Spurgeon D | MIN
Wild's Jared Spurgeon: Generates two-point effort
Spurgeon scored a goal, dished an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Kraken.
Spurgeon put the Wild ahead 2-1 late in the first period and helped out on Frederick Gaudreau's goal early in the second. This was Spurgeon's fifth multi-point effort of the season, two of which have come over 10 outings since the start of February. The defenseman is at seven goals, 23 points, 78 shots on net, 81 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 47 appearances.

Zach Werenski D | CLB
Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Hits 20-goal mark
Werenski scored two goals in a 6-2 loss to Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
One of the goals came shorthanded. Werenski hit the 20-goal mark Tuesday, which ties his personal best set in 2019-20. He also tied his career mark in shots (216), and he continues to pound out points. Werenski has 66 points in 60 games, and he's bound to earn a Norris nomination. He's just two points behind the great Cale Makar for the NHL scoring lead from the blue line.

Cale Makar D | COL
Avalanche's Cale Makar: Garners assist in win
Makar registered an assist and two shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Penguins.
Makar's assist streak is up to four games, and he has a total of five helpers in that span. He contributed on Artturi Lehkonen's opening tally in the second period of this contest. Makar is up to 68 points (22 goals, 46 assists), 192 shots on net, 98 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating through 62 outings this season in another campaign as one of the NHL's elite blueliners.
